You can step out the door and take the train to the Pepsi center or sports authority field. You can also take the light rail to and from the airport to Union station starting April 2016.
You will also have the 16th street shuttle available right outside your door. This free shuttle will give you access to all of downtown.
There is also a parking spot available if needed. But you truly do not need a car if you stay here.

My newly re-finished home offers its bright sunroom(s) for socializing with hotel style queen pull out couch and a cozy finished basement queen suite for resting. Located in Northwest Denver, right next to I-70, means easy access to downtown (a 5 minute drive), ski resorts in the Rocky Mountains, and Boulder. This house believes in conserving energy and resources, including a xeriscaped front yard and composting. It is friendly and accepting of all people, especially marginalized communities.

The space
Guests will park in ample street parking and enter the property from the gate along the driveway. Walk along the driveway to the back door of the house and enter the space at your convenience with an electronic wifi connected lock for which you will be given your own unique code. You will have access to the sunrooms on the first floor. The living room is connected to the house, and has its own air conditioning/heating vent, but due to the large windows, it can get warm in the summer and cold in the winter. Windows in this room can open, and fans and a space heater are provided to help control temperature. There is no kitchen at this listing, but this room has a microwave and mini fridge for your use, as well as a large tv with a Google Chromecast with Google TV. This room has a brand new Pottery Barn hotel style pull out couch which can be folded out into a queen size memory foam bed (sheets, comforter, pillows provided). The sunroom off the living room is not temperature controlled, but is a great place to stretch or get some fresh air.
From the entryway, go downstairs to a newly re-finished basement with a completely new, private 3/4 bathroom. Guests may use the closet and the laundry (washer and dryer). There is body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer for guest use.
The entire space is walled off from the rest of the house, so you'll have your own private area. The patio, yard, and garden are shared spaces, and your interaction with your hosts can be as interactive or limited as you wish.

The space
This is the perfect space to work and play. The office space features an ergonomic Herman Miller office chair, as well as a printer for your use. Throughout the room you will find smart-home technology and high speed wifi. Play music on the Sonos speaker, fall asleep to white noise or soothing sounds of nature, print documents on demand, and more.

Try out the European style bidet for added luxury. The shower is stocked with Trader Joes Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash. The water pressure is wonderful.

Your room will be equipped with a Nespresso machine, as well a kettle, breakfast items, and a selection of teas. The tap water is cleaned and can be used as much as needed from the sink. The very comfortable CB2 daybed with an additional plush topper can be made into an oversized queen bed, or left as a single twin.

The washer and dryer are availble to you, as well as all-natural laundry pods. There is also a shared mini fridge available for your use right outside the entrance door located in the back yard patio area.

The backyard is fully fenced-in and perfect for our four-legged guests. You will enter through a private entrance using an individual door access code.

FYI - there are parts of the living room and bedroom with shorter ceilings (6ft) but it opens back up!

Kitchenette: Coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, mugs, plates. If you would like us to run your dishes in the dishwasher just message us.

Laundry: Brand new Samsung washer and dryer. If you are staying longer than 3 days we will coordinate with you to find a time that we can do our laundry when you are away from the house.

Stay in this NON-SMOKING, private, bright, open and updated 570 square-feet carriage house. Easy access to I-70, I-25 and I-76 for short drive to downtown Denver, Red Rocks, the mountains, and airport. This location is just under 3 miles to many attractions in Denver: Union Station, Coors Field, Highland Square, Tennyson Street. It's a short walk to Regis University, coffee shops, parks and local eateries. Plenty of parks and bike trails near by. This is a non-smoking unit.

The space is small and that is reflected in the price. Good for two maybe three nice size restroom and it is the basement so that means a darker, cooler unit with stairs!!! the home is older and has a little squeaky floors so if this bothers you please take this into consideration when booking.

Please do not book if your dog barks a lot. I have had several issues with dogs barking the entire time that the owner is gone and that just does not work with me being upstairs - thank you in advance.
