The location is excellent you walk one block to park ave where all the shopping and restaurants are located First of all when you arrive university beautiful area but the property itself is a much older 1960s building there is some issues with parking, very very tight space and limited to one spot. there is some safety issues with a retaining wall at the front of the property that's collapsing so if you have children be careful. THE NEIGHBORHOOD: excellent THE PROPERTY: very old complex dates with some safety issue at front of the property will a collapsing wall. The Cottage has a large deck, with a table for four, overlooking the lake, barbecue area down by the fire pit. Inside there's apartment size refrigerator, a propane cooktop with four burners, microwave and all utensils and cooking supplies. there's a full bathroom shower toilet sink etc. Downstairs there's a bedroom with storage and a place to hang your clothes. Also a comfortable queen size bed. On the other side of the house there's a loft with another queen size bed upstairs. Also the couch pulls out into a sleeper.
** This house is pet friendly with an additional $40 fee (pet fee collected separately after booking through the AirBNB resolution center)

Each tiny house has a secure combination door. Fun stuff to access: Enjoy the lake on the paddleboard or a tandem kayak also we have 2 single kayaks (all free!). We also have many of games to play on our field. Feel free to go fishing on two of our fishing docks (fishing poles available). There is also an on-site guest/resident coin laundry.

For your convenience, we have onsite managers to handle maintenance and other questions that may arise. Amber and Adam will be more than happy to help you with any problems or questions you may have, please feel free to call or text the number on your reservation. Our peaceful tiny house community is on beautiful Lake Fairview, a public ski and fishing lake. It is also a bird sanctuary! Residents and guests alike are able to enjoy Florida's lake life. Bring your own canoes, paddles and fishing gear, or enjoy the two-person kayak and fishing poles available for guest use. The nearby college Park neighborhood has shops, cafes and eateries. There is a Walmart, Publix and also a Walmart Neighborhood Grocery as well. There are a few convenience stores within walking distance. Our growing tiny house community is in a light industrial side of town with resident tiny homes and some RVs as neighbors. The community is well lit and safe. The view across the lake are multi-million dollar homes. A big lifestyle for a tiny price tag. Orlando Lakefront is the only tiny house community in Florida and the largest in the nation. We have been featured on HGTV, Orlando Magazine, Fox News, and the Orlando Sentinel. There are 40 other tiny homes in the community with residents and guests alike living the tiny life!

Tips and Answers to Frequently Asked Questions:
When turning on the shower make sure you don't turn the hot water on full blast for too long. It will drain the hot water tank. If you turn it on slower you will have a good 15 to 20 minute shower. When turning on the water the shower head might be facing out. Be careful you might get sprayed.

The marble in the kitchen is real and can stain. Please do not put anything like wine or coffee or anything else on it that might stain or chip it.

There is agrill that is near the smaller dock. It is apropane grill and all the BnB rentals are welcome to use it.

There is a coin Laundromat in the Green Building near the center of the park that will do everything in about 45 minutes. It is a $1.75 for the washer and $2.00 for dryer.

The AC/Heat is adjusted by using the remote or on the unit. Note: The snowflake symbol means “cool” and the “sun” symbol means “heat”. When selecting “Sun”/Heat wait a few minutes and the heat will come on.

1. There is a combination passcode on the front door of your tiny house. Please call, or send me a text at 407-936-4094, and I'll send you the combination.
2. The Wi-Fi network and passcode are listed in the email.
3. There's a remote on the counter for the AC, heat and TV.
4. Please do not put food (grease, food prep, plate scrapings, etc.) down the sink drain. Please flush toilet paper ONLY. Do not flush other items down the toilet. Thank you!
5. Please be respectful of the community's residents and other guests.
6. When checking out please clean up after yourself, clean dishes if you used any, leave the AC/Heat on Auto set to about 74, and leave bagged trash right outside the door.

