This fully furnished luxury apartment has a in unit washer and dryer, central AC and heating, filtered water dispenser inside refrigerator, has a fully equipped kitchen (all pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, etc are included) desk for business travellers, queen bed and is great for short or long stays.
Very safe and central location with a secured entry into the building (You cannot enter the building without a key fob or code) with easy access to all of Denver. Restaurants, parks, shopping and grocery stores are within walking distance as well as local public transportation plus bike paths. Amazing location to all of Denver and Aurora hospitals.
The apartment is on the 3rd story with no stairs involved.
The apartment has 2 closets, additional paid storage options are available.
A reserved Garage Parking space and there is free street parking around the area, but it is limited.
We are pet friendly; pets are $100 per month per pet.

Our Penthouse is clean and specious . Very Sunny , and open floor plan is the perfect space for friends and family trip . Perfect location will allow you to explore Denver. The heart of Capitol Hill neighborhood is close to all the best bars and restaurants. Historical mansion style will keep it unique experience . Plenty of parks to go to , 5 min from downtown and one hour from mountains . If you are planing to see concert at Bluebird , Fillmore or Ogden Theatre , you are in the right place . It is a very busy part of happening neighborhood . Many bars restaurants and coffee shops around . Place is on the third floor and there is no elevator . It is above the bar / restaurant. We would appreciate high noise tolerance guests ( louder on weekends only ) .
Please respect our afford in making it clean , although remember it is "home " , not a hotel so some things might not be perfect or might not be the way you desire .

The Space:
As you walk through the door, you are instantly welcomed by the open entry-level, beautiful artwork, and gorgeous staircase flowing up to the main level of our home.
The entry-level has a bedroom with a queen bed and TV, a full bathroom, laundry area, and access to the backyard. It leads down to the lower level of the home, where you’ll find a second bedroom with a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, walk-in closet, TV, and full en suite bathroom. There's also space to get your work done with a desk and chair.
One floor up from the entry-level is the open dining area and bar, which are complemented by the large windows in the living area, a SmartTV located above the electric fireplace, and couch seating as well as some outdoor balcony space! Just a couple of steps up, and you’ll find more than a fully equipped kitchen with additional bar-style seating. The kitchen is a dream, boasting stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinet space, and modern finishes which will all bring a smile to the chef in your group.
From here, heading up one flight of stairs, you’ll find the primary bedroom with a king bed and a large walk-in closet. This space is highlighted by access to a roomy, full ensuite bathroom boasting a sizable walk-in shower with dual shower heads, and two vanities/sinks to help maintain your private space. The true gem of the property is the jetted soaking tub and rooftop deck, which are both located up another short flight of stairs. The rooftop deck is our main hangout and a great space to enjoy outdoor dining under the orange and blue Colorado sunset.
The other staircase leading up from the main level has the fourth bedroom, with a twin daybed with a pullout base that converts into a double bed, more desk space with a monitor, and yet another ensuite bathroom.

I would have given 5 stars if it as not for the bed. Headboard with an overhanging shelf less than 2.5 ft where you head would rest. I'm not worried about being closed in space, but I'm 6ft tall. I would have to put my head in the overhanging shelf to fit the bed. I did not want to hit my head when I awakened.The picture of the bed in the listing has a lot of throw pillows in head rest area. This is misleading.I had to put them on the floor,. and make the bed so I could put my head at the foot of the bed. Since there is no headboard, a couple of times the regular bed pillows fell off the bed.Also the bed does not have a regular mattress. It was big chunk of foam on the bed frame, and 3 pieces of firm foam on top. Also their is storage space under the bed. But I did not open it. But the frame for this part of the bed jutted out 2 inches on both sides on the foot of the bed. It just a piece of lumber about 0.25 inches thick. Bang my foot against this. Ouch!Frankly, the bed in a box looked like it was ordered online and put together, and the mattress which was a bit uncomfortable. The 1 of 2 light bulbs in the Bathroom was flickering off an on. It needs to be replaced.They remodel the small apartment well. They remodeled with full appliances including washer and dryer. 3 day pass on public transit bus stop 2 min walk. 8 min ride to downtown & A-train to/from airport to downtown saved a lot not using Uber."

Welcome to our home in Denver! My wife and I love our beautiful Victorian-style home in a clean, quiet neighborhood that is walking distance from City Park and the zoo, 1 mile from RINO/ Five Points and 2 miles from Capitol Hill! 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a hot tub in the back yard and plenty of free street parking. Sleeps 7 with 2 air mattresses for additional guests. Great central location near multiple Denver attractions without the congestion of downtown.
