This home has approx. 2300sqft with 3 bedrooms 2 full baths, great room w/ tongue & groove cathedral ceilings providing beautiful lake views. The spacious kitchen has a large island w/ solid surface countertops & bar area. Tucked away in cove is the private beach area with dock perfect for fishing or rafting. You will love the relaxing feel of lake living!

- "Upon check in we were so impressed with the cleanliness of this property. Even more impressive since this is a pet friendly property. Worth noting that the main entrance is on the upper level (with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom). Master and living space is down the stairs. Our special needs daughter has some mobility issues so we walked her down the small hill to the beach entrance. Not a big deal at all. That master bathroom is AMAZING! I wish I had the opportunity to use the jetted tub (definitely no worries about the “ick” factor with jets as the cleanliness of the rest of the property was reassuring.). The GINORMOUS shower was perfect for accommodating the shower chair my daughter uses when bathing. Kitchen was well stocked but we could have used more variety of pots as we did a fair amount of cooking. We loved the great big table by the window. Tons of linens/towels and even shower products. Now for the main reason I picked this place…the sandy beach. PERFECT!!! The water was so warm and calm. The gentle slope into deeper water made it so easy for my daughter to enjoy the water. The sandy beach was a great place for relaxing and building castles. Very sunny so we set up a pop up canopy for shade which kept us very comfortable. We did spot a turtle it 2 and had a few visitors from a big noisy bird. We usually like to try new areas on our vacations but would definitely consider putting this one on repeat."

We offer a 2240 square foot ranch lake house on Lake Centralia. With 3 good sized bedrooms (5 beds = 2 full bunk bed /2 queen/1 king bed) and 2 full bathrooms there is plenty of room for everyone.

We love pets and all animals are considered on a case by case basis with an extra fee.

The space
The open floor plan has a large kitchen that opens to a game room on one end and the dining / family room at the other. The vintage style kitchen has everything you might need including full-sized appliances, coffee maker, toaster oven, dishes for 10 , cooking supplies and so much more (if you have specific questions please ask). Just bring your food and drink! Some spices and basic condiments are customarily available.
Everyone can join in the fun friendly competition in the game room with foosball, shuffle board, pool table, air hockey and darts. The game closet will provide hours of fun with board games, Twister, checkers, cards and toys for the young ones.
What’s outside?? Lots of peace and quiet or more fun! A 528 sq ft deck overlooks the lake with plenty of seating and room for dining as well.
Still want more? Tire swing, fire pit with firewood and s’more necessities, horseshoe pits and plenty of run around or whiffle ball room. Plus fishing off the dock-have rods and reels for your use!

Please note that these are farm and country roads and they can be a little uneven. The short drive leading up to the property is gravel. This is definitely an off the beaten path location but GPS will get you there. Depending on your system the city may either be listed as Salem or Centralia.

- "Cute and clean lake home. The game room provided activities for all ages. Taught some kids how to play pool and darts. Ample sleeping space. Kids had fun casting off the dock. So nice to have a private boat launch so close. Spent hours on the lake tubing and skiing. Our group of 10 had a blast." - "This was our 2nd visit to this home. My husbands family resides in Centralia. This home allows us to visit with plenty of space for us while not crowding our families homes. Everything at this home was great. This time we did not rent the boat so it was a bit hot as you really cant go in the water near the home. I did not rate full stars for cleanliness. This was only because of the outside. The grill was extremely dirty and we spent time cleaning it last time we stayed at this home, so we skipped grilling out this time. There was no place (hole) in the table to set the umbrella, and the deck was full of debris. I kept wishing there was a deck broom available as i would have been more than happy to sweep off the deck. Other than that the inside of the home was very clean and had everything you needed to cook meals. My only suggestion is more forks available. Thank you for sharing your home."

The space
There is a relaxing patio and beach directly across the road. There is a 2 person canoe on the beach and a single seat kayak under the carport that are available to our guests. The canoe paddles are on the front porch and there are some life jackets in the coat closet near the front door. Use of the canoe and kayaks are at our guests own risk.

This property is located near an oil well so a petroleum smell is noticeable during certain weather conditions.

We have dish network and rural internet connection which can be slow.

Guest access
Guest may park under the large carport during inclement weather. There is firewood for the fire pit under the carport. There are roasting sticks for hotdogs or marshmallows inside the coat closet.

Other things to note
We allow pets but would like to know before arrival. We kindly ask our guests to please keep your pets off the beds and furniture! There is a $25/pet cleaning fee. We ask that guests leave the $25/pet fee in the blue box by the microwave.

