You can step out the door and take the train to the Pepsi center or sports authority field. You can also take the light rail to and from the airport to Union station starting April 2016.
You will also have the 16th street shuttle available right outside your door. This free shuttle will give you access to all of downtown.
There is also a parking spot available if needed. But you truly do not need a car if you stay here.
Within a 1/2 mile radius you have Coors Field, Elitch Gardens, Pepsi center, Museum of Contemporary art. Within a mile you have Sports Authority field and the Colorado Convention center.

We actually enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the different types of cargo loads going in and out (and maybe even waving to the engineers!). Everything was spotlessly clean, plenty of towels, extremely comfortable bed and an open kitchen/living/desk area that was nicely appointed for the two of us. Check in and out was a breeze, and the property owner was very responsive to our questions, sometimes answering in just a matter of minutes, and was courteous, friendly and helpful.
