The house set up was optimal for this type of scenario as it is 3 levels with multiple sitting spaces and several of the beds also have pull out beds beneath them, making this house able to comfortably accomodate large families. The back patio has a screened in gazebo with lighting and made for great evening entertainment. We absolutely loved the playset/tree house, it kept the kids entertained for hours, and the back yard is so spacious it would be great for teengers wanting to throw a football. Any of our needs/questions were immediately met, communication with the host was great. The pictures on the listing accurately depict the home including the spaciousness and the cleanliness. I would 10/10 reccomend and give the the hosts an A++ on attention to detail!! Loved it!"

An important note is that we do own a black labrador (dog). He is friendly but he will bark when he senses someone at the door.

Currently, we work from home so we are home most of the time. We do have two small children and most likely you will hear the noise. We try to be as accommodating as possible but please keep in mind they are small children.

A well-lit, quiet home in a peaceful neighborhood. The home is in a cul-de-sac so there is very little traffic. The back yard is fenced, and through a gate behind the fence is a paved path that is great for walking or jogging and leads to several of the nearby parks.

If you have kids, the fenced yard offers a safe place for them to play. There is also a large den downstairs that is kid-friendly.

All mattresses are new and very comfortable. Bedrooms have light blocking curtains.

The space
The floor plan is spacious with high ceilings and lots of natural light. There is fast WiFi, comfortable beds, a stunning 4K television, as well as dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, several coffee makers and more.

You have access to the entire house except for the garage and a small office downstairs which we use to keep some personal items.

Other things to note
The sofa bed is not particularly comfortable, but is suitable for children. I would not recommend it for adults.
