Attention to details is in every corner of this house. The bathrooms and kitchen were stylish, and the living room had amazing stylish furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing a meal, and it was open space concept and fancy. The house overlooks the street and it’s on the second floor, so we felt like we were in the middle of the big city and walkable to many nearby destinations and good restaurants. Location-wise, it was a true gem. The Grove mall and shopping were less than a 10 minutes’ walk. The location was only a few minutes away from all the Beverly Hills sight scenes. The master has an en-suite bathroom with a granite, double-sink vanity, well lit mirrors, custom cabinets, custom-tile walk in shower and a divine, oversize soaking tub.

Bedroom #2 has one queen bed and bedroom #3 has two queen beds. All linens and bedding are sumptuous, fresh, top of the line. (Extra loor mattresses can be added, upon request, to the larger bedrooms.) Bedrooms #2 and #3 share access to a main house bathroom with a single-sink vanity, well lit mirror, gorgeous walk-in glass shower with shower seat and an oversized deep soaking tub.

Detached Pool House:
The pool house has one bedroom, one full bathroom. There are two beds in the pool house; two queen beds. (An extra floor mattress can be added, upon request.)
The pool house has tile floors, a large closet with mirrored sliding doors, and a large bathroom with tub/show combo, single-sink granite vanity, and well-lit mirror.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Pool heating/Jacuzzi is an extra $100/night. If you want the pool heated before your arrival we can send someone on our team to do so in the morning of your arrival for $100. The pool can take anywhere from 4-8 hours to get to the desired temperature depending on outside temp. Jacuzzi in about 45 mins-2 hours depending on the temperature outside. Note that you cannot heat both at the same time.

Welcome to our home! We want you to have an amazing time, so we've put together some friendly tips to ensure everyone has a great stay:

1. **No smoking or parties, please!** We have a NoiseAware and Ring doorbell to help us keep things quiet and peaceful for all.

2. **Respect our neighbors.** Please keep things quiet after 10 pm, especially any music or outdoor gatherings. No swimming for groups or kids after 10 pm either.

3. **Let us know who's coming!** Please tell us the exact number of guests staying at the house and if anyone plans to visit during your stay.

4. **No fires, please!** The fireplace is just for decoration, and we're in a fire hazard zone, so no fires anywhere on the property, including smoking.

5. **Parties and events are strictly prohibited.**

6. **Keep things tidy!** Please clean up after yourself to help keep our home neat and tidy.

7. **Pool and garden care:** We have a gardener (Wednesdays) and pool service (Tuesdays and Fridays) come once a week. You can request for additional cleanings for a fee (covered by the guest) if needed. Please note that sometimes leaves and twigs might fall into the pool, especially between service days. If that happens, feel free to use the pool net to scoop them out. Thanks for helping keep things sparkling!

8. **Furry friends welcome!** We love pets, and they're welcome to join you for an extra fee of $250 per pet. Just let us know beforehand so we can approve it.

9. **Check-in and checkout times:** We're happy to offer early check-in or late checkout if we can, but it depends on availability. There might be an extra fee of $50 per hour.

**A friendly reminder:** While we want you to have a fantastic time, we can't be responsible for any accidents or injuries that happen during your stay. So, please be careful and have fun!

- Why does the price change? We use dynamic pricing software that changes the rates from time to time

- Can you tell me more about this Noiseaware system? Noiseaware is a gadget that alerts us when the noise level has reached its threshold. This device doesn't record video nor audio, it only notifies of the noise level inside and outside the property.

- Do you have serving dishes and utensils for large groups of people? We do have enough utensils that can serve the 16 guests max.

- Can we request for a towel change? We do not provide hotel amenities. We do supply one regular towel and one beach towel for each guest during the entire stay, we also have washing and drying machines that you're welcome to use.

- Can you explain the heating of the pool rates? The price is $100 per day, so you just need to multiply the number of nights you're staying for this rate to get a price. If you would like us to heat the pool in advance of your arrival, just add $100 to this rate.

- Is there a smoking room? / Is smoking allowed on the property? No smoking is allowed anywhere inside and outside the house, please don't smoke in the backyard/pool area, it's not allowed there either.

- How many cars can we park? You can fit 4 cars in the driveway. Street parking is available but only for certain hours of days, be sure to check the street signs so you don't get towed or ticketed.

