Please park on the left side of the driveway or on the concrete slab to the left of the property. Please only use half of the concrete slab if you need this area for extra parking as other neighbors also use it.

Do not park on the first and second streets from the beach. They ticket for this.

Golf carts can be rented and delivered from several local golf cart places and can be driven through the neighborhood and down to the beach, but not on the beach. You can park in the grassy areas.
Other things to note
The deer are very friendly here as they are accustom to people. They generally do not let you pet them. Remind children these are wild animals, not a petting zoo.(remind adults too)

Our Seaside cabins are the perfect place to relax! Each cabin comes fully equipped with a Bedroom, Full bath, Full kitchen, and a living area with a pull out couch. Feel the breeze blow through, as you sit out on your porch area. Enjoy use of the pools, hot tub, laundry facilities, state of the art gym, community room and business center! You'll even have your own covered parking when you book a cabin! The covered parking spaces will accommodate up to 2 standard sized vehicles. Large and over-sized vehicles will need to use the paid parking.

For added convenience, guests have access to a washer, dryer, and ironing facilities within the main house's garage, facilitating a hassle-free stay without the burden of heavy packing.

You can access the back patio through a gate on the left-hand side of the garage.

Please allow the permanent tenant to have access to the garage on the left-hand side. You'll have parking on the driveway for ONE vehicle only, on the right-hand side facing the garage door. For your convinience, since there is an intersection, we highly recommend to park on the street. It's a safe neighborhood and there are many others parked on the street.

We kindly ask all our guests to plan for a check-in time of 3 pm. or later. Early check-in at 1 pm or late check-out after 10:00 am may be available for an extra fee made 24 hrs. in advance.

This is a small apartment unit on the west end of the property looking out onto a large green yard. Lakeside Terrace is a very short little used street.

Enjoy the relaxing Galveston Bay atmosphere with close proximity to award winning restaurants, Seabrook's walking trails, and parks where you can enjoy fishing ,relaxing or take in a sunrise or sunset. Kemah Boardwalk is a 5 min. drive away and NASA Space Center Houston is only 10 min. This private loft is located halfway between Galveston Island and Downtown Houston each being only 35 min. drive. Hobby Airport is a 30 min. drive.

The space
The space is bright and open with plenty of windows and a private deck outside the bedroom. The host is an artist and designed this space to be inviting, comfortable, and relaxing for your stay. The living area is equipped with a Smart TV offering Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, and Xfinity Cable. There is also WiFi. This loft is new and has all new appliances w/dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and plenty of counter space. Kitchen also has an island for dining or extra counter space. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private deck outside your bedroom. Take in views of the garden and make plans for the day. The bedroom offers the comfort of a queen size bed and a large adjoining bathroom with luxury hotel amenities.

Off street parking is available in front as well as the side. There is also room for off street parking for a motorcycle trailer or boat trailer. Since we live in such close proximity to Galveston Bay all living quarters are elevated. The stairs are easily accessible and have been built for a relaxing walk up pace.

This tiny house with full kitchen is conveniently located in Seabrook - halfway between Houston & Galveston. Enjoy our fun vintage Coca Cola theme! This sits at the back of a property that is a little over a 1/2 acre. Feel like you're in the country yet just a hop & a skip to the highway! Guests love being so close to many attractions, restaurants, bars, live music, shops & beaches! It's a great "homebase" for your vacation or if you're traveling for work!

The space
This cozy tiny house is set up studio style with a full size bed (please make sure to look at the pictures for the bed setup), bathroom with fully tiled spacious shower, and fully stocked kitchen that has a full size electric stove for cooking. Wifi is included and there's a large 50" TV with Roku. Because of the size of the bed, it's more suitable for 1 person; but it can accommodate 2 people max.

This property is located in a nice quiet neighborhood that's great for walks and Seabrook's extensive trail system is 2 minutes away. The property feels nice and secluded and is a great place to relax! We are 5 minutes away from Seabrook's El Jardin Beach, and an easy 50 minute (depending on day of week and traffic) drive down to Galveston. I'm happy to provide suggestions for attractions in our area - there's so many to choose from!

***Please note - the tiny house is a completely detached guest house at the back of our 1/2 acre property. We live in the main house, but the tiny house has a very cozy feel and plenty of privacy. There is also a larger 1 bedroom Cottage on the property - check out our other listings and message if you would like to rent both listings together! The tiny house has its own small fenced area, outdoor seating, gas grill and gas fire pit. The shared areas are: pool, pool loungers, hammocks, main deck, and outdoor TV by pool area. The entire property has a very relaxing, serene feel.

If you're traveling for work, we are a very easy drive to Deer Park, Baytown, Pasadena, the Port, NASA, or Clear Lake. And the tiny house provides a relaxing retreat after your work day is finished. Extended stays are welcome.

**If you are bringing a pet you must get approval in advance. One small dog is permitted with advance approval ONLY.** We do not accept cats.

Enjoy the entire tiny house to yourself as well as your own small fenced yard area (no grass but it does have its own gas grill, charcoal grill, and a very small covered porch on the front with 2 adirondack chairs). There's also an outdoor table and gas fire pit in front of the tiny house for your own use. You are welcome to enjoy the inground pool w/ waterfall, multiple outdoor seating areas, hammocks, outdoor TV, pool loungers, and relaxing deck area that is common to the main house and the Cottage! We do live in the main house, but we work a lot and make sure our guests know they are welcome to relax and enjoy the entire backyard!

We provide all the necessary utensils for cooking. Coffee, assortment of teas, salt, pepper and condiments are provided for our daily and weekly guest. A patio with table and chairs for morning coffee opens into a private courtyard for guests. A washer and dryer is in the condo for your personal washing needs. There is a large 43" flat screen TV equipped with ROKU and Xfinity high speed internet in the living room and a 26" flat screen TV in the bedroom. The condo has Xfinity high-speed Wi-Fi and Roku streaming sticks on both TV's.

The sleeping arrangements are comfy with a luxury hotel quality queen-size mattress in the bedroom for 2 guests. The couch has 2 recliners and an air mattress is available on request. We also provide a fold up infant baby bed for those with very young children.

The amenities at the condo recreation center include a large pool with covered patio, grills, tables and chairs and tennis courts all private for our guest! Also note, we take extra care to steam sanitize the linens and towels between each new guest stay. For your personal use, a washer and dryer is also in the condo.

Across the street is a shady City of Seabrook park with a splash pad for children, sand volleyball court, basketball court, picnic tables with outdoor grills and one of many hiking nature trails in Seabrook.

Out of respect for our neighbors, we kindly ask all guests to observe quiet hours from 8 PM to 8 AM. This property is designed for relaxing getaways—not parties or large gatherings.

Guests can access the entire home except for one owner’s closet which is locked to the right of the backdoor. Besides that, the rest of the house is yours to enjoy!

With reliable/high speed internet, it is also the perfect remote-working destination!

Guests are welcome to use the brick patio with a chiminea in the back yard and the waterside deck seating area 100 feet away. No unregistered guests in private or shared spaces.

Our property sleeps a maximum of 4 people. No unregistered guests and no parties. There are stairs and water nearby, so it is unsuitable for children under the age of 12. This open 3 bedroom boasts a large kitchen with plenty of counter space. The kitchen projects into the living room which offers lots of natural sunlight and a spectacular view from the front porch of the water and the Kemah Bridge. Upon pulling into the driveway, the car port offers ample amounts of space for hanging out or just relaxing. Home is less than 25 min to Galveston and Houston. Kemah and NASA are just 5 min away!
