In the historical neighborhood of North Park, our 1920s Casita is close to EVERYTHING. Just minutes to beaches, Balboa Park, Petco Park, SDSU Cox Arena, downtown and the Gaslamp District, Coronado, Mission Beach, Ocean Beach, Pacific Beach, La Jolla, the Convention Center and Comic-Con. A wide array of unique restaurants, breweries and shops are just a few short blocks away. Perfect for an evening stroll.

We have a fully-stocked and updated kitchen, washer and dryer, window air conditioners in the bedroom and living room and a mini-split system in the kitchen (central air is not possible in our 100-year old home), free WiFi, two TVS with DirecTV, NFL network AND the NFL Sunday Ticket on YouTubeTV, including a TV on our outdoor patio.

Enjoy a glass of wine under the stars while you BBQ on our propane grill and watch your favorite show. An electric fireplace in the living room adds that special ambience on cold, winter nights. (As in mid-50s, usually. It is San Diego, after all.)

We welcome housebroken and friendly dogs. And little kids, too. Although we have a limit of two each. There is no separate bed for the kids, but the couch is large and offers plenty of space for two mid-to-small sized kids. *Linens provided for couch sleepers.*

Avid environmentalists, we hope you will join us in doing our part to save this world for the next generations. We recycle and watch our water and electricity consumption. It would be much appreciated, but not required, if you would help us out with these efforts.

Sorry, but we don't allow parties or loud noises and music after 9 p.m. This is our home and these are our neighbors and we want to be respectful of them. We really hope you enjoy staying in our home and that you love it as much as we do. It is a pleasure and a privilege to share our home with you.

Host claimed this was unknown and said to send an AC technician (even though this was just one of the issues). She never sent the technician and was unresponsive for hours. Homeless people were ruffling around the trash cans outside which made it feel very unsafe.It was late and hard to find a different place during Comic Con so we had to spend the night, but as soon as we found a place in the morning we moved out and claimed a refund from VRBO, which the host is still refusing. She wanted us to contact VRBO to resolve this but later in the app conversation claimed that we shouldn’t have done so, accused us of lying, accused us of wanting a “free stay” etc. She even lied about the air freshener being unplugged even though she herself messaged that she unplugged it herself!She’s gonna reply to this with more lies and nonsense about the air freshener being empty etc. Don’t fall for this, save your money and spare yourself from this craphole. Posting images of the mold, enjoy."

Jackie did an amazing job at communicating and checking in on the message app to see if there was anything we needed. The apartment had extra pillows, blankets, fans, washer and dryer in unit, shampoo, conditioner, a futon couch, as well as two bedrooms, 2 parking spaces, and it was very clean. It was no more than a 20 minute drive to everything (the beach, Sesame Place, Petco Stadium). My husband and I had also forgotten to bring our pack and play and we asked the host the day before our trip if they had one available. They thankfully did and had it ready when we got there. That being said, we do not allow the cats to go inside the guest room nor the guest bathroom. NOISE LEVEL: My wife and I work from home during the week and we ask that you are mindful of noise from 8:30am-4:00pm which is the timeframe of most of our meetings. We don't work from any of the shared areas, so normal noise from cooking in the kitchen is not a problem.

Come and enjoy a little piece of our wonderful home while we are on tour! We are stilt-walkers, flow artists, and fair performers, living in the North Park area of San Diego. We are located in a central location minutes away from everything: 10 minute drive to the airport, walking distance to popular North Park attractions, and a quick 7 min ride-share to downtown San Diego. About 15 min drive to the nearest beach.

The Studio is located below the house, and used to be our creative workshop that we transformed into a living space- it still bears scars of our artistic creations, so beware! :-)
Since the start of the Pandemic we have really tried (and succeeded!) in making it as safe as possible- we now offer no-contact visit for everyone!
In essence, it is an air-conditioned studio with its own private entrance from the street, with self check-in. Inside, there is a small bathroom with standing shower. There is a teapot, microwave and mini-fridge, A/C, heater (winter only), and a work desk. There is one queen size bed and a fold-out sofa bed. The space is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate up to 3 guests. There is a window and two skylights that let natural light in during the day. We also have excellent wifi.