When we arrived cleaning staff was still on property many hours after check in time. 2. The condo is listed as sleeps 8. It had four dinner plates, no mugs, no cooking utensils like a spatula or baking sheet or measuring cups etc etc. and certainly no extras like a blender. 3. We made numerous attempts to contact him regarding these shortages. No response. 4. This is a 3-story condo! Listing does not represent this. 4. My daughter was at Cedars Sinai for open heart surgery and when her stay was extended, Sebastian agreed to extend our stay and updated it in the VRBO portal...until he got a better offer from new guests. He rescinded the two additional nights, no apologies, no empathy, no humanity. He framed the sudden change as "renovations that slipped his mind" though the cleaning crew was knocking at the door at 10am. Who cleans the day of construction and renovations? This is not the sanctuary promised in the description. What was already a stressful situation, Sebastian made worse."

- Please treat the home with care. Any damage to property or furnishings must be reported and may be subject to repair costs.

- Before checkout, please place any used dishes in the dishwasher and run it. A $50 fee applies if dishes are left dirty.

My house was built by a famous furrier to the stars in the Golden Age of Hollywood, and I was a columnist for the Hollywood Reporter for 15 years. We're close to both Beverly Hills and Hollywood and we have free, secure parking in the backyard. The Grove and The Original Farmers Market are only a mile away, with over 60 restaurants. My home is a peaceful and comfortable place to stay. We ran a bed and breakfast here for 10 years and we're highly experienced hosts.

The space
I'm offering a small Private Room an ensuite bathroom with a tub and a shower. The room has a queen-size bed, a TV with Roku and the furniture includes a dresser and two nightstand tables with drawers and lamps. The room has a large closet, a ceiling fan, and central air conditioning which we can adjust to suit your comfort level. The room also has excellent ventilation through the windows.

Guest access
You have access to the kitchen, the coffee and tea pantry and the dining room. You have space in the refrigerator, and you may use the microwave but not the stove or oven. The dining room has a huge table where you can have meals, and you may also use the table as a work and creative space.

You also have access to the living room. The front and rear entry areas have a little hallway that connects them, and creates a circular path around the downstairs. You can use the washer, laundry soap and dryer until 8pm.

When you arrive, we'll personally check you in (unless special arrangements are made for a very late arrival). You'll receive a set of keys for your room, the house and the parking lot gate. Please keep the parking lot gate locked when you come and go at nighttime.

My house was built by a famous furrier to the stars in the Golden Age of Hollywood, and I was a columnist for the Hollywood Reporter for 15 years. We're close to both Beverly Hills and Hollywood and we have free, secure parking in the backyard. The Grove and The Original Farmers Market are only a mile away with over 100 restaurants and food vendors. My home is a peaceful and comfortable place to stay on the Westside.

The space
The Hollywood Room is a big, beautiful room with a private entry from the parking lot, a small private patio and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The room has a queen bed, TV with Roku and central air conditioning which can be adjusted to suit your comfort level. It measures 15’4” by 13’5” and the furniture includes a dresser, 2 nightstands with drawers and lamps, a closet with 29” of hanging clothes space, a table-for-two with chairs, a make-up table, and an upholstered chair. The room has excellent ventilation through the patio doors and the windows.

Guest access
You have access to the kitchen. You can use the microwave for preparing meals, not the stove or oven. You have space in the refrigerator and you have a cabinet with plates, bowls, cups and glasses near the dishwasher. There is coffee and tea pantry and the dining room for your use. The dining room has a huge table where you can have meals and you may also use the table as a work and creative space.

You also have access to the living room. The front and rear entry areas have a little hallway that connects them, and creates a circular path around the downstairs. You can use the washer, laundry soap and dryer until 8pm.

When you arrive, we'll personally check you in (unless special arrangements are made for a very late arrival). You'll receive a set of keys for your room, the house and the parking lot gate. Please keep the the house locked at all times and the parking lot gate locked when you come and go at nighttime.

If you're going to be driving, Google Traffic is a reliable resource and we highly suggest that you learn how to use it before you get here.

If you'd like to take public transportation and avoid driving, we are at the intersection of 3 major streets. The Fairfax bus going north goes through West Hollywood and makes a right-hand turn on Hollywood Boulevard and goes into the center of Hollywood. The Olympic bus going west goes to Century City with connections to Santa Monica and the beaches.

The Wilshire bus is 5 minutes walk north and it goes through the center of Beverly Hills and on to the beach at Santa Monica. The San Vicente goes north west through west West Hollywood to the nightlife on Sunset Boulevard. You can connect to The Metro, Los Angeles' urban rail line, which goes to the beach as well as all over town and it's called the La Cienega Station Terminal. It's 2.6 miles south and the Fairfax bus goes right there.
