There is a full kitchen with all the necessary items and a comfortable dining and relaxing area for reading or television viewing. We were the only guests on the ground floor of the three available rooms that share the common space. This is a guest house and not a full service hotel. Look at the amenities that are provided so you have no surprises. Be sure you bring your own personal items such as shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Very tidy and clean. There is no front desk but the self check in is easy. Be sure to know the procedure before you arrive. I forgot to contact them 24 hrs before arrival to be prepared for the checkin. They were very accommodating and got me all the information I needed via email and text in a very short time. Very easy to access your own personal entrance. Great value for the budget conscious. "

- "We loved the location of the house. It was perfect for our stay in Chicago. Minutes away from a trendy Hyde Park with its restaurants and bars, and a shorth drive to Chicago downtown and all it has to offer. The whole house is beautifully furnished and decorated, hardwood floor through entire house gives that feeling of luxury on every step. Our bedroom was spacious with a comfortable bed and a big screen TV. We had our privite full size bathroom with a large tub and her and his sinks. Large kitchen with high end appliances has everything you need if you decide to prepare your meal. Living room is adjecnt to the kitchen and has a large screen TV mounted on the wall and a very comfy sofa and a chair. Our host Brandon is a Chicago native and was very kind and helpful. He made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible, adviced us where to go and what to visit, and even drove us around and took us for dinner. We made a life long friend.