Guests have full use of the studio and bathroom and gain access via a separate entrance.

We are a pet friendly home. Just please make sure you add your pet(s) to your reservation.
If you have small children- we do not have a bathtub, and a sink is just big enough to wash hands and face and will not hold even a small child. We have a one person stand up shower, so bathing little ones here may be a challenge you do not want to take on.

Large Private Room with queen bed on quiet cul de sac. House has large front patio with seating, a lap pool and back yard gazebo/smoking lounge. I live on very quiet cul de sac. It is a small street where all the residents know one another. My house is a 3 bedroom, two bath house with a fenced patio with outside seating, a backyard lap pool and a fenced backyard. I live with a ten pound malti-poo dog named Winston.. My house has outside spaces with which one can enjoy San Diego's beautiful weather. These include;
a large fenced in front patio where smoking is allowed, the backyard, which has a lap pool and a deck area for sunbathing. There is screened gazebo, I call the “Hookah Lounge” for a more comfortable smoking area. I am 420 friendly.

Now, I am the only other person whom will be in residence yet I do tend to be out working and or with friends and family so guests my find themselves having the use of the condo practically to themselves in most cases. However there will always be an individual whom will be available 24/7 for any needs or concerns while any person is in there stay or booking of my place.
Guests will have there own set of keys as well as any bldg gate codes to be able to access there way in and out at any hour with out fail. And any and all amenities will be provided for and available to guests with in reason. The living room has a 55’ Stereo TV with Bose Surround sound 3 &1 entertainment along with Amazon paid for entertainment of Prime.

During your stay
My interaction can be minimal to best friends should you feel the need and want to make it so. But I do a lot of traveling for work and may be gone during your visit or part of your visit. As I do go away traveling for work from one to four days at a time a week and it can differ from week to week. So there is a fact that guest/s may find themselves alone some or part time of there stay alone to even completely alone for the sedation of there stay. With run of the whole place alone. But always there will be an individual to whom guests can get ahold of during anytime they are on a stay or booking with my place 24/7 they will be notified of the person and the number to reach that individual should this come to happen in my absence if ever.

Other things to note
There is no smoking in the unit or any of the common areas of the complex. Noise abatement from the hours of 9pm to 9am except weekends then it’s midnight till 8am Quite Time Hours.
Laundry Hours and Room
Laundry room is located in a separate room of it’s own just across the common area of my unit next to unit 5 and is FREE and has operational hours of 9am to 10pm with everything washed and dryer by 10pm.
Parking may be in an assigned spot of the complex or it very well be on the street.
Please, read and adhere to all street signs for street sweeping and hours and days the NO Parking may be unforced.
Parking in the complex lot will be at the desegregation of the host with other factor which may play a part weather or not guests may be granted parking on bldg driveway (lot). This will be an individual bases of time and availability needs at time of guest stays.

Relax in this cozy place located near North Park which has lots of restaurants, well known coffee shops and modern pubs. The place is located in a residential neighborhood but very near to all the attractions that San Diego has to offer,minutes away from Downtown, beaches and Zoo.

A 1 bedroom with living room with futon/bed, bedroom with full size queen mattress, kitchen, A/C and full bathroom with private entrance. Free street parking. Secured gated entrance located in driveway to property.

The space
The living room has a Tv with antenna. Only channels from antenna are available.

Other things to note
Free Street parking is available but please read street signs to ensure it does not fall on the day of street cleaning. The private entrance to apartment is accessed through the outdoor side gate that is secured by driveway. Past the main house .Note: we are making updates in the kitchen. Apartment has a shared wall to the studio. Each has independent entrance.
