The rooms were exactly as described - the hotel was immaculately clean (2x a day housekeeping service that was above and beyond normal turndown service). The location was perfect as it was a five minute walk off the crowded streets of Oia and away from the noise of the village but still accessible to all the dining options. Very private and simply the most luxurious stay we’ve experienced. Breakfast was inclusive of so many options and always delivered on time directly to our balcony. The balcony was worth every cent - a must-have consideration when visiting Oia so you can enjoy the view from your room rather than the crowded streets of Oia. We enjoyed swimming in our private pool by day and then heading over to Fira or Oia around 5 or 6 to shop and have dinner. But the best part of our experience at this hotel was the manager, Thomas. I’ve never had customer service like this and we are regulars at the Four Seasons where they pride themselves on customer service. Thomas took it to another level texting me throughout the day to make sure every need was met. Anytime I requested something it was done within minutes. He had great advice about restaurants and activities and booked everything for us so we didn’t have to stress about anything. And he is just the most delightful friendly guy. We were here with our two teens. I wouldn’t necessarily bring little kids because the hotel is very peaceful. I would highly recommend this hotel. "