With all the charm of our 5 bedroom rental, this unit has a full kitchen, bedroom with a king size bed, a large walk-in closet, washer and dryer, and a bathroom with vintage feel. This unique place has all of the beautiful woodwork, tall ceilings, and large windows that the original house built in 1918 features, but it was designed and constructed for 1 to 4 people.

The space
A beautiful country setting encompasses this fully-functional property. Although rather small overall, it has an open floor plan with an abundant amount of space in each room. We're adding details and finishing touches regularly.

Although this is a guesthouse, there is ample space between properties.

There is adequate space to accommodate boat or trailer parking and turn-around.

Guests can use the entire guesthouse, the front yard, and east side of the house. There is a dog pen available that includes a doggy door to the house.

Welcome to "The Lake House" on Lake Centralia. We loved staying here so much we bought it and are excited to continue sharing the home with you. A quiet getaway from-it-all location with so many things for you and your guests to do that you won't miss the wifi. Families can reconnect over pool and air hockey competitions. There is plenty of space for all without all those extra per person charges. So kick back and relax we want you to love it as much as we do.

The space
We offer a 2240 square foot ranch lake house on Lake Centralia. With 3 good sized bedrooms (5 beds = A bunk bed with Full beds /2 queen/1 king bed) and 2 full bathrooms there is plenty of room for everyone.

We love pets and all animals that are well behaved and potty trained are welcome with a $25 a day pet fee. Dogs over 100# require pre-approval.

The space
The open floor plan has a large kitchen that opens to a game room on one end and the dining / family room at the other. The vintage style kitchen has everything you might need including full-sized appliances, coffee maker, toaster oven, dishes for 10 , cooking supplies and so much more (if you have specific questions please ask). Just bring your food and drink! Some spices and basic condiments are customarily available.
Everyone can join in the fun friendly competition in the game room with shuffle board, pool table, air hockey, foosball and darts. The game closet will provide hours of fun with board games, Twister, checkers, cards and toys for the young ones.
What’s outside?? Lots of peace and quiet or more fun! A 528 sq ft deck overlooks the lake with plenty of seating and room for dining as well.
Still want more? Tire swing, fire pit with firewood and s’more necessities, horseshoe pits and plenty of run around or whiffle ball room. Plus fishing off the dock-have rods and reels for your use!
And if you have to see “the game” we have a 55” TV in the family room with Direct TV access.

We have three stand up paddle boards(SUP) available for rent. Rates are $75 each for the duration of your stay. We also have a kids kayak that is free with any SUP rental or you could rent that separately for $30.

Please give at least a 1 week notice for rentals.

Please note that these are farm and country roads and they can be a little uneven. The short drive leading up to the property is gravel. This is definitely an off the beaten path location but GPS will get you there. Depending on your system the city may either be listed as Salem or Centralia.

We live next door to the property and have 2 friendly blue heelers behind fence. Please let us know if you are not “dog people” and we will make sure they don’t bark too much.

While we do not charge any pet fees, if you do decide to bring any pets along we do ask that you do not allow them to sleep in any of the beds with you. This is just to avoid any additional cleaning of the sheets which may require us to charge additional cleaning. If needed we are happy to provide crates for them to sleep in!

If you would like to smoke we ask you do it outside. Any smoking indoors is not allowed and will result in additional fees.

Please note: This room is detached from the main sleeping area and accessible only through an exterior door, which may not be ideal for very young children sleeping separately. Guests at our Airbnb property have exclusive access to a generous outdoor space spanning .65 acres, offering direct waterfront access and lush grassy areas for relaxation and recreation. The property provides ample parking space for up to 4 cars, ensuring convenience for all guests. Parking in the rear of the main house is best. We do have a shared driveway with other lake residents so please keep the circle driveway open.

While enjoying the outdoor amenities, we kindly ask guests to respect the privacy and property boundaries of our neighbors' full-time residences. Please refrain from venturing onto neighboring properties to maintain a peaceful and harmonious environment for all.

Embrace the tranquility of the waterfront, bask in the natural beauty of the surroundings, and make the most of our well-maintained outdoor space during your stay. Your comfort, relaxation, and enjoyment are our top priorities as you create lasting memories at our lakeside retreat.

To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, we kindly request the following guidelines be observed:

1. Please remove your shoes upon entering the house to help keep the space clean and cozy.

2. If rain is expected or before you check-out kindly turn the kayaks upside down with paddles stored inside to prevent water accumulation.

3. After enjoying the lake toys, lily pad, and life jackets, please return them to the dock deck box or dock for safekeeping.

4. Feel free to explore luxury outdoor patio items in the deck box located on the side of the cabin for your enjoyment.

5. When finished with the basketball and volleyball, kindly store them inside the house in the designated cabinet.

6. For optimal energy efficiency, adjust all AC/heat units to 75 degrees in the summer and 70 degrees in the winter for a comfortable indoor climate.

