- "We stayed in a 1st floor apartment. It was brilliant! Beautifully clean, new and an excellent size for a family of 4 (kids aged 14 and 11). Lovely L shaped balcony area with a sea view and comfortable seating and table outside. Many of the properties here have a private pool - we didn’t but the pool was only 10m from our front door and quiet most of the time even in peak season. They have several comfortable loungers around the pool with umbrellas for shade and the pool is heated and lovely - even my wife went in and she never goes in! You also benefit from free to use loungers on the beach and we went in the sea - lovely, calm and warm. It is a mix of stones and sand so some people may want wet shoes. Next to the pool they have a lovely bar run by the charming Costas who is a great credit to the owners and always happy to help - nothing is too much trouble. The food here as mentioned by others is great too. The breakfast is huge, lovely and fresh and you can amend as you needed. We also had dinner delivered to our room a couple of times and we thought it was very good quality with generous portion sizes. Location wise, it’s very peaceful, which made it very relaxing. Overall we loved it! "

Ancient and Byzantine monuments are within walking distance! From the beach is 7 minutes away on foot, from the universities 15-20min.and from Egnatia Street 1l. It doesn't have an elevator because it's listed.

The space
In the center of Thessaloniki in a building of 1926, in very good condition, and one of the few that have stayed in our city, with the atmosphere of a bygone era, is the place that will accommodate you with a very positive attitude!

It has an inverter air conditioner for cooling and heat, a refrigerator, a TV and wifi. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and sink. Located on the 5th floor and no elevator!

The apartment is small 35 square metters and has 1 bedroom with a double bed which has new mattress and 1 sofa bed at the kitchen/living room. At the kitchen you can find all the equipment you need and the big balcony offers you plenty of Aristotelous square view to enjoy them. Just a few steps from ancient Roman Agora, Aristotelous square, Agios Dimitrios church. Only five minutes walk and you can enjoy the waterfront, Kemal Ataturk's birth house, Rotonta monument, Galerius's ancient palace and many more. Enjoy the down town market, the traditional Ano Poli and have plenty of entertainment at the numerous coffees, bars, taverns and restaurants around you.
