A wide array of unique restaurants, breweries and shops are just a few short blocks away. Perfect for an evening stroll.

We have a fully-stocked and updated kitchen, washer and dryer, window air conditioners in the bedroom and living room and a mini-split system in the kitchen (central air is not possible in our 100-year old home), free WiFi, two TVS with DirecTV, NFL network AND the NFL Sunday Ticket on YouTubeTV, including a TV on our outdoor patio.

Enjoy a glass of wine under the stars while you BBQ on our propane grill and watch your favorite show. An electric fireplace in the living room adds that special ambience on cold, winter nights. (As in mid-50s, usually. It is San Diego, after all.)

We welcome housebroken and friendly dogs. And little kids, too. Although we have a limit of two each. There is no separate bed for the kids, but the couch is large and offers plenty of space for two mid-to-small sized kids. *Linens provided for couch sleepers.*

We are located on a quiet cul-de-sac, yet walking distance to many 30th St. restaurants, bars and shops in both South Park and North Park. The vacation rental is the front unit of our duplex home and is roomy with approximately 800 sq ft. Our quaint bungalow features tasteful furnishings, hardwood floors and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dine-in area. The dining area opens up to the living room, where you will find a comfy sectional and large-screen TV with a variety of new DVDs to watch and plenty of popular board games to play. We have comfortable and private sleeping arrangements for 4 people in beds, with a queen sized bed in room #1 and a full sized bed w/ a twin trundle in room #2. We have a *brand new* top-of-the-line central AC/Heat system that was just installed and attached to a smart thermostat. We also offer your own convenient washer and dryer with laundry soap for your use. Within a few minutes drive are: Downtown San Diego, Balboa Park, famous museums, the San Diego Zoo, San Diego Municipal Golf Course, Bud Kearns Aquatic Center, the Balboa Tennis Club and more! This freshly updated 1920's Craftsman home is right in the heart of San Diego. Situated in the east side of North Park, right by the bustling (and rapidly growing!) University Avenue. Literally minutes away from some of the best tourist attractions, restaurants, bars, breweries, music venue, etc. that San Diego has to offer. We integrated a seamless check-in/check-out process and minimal interaction for your privacy and convenience.

The space:
Upon booking, you will receive a code to unlock the front door. Once inside, you will find a gate FOB on the kitchen counter that would allow you to access the parking at the back of the property. Access to parking is through the alley. One vehicle would fit in our designated parking. On cold nights, get cozy in front of our gas fireplace, an additional space heater is also provided and could be found in the Master's Bedroom. San Diego is known for its perfect weather year round. For that reason, we only have air conditioning in the Master's Bedroom, but there are ceiling fans through out the house. Our TV's are equipped with streaming services such as Hulu and Netflix. High speed WiFi is also available within the property. An iron, ironing board, and hair dryer are also provided for your convenience which are all located in the Master's Bedroom.

Guests will have access to the entire home, laundry shed, backyard, and parking.

A maximum of two dogs are allowed per reservation. There is an animal cleaning fee of $60 per animal. A separate charge will be requested for this and must be paid prior to check-in. Also, please make sure that they don't join you up on the bed or any of the furniture.

While we love all animals, we do not allow cats at this rental to keep it friendly for guests with cat allergies. Unfortunately, they are not allowed unless they are a service or therapy pet. If you are traveling with a service or therapy pet, we'll just need to see the proper documentation. Thank you in advance for your understanding!

An EV charging outlet (240V, adapter is not provided) is on the shed by the parking space and is available to use for a one-time fee of $20 for the duration of your stay.

If items are left behind, shipping and handling will need to be paid in advance on top of a $15 convenience fee.

If the gate key FOB is lost or damaged, a fee of $100 will be required.

For stays longer than 28 days, you must agree to sign a lease agreement on the day of check-in.

I felt comfortable walking my dog I had no issues but I noticed that on the outside once we walked outside the house nobody picks up after their dogs that’s very nasty and disgusting. Overall it was great staying there. The property manager assisted me with a quick response."

I have recently converted the garage into a studio unit with private entrance and yard. There are two women who share the main house and have a few friendly dogs. Guests won’t need to interact with them at all, and they keep fairly private.

This is a cool little studio the I have recently built out of the garage. I am living in it myself, and just renting it out while I’m out of town. I can also leave a guitar there for anybody who would want something to strum at night

The entrance is through the side yard of the house, and feels very private from the main house.

I just finished building the deck and reorganizing the patio over the last couple of months. It is a great little hangout spot to stretch out and catch some sun during the day, or chill at night under the string lights. There will be a barbecue available, as well as a small gas fire pit.

San Diego's many amenities. You’ll love my place because of its quite and peaceful. My home is great for families. No party events allowed.

My home is located in a very quite neighborhood with access to major freeways 94, 15 and 805 within minutes. The house has a very nice backyard. Nice cool breeze that seems to blow from dawn to dusk. No party events allowed.
