In summer, the splash pad operates, and this was a blessing during such a hot week. The kitchen and bathroom were spotless, which is so important to us, and there was ample space. Our rating on cleanliness is not about cleanliness per se. It rather was about so many scented options for soaps, etc. My husband has allergies, including to scented items, so at first he had to get accustomed to that. We enjoy Oak Park so much, and Mr, Jay made us feel welcomed and valued. He was available for the couple of questions we made by phone, one during his work day. While we wanted to avoid interrupting his work, our question had some urgency. He answered immediately and kindly. Thank you, Jay, for everything."
