The open concept giant kitchen and living room are perfect for everyone to gather for a meal, play board games, or unwind to a movie. The natural light from the ceiling skylight keeps the space feeling bright in the San Diego sun.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans, and utensils needed for a home-cooked meal. A Ninja blender, toaster, Keurig coffee machine, and drip coffee machine are also available.
- The living room smart TV is set up with all the major streaming channels including Netflix, Disney +, HBO Max, and Hulu. Note there is no standard cable.
- The backyard is canopied by a giant tree that provides shade and acts as an amazing backdrop for relaxing on a sunny day. Guest Access:
This is a duplex and your unit is Unit B, which is on the rear of the property. Don't let the word deter you, because this truly acts and feels like an entirely separate home. Your house and backyard are private. The only shared space is the front gate leading into the property. Your entrance to the home is entirely separate and private, though you may run into the front house guests when entering/exiting the front wooden gate. The houses are adjoined by the wall in the living room with the fireplace (their living room is on the other side of the wall where the fireplace is).
The driveway is a 2 car driveway that is reserved entirely for your unit. Additional free parking is available on the street.

I recommend Ubering to most tourist destinations, such as the beach, as parking can be very difficult.

Walking distance to multiple bus stops. The bus ride to UCSD is a straight shot on the 41 that is just a few minute walk from our house. We are less than 5 miles to Crystal Pier in Pacific Beach. 14 mins to UCSD 15 mins to Sea World 15 mins to La Jolla shores 16 mins to la Jolla cove 15 mins to Downtown / Gaslamp Quarter 18 mins To San Diego Zoo 18 mins to Coronado.

- "This apartment was clean, cozy, and came with all of the essentials you'd need for a short or long stay. The bed was very comfortable, the number and quality of amenities were above average, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Check in was a breeze, and street parking was available about 20 feet away from the private entrance. You will need to walk up a few stone steps and open a gate to access the entrance, so keep that in mind. There are numerous grocery stores and shopping centers just a mile or two away, and it felt like it was only a 20 minute drive from everything. Very conveniently located. I stayed here for 5 weeks and highly recommend this property."

Above the main house with private entrance, queen size bed, bathroom and kitchenette. 10 min walk to bus stops, restaurants and groceries stores.

The space
Safe studio located over a private garage. It has a private entrance where you can come and go as you please. The studio is located within a 10-minute walk of shops, Vons, Marshall, Target and many restaurants. 5 min drive to Convoy Street for the best Asian food in San Diego.
The Studio has a kitchenette, with a fridge, sink, microwave, toaster, and induction cook top. Bedroom with Queen size bed and futon in the living room. Ceiling fans and there is a portable fan in the closet where the washer and dryer are. There is also a window AC unit.
A 40" Vizio Smart TV, already connected to the WiFi, just log into your Netflix, Red Box or Amazon Prime Video accounts and enjoy.
There is plenty of free street parking in front of the studio should you have a rental car.

- "We enjoyed our stay at this studio apartment and would not hesitate to come back in the future. The place was well decorated, clean and comfortable. We definitely appreciated the air conditioner when needed; however, during most of our stay, by opening all the windows allowed for enough air flow for the apartment to be comfortable with just the ceiling fans. Monica was easy to communicate with and provided some good suggestions on places to visit. With a rental car, it was easy to access some wonderful landmarks, parks, restaurants and grocery stores.
