Our location is not in downtown Chicago; however, we are located just South of downtown Chicago—20 minutes away in Chatham, and we are proud to offer our space in this culturally rich and historic neighborhood.

The Space:
Our unit is a charming, spacious apartment with the comforts you need. The living area is large and inviting, ideal for relaxing after a day festivals, concerts or simply exploring the city. You'll find a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals or to heat up those take-out leftovers. There’s an eat-in kitchen plus a separate, formal dining area to enjoy whatever you choose to partake in.

Bedrooms:
We have three lovely bedrooms, each designed for a peaceful night's sleep. Crisp linens, plush pillows, and ample storage space ensure your comfort. Two beds (one full, one queen) and a full-sized futon (extra-long length).

Bathrooms:
There are two, full bathrooms, making mornings a breeze for larger groups.

Amenities:
You'll have access to the essentials, including high-speed Wi-Fi, Netflix, and more. We have 2 A/C window units—one in the living room and the other in the West bedroom. This unit does not have central air conditioning—it has one window unit and one floor unit for air conditioning. The living room, each bedroom and the kitchen all have ceiling fans.
