It's centrally located in Los Angeles. Mid-City is central to the LA beaches (Santa Monica, Venice, Marina Del Ray, Playa Del Ray), Downtown LA (convention center, shops, restaurants, bars), Hollywood and more! It's very close to the 10 highway so guests have convenient access to freeways.

This home is equipped with smart tech, stylish decor and modern finishes including a contemporary rain shower, modern chevron tile floor, full-size kitchen appliances (including full stove, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge), washer and dryer, Smart Nest AC system, a smart TV, wifi and more. There is a small step up into the patio entrace area at the front of the home.

I am on the path of converting appliances and systems from gas to electric to capitalize on clean solar energy, while being mindful to minimize unnecessary waste and harm to the environment.

Welcome to Littlebourne, tiny space living at its best! Our 250 square foot back house is located in Los Angeles' West Adams neighborhood. Our airy space is fully equipped with a full sized bathroom, wifi, projector and Amazon Fire TV. Everything you need for an enjoyable extended stay whether it’s for working remotely or as a traveling nurse. We are walking distance to the Expo Line (about a 10 minute walk) that can take you to all the way to the beach in Santa Monica, or to Downtown.

The space
Littlebourn feels private and we offer free parking onsite as well if you need it during your stay.

The backyard area is also fully accessible to use as well. We also use the backyard so you will probably see us back there.

There will be a mid-way cleaning, half of the way through to change the sheets and clean the towels at no additional cost.

The driveway is yours to park in while you stay with us, however if you choose not to, or have more than one car and park on the street, please look at the signs. We have street cleaning every Wednesday and Thursday from 1PM-3PM.

15 yards from the apartment , is the laundry room with two new Speed Queen washers and dryers . The laundry machines run on an App as well as coins . As a Courtesy , We gift our guests 2 free loads of laundry.
