Beautiful Garrison Lakefront property in Port Orford, OR. Lake is adjacent to the ocean so you can kayak, paddleboard, or take the small motorboat a short distance across the lake and be right on Agate beach for hours of exploring the tide pools, searching for agates and relaxation. Brand new dock built in 2019 is perfect for launching the kayaks and SUPs or sitting there with a glass of wine/beer to fish for some of the best trout fishing in southern Oregon right off the dock. It is a stocked lake and the fishing is awesome! Watch the magnificent waves crash against the rocks from the ocean, it is absolutely breathtaking to see. Be ready to interact with plenty of wildlife, deer, birds, and many, many jumping fish! Every season has its beauty. OTTER COVE is a 3 bedroom 1 bath lake front home with end of the road privacy. Knotty pine walls, wood floors, view windows all along the lake side. OTTER COVE sits 20 feet from the lake with trout fishing (stocked lake)with the lake on two sides. Port Orford is a small town of about 1500 and is the oldest town site on the southern Oregon Coast and is the the most westerly town in the lower 48 states. The ocean is about 1500 feet to the west and is easy access by car.

We were specifically wanting a four bedroom property so that we could each have our own space at night...we've graduated past bunking together. This property is absolutely gorgeous. It is clean, well appointed and spacious. It was only about 30 minute drive to the golf resort, door to door, and about 50 minutes to the regional airport we fly out of. We were too busy golfing to use the equipment for the lake, but had we had the time, I would have loved to have gone fishing. Having stayed at many properties over the years, a small thing that stood out was how easy the check out process was, which is nice when you're running out the door to catch a flight. I can't say enough good things about the property."

The living room has a pull-out couch with a 55" smart TV, Roku streaming stick with remote and electric fireplace with remote. Streaming services are available with guest's own accounts.

This cabin has 3 bedrooms with 1-king, 1-queen and 2-twin beds. The main bathroom has a shower/tub combo with soap, shampoo and body wash provided.

The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator/freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and microwave. We have pots, pans and utensils. There's also a single brew coffee maker with coffee, tea and cocoa pods.

We also have a full-size washer and dryer located in the laundry room.

Guests will have access to the entire cabin. The driveway can accommodate several vehicles and there's an EV2 charging station located on the side of the cabin.

This cabin is secured by a security system and has one ring camera on the front porch pointing to the front yard. There are no cameras inside the cabin. We respect our guest's privacy when they stay at our cabin.

Pet Rules:
Dogs are permitted by request only and upon approval. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed. There is a pet fee applied after booking. Guest must provide dog bed, crate and/or kennel. Dogs are not permitted to lay on the furniture or bedding. They must be secured in a crate/kennel if left unattended at any point. Guest must pick up dog waste and dispose of in waste bags that are securely tied. Please keep your dog leashed when outside. Guests will be responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Sorry, no cats or other pets are allowed.

House Rules:
No events, parties or large gatherings. No smoking of any kind in the house. Quiet hours 10PM - 8AM. Must be at least 21 years old to book.

Check Out Procedures:
Rinse dishes and leave in dishwasher. Place dirty towels in bathroom tub. Bag trash and put in garbage/recycle cans. Leave all bedding on beds. Lock windows and doors. Leave heat at 65 degrees.

- "A sweet getaway for us. Ocean views on a hill with forest all around. Private, eclectic yet modern feel. Very nice layout and super clean. We will be back again!" - "Management was wonderful in trying to remedy the many difficulties. The house needs some adjustments including end tables and reading lights. Bath mat in shower to prevent slippage shower door needs to close. In the end the location is perfect. Bed is super comfortable with plenty of nice linens, towels, blankets and kitchen items. Heaters kept me warm and snuggly. Very close to town while feeling “away from it all”."

This two bedroom guesthouse with amazing redwood paneling at the Floras Lake Getaway Vacation Property is set back from the main house, allowing a secluded area with all the benefits the property has to offer. Directly on Floras Lake, you can enjoy the beach front and use the private dock as well.

Welcome to the Floras Lake Getaway!

This guesthouse is a perfect place to spend a relaxing vacation with your loved ones. With the open kitchen - Dining area, enjoy cooking up a meal and sitting at the rustic dining table for 4 people. You can also use the large slide door to enter the private garden area next to the guesthouse. Sit on the lounge chairs in the garden and sip some wine or cocoa while watching the sun set or walk down to the lake front along a small trail. At the lake front, you can jump into the lake for a swim, take one of our kayaks or SUPs (extra charge). When it's time to head to bed, you will find one king size bed in the master bedroom and one queen size bed in the smaller bedroom.

With a private boat dock, and a welcoming atmosphere, you will feel right at home here and ready for a wonderful Southern Oregon Coast adventure. The guesthouse is located right on Floras Lake, so when you stay here you can enjoy both the nearby beach and the lake. With the lake so close, you will want to spend your trip soaking in the sunshine, playing in the shallows, or maybe even kiteboarding around. Just north along the lake is a business that offers windsurfing and kite boarding rentals and lessons. You could also boat over to the west side of the lake and take a nice long stroll on the sandy beach while surrounded by the sights and sounds of the majestic Pacific Ocean!

Kites surfers from all over the world visit the lake for its consistent afternoon winds, as well as fishing, boating, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, biking, hiking, and mushroom hunters feast. World class golfing is only minutes away...
This newly remodeled home sits atop a little hill on an acre and a half land. Many amenities have been added with guests in mind. Spacious custom travertine tile showers, one king bed and two queens plus a double sofa, bay windows, lake views, and full granite custom kitchen. Electric romantic fireplace heater with several custom light scenes to choose from. 70 inch smart tv with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Wifi and ample parking. We are 15 miles south of Bandon with Bandon Dunes Golf a short drive away. Port Orford is 12 miles to the south. Both towns have a wider selection of eateries, and evening entertainment. The property has lake access where dozens of fish have been wrangled from the shore. With a sure footed vehicle you can drive next to lake and launch a small boat from the property. Free EV and Tesla charging & cables provided upon request.
We have Wyze cameras (shout out to Wyze, they are amazing cameras for the price) two are clearly visible underneath the spotlight above the garage door. These cameras only record the driveway and parking areas. If you want more space/bed/bathroom there is an attached but separate studio, that has another queen bed, kitchenette, and spacious shower & bathroom. You can rent both together, search "Hilltop Lake View". We only rent one listing at a time. To be clear if you do not need the extra space it will remain unbooked.

- "A bit out of the way, but thIs is the charm of this property. Bring your groceries and enjoy the solitude. There was some construction noise from an adjacent property, and you can see other houses around the lake, but you feel like you have the area to yourself. The house itself is clean and nicely maintained. Nice lake view. Hiking and a short walk to the ocean is very close by." - "Such a blessing to be able to get away. Cozy rooms and the deck made this trip. Good for small reunions or an old family trip. Not too close to the water and a good distance from town. The only issue I had has nothing to do with the listing itself. Just in the morning we were expecting to use the deck chairs to watch the sunrise with coffee and the studio was rented out so the couple was out. Again nothing wrong or misleading."