7. Cornhole boards will be stored under the bunk room bed and bags will be in the bunk room cabinet. Please return items after use. Please do not leave these items out in the rain.

You'll enter through the front door and step into the first designated bedroom. There is a bunk bed with two twin-sized beds (sleeps 2), a desk, sitting chair, window with front yard views, and a closet for linens, toys, games, hanging clothes (*note this is an open room and there is no door, see pics)...From there, a short hallway leads you to the guest half-bath with pedestal sink and toilet; mini bar/cart (Help yourself, leave what you can. It's on the honor system.); and into the bright common living room/kitchen/dining room area with soaring ceilings and a large picture window, French doors, and sink window across the back of the house, providing near-panoramic views of the lake and sprawling lakeview deck. The living room has an electric mid-century modern fireplace that heats, a 65" flat screen, smart TV with access to your accounts, retro Nintendo, three chairs, and a sofa that pulls out to a queen-sized bed (sleeps 2). The kitchen is well-appointed with a peninsula with three counter stools, double sink, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, electric stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and the necessary utensils, flatware, and pots/pans needed. There is a 4-place dining table that extends to 8-10 places nestled in the kitchen area as well. This is where you'll spend your time enjoying morning coffee, playing games, watching movies, gathering, and enjoying sunrises and family meals. Sometimes, you can spot the resident Bald Eagle family on the lake...The other two bedrooms are off the kitchen. The second bedroom is curtained off from the kitchen (*note no door, just a curtain; see pics) and has a queen-sized bed (sleeps 2), dresser, seat, access to the garage, and lakeview window. The third bedroom is the master suite, complete with a queen-sized bed (sleeps 2), bench, chairs, dresser, bay window overlooking the front yard and appointed with meditation cushions and palo santo wood (for unlimited relaxation sessions); separate laundry room with front-loading washer and dryer and pantry; double closets; and a separate full master bath with relaxing shower/tub, modern floating vanity, and toilet (*note you must walk through the master to get to the master bath). Garage is furnished with yard games, Razor scooters, a Blackstone grill, and trash cans. When the weather allows, you'll likely spend your time on the sprawling deck overlooking the lake. Enjoy morning coffee, yoga (mats provided), afternoon wine and BBQs, outdoor fireplace (kindling/wood not provided), roasting marshmallows, and/or reading books, to name a few things.

Location is secluded and perfect for walks, runs, scooters, and cars. There is plenty of room for multiple cars in the private driveway or garage. *Note: there is no lake access from our yard.

There is NO lake access from our yard. We have the best internet service available at the lake, nonetheless, at times, the internet can be slow for streaming.

Check-out procedures:
-Remove used towels and place them in the bathtub.
-Remove used sheets from beds and place them on the floor in the laundry room.
-Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it.
-Remove and/or throw away leftover and unwanted food.
-Empty inside trash cans and take full trash bags to the blue “Republic” trash cans in the garage.
-On SUNDAY night, if possible, bring trash can(s) to the curb for pick-up early Monday.
-Put toys and furniture and things away where you found them and do general pick-up/clean-up.
-Lock the door(s) and turn off light(s) when you leave.
-Let us know when you are gone.

Welcome to Deer Creek Cabin on Lake Centralia. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful private retreat. A large deck surrounds the pool for all your family fun. Fishing and kayaking are just steps away. Enjoy your morning coffee in the screened-in porch overlooking a quiet cove of the beautiful lake. It is common to see deer, geese, ducks, turtles, and blue heron. As night falls, cozy up around the fire pit to make more family memories.

The space
This home is set on a 2 acre wooded lot and has a private drive. There is plenty of room to spread out and explore. Inside the home, on the lower level you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, living room, laundry room, and a full kitchen. Upstairs there are 2 loft areas and 1 full bathroom.

The screened-in porch overlooks the deck, pool, and cove. It is the perfect place to drink your morning coffee and watch all the wildlife.

Be sure to follow the wooded path down to the boat dock. It is a short walk behind the pole building. It will delight you with another great view of the lake! If you plan to bring a boat, you must make prior arrangements.

Kayaks and fishing are just steps away. Kayaks are provided.

Pool accessories and additional chairs are located in the small room of the detached garage.

The Goldmann Estate Home offers extensive amenities. This stunning 6,400 sq foot home with Raccoon Lake views has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an amazing basement. The basement hosts a full gym, full custom-made bar and a pool table. Also, you can soak in the hot tub in the winter or pool in the summer. Pool will close after September 12th 2022. Whether you are attending a wedding or party at the new Castle Ridge venue, or the Holiday Basketball Tournament, you are blocks away from these events.