The cleaning company will charge extra for excessive cleanup duties outside of changing linens and sanitizing the tiny house.
$250 fee for smoking in the house

This house is our newest addition to Orlando Lakefront tiny house community! This house has a wonderful deck with a table and chairs to enjoy the picturesque lake view. Guests love the central location of this tiny house and the downstairs bedroom for easy access.
This house is truly a gem with the convection stove, apartment size fridge, beautiful tiled shower, and bright, airy feel with plenty of windows to enjoy the view! The tv is adjustable to watch in the kitchen or the living room and the bed has drawers underneath and lots of closet space for your belongings during your stay.

Each tiny house has a secure combination door. The Lake Breeze Tiny Home has ample kitchen amenities including stove, oven, fridge, microwave and washer/dryer. Enjoy the lake on the paddleboard, jon boat, and tandem or single kayak which are all free to use! We also have games to play on our field including a volleyball net and corn hole. As soon as you enter, the environment is green and welcoming… the tiny house community this property is located in is charming … with a variety of intriguing, colorful and fanciful tiny homes… … the lake is lovely, as is the fire pit area, which we enjoyed (though we did not light a fire, we just sat there looking at aquatic birds in the lake. Be advised: 1) The smaller of the two lofts in the tiny home is barely adequate for a 5’ 10” person... 2) The home is “wide” with sleeping lofts at each end (and with a nice couch in the main area facing a large screen TV - and the couch can act as a bed for another person) but the space is only 8 and 1/2 feet “deep”. 3) The bathroom shares the same space as the “ladder well” for the smaller loft, so there is not complete privacy in the bathroom. So people staying in the facility need to be comfortable with that aspect, and with each other … … but every other aspect of the tiny house was great… it’s stylish, comfortable and well equipped … It faces the lake, so it has a lovely view. We wish we had had enough time and better weather, to kayak on the lake! All in all, we had fun, and will always remember our tiny house adventure."

It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.

We have a two year old female Golden Retriever (Daisy), a 11 year old sweet boy we call Bo both very friendly. Screened in Porch and garden access/usage is encouraged if you like to walk in the gardens or have a meal/cup of coffee in nature. The neighborhood is highly walkable/bikeable if you don’t feel like driving. Within close distance are restaurants, markets, coffee shops, and several shops. There’s also a SunRail station available in Park Ave. House is conveniently located 1/2 mile from I4 for easy travel around the city. We also have a music room if like guitar/piano/hand drums/ ect. The studio has a queen size CASPER bed (check it out online), great for couples or single travelers. Max we can take are 2 guests in this studio to fit comfortably. It's a full bathroom with shower, toilet and bathroom sink. FYI .. There's no plug to take baths. Under the bathroom sink cabinet you will find shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash and toiletries. The unit is about 330 sq ft.

This duplex comprises of 2 units, Unit B and Unit C, with Unit B being the main house and Unit C being the mother-in-law suite attached at the back of the property. You will have exclusive access to Unit B, which has a separate entrance from Unit C, ensuring absolute privacy during your stay. Additionally, Unit A is solely designated for storage and cleaning supplies, and no guests will ever stay there.

This remodeled Florida bungalow was built in the 50s, enter into the living and dining room with two large bedrooms with two bathrooms sharing the same step-down shower. The kitchen is well appointed with a eat in kitchen table.

One car driveway and attached one car garage with laundry.

Guest access
Our guests have access and can enjoy the retreat to themselves.
The Rental Manager will share the keyless entry code and check-in details on the morning of arrival.

Kindly note there is no dishwasher and the washer and dryer are located in the attached garage.
Both bathrooms do share the same shower with a deep step down into and out of the shower..
Bedrooms have blinds as well as black-out curtains.
There are two (2) steps to go from the living area to the bedrooms/bathrooms.
There is one (1) step to enter the house from the front door and the garage.

We just recently renovated this entire home . We left open cell ceilings with wooden beams to accent the height and yet not feel cramped . Climate control with accent lighting thru out the entire home. We love this house and hope that you will also.

Within minutes of Park Avenue's shops and restaurants, and easy access to the theme parks and other local attractions, this home is the perfect base for your business trip or stay to visit family or local events.

The space
This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home (1530 sq ft) is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of business or exploring Winter Park. The home features a full kitchen, living room, dining room, front porch area, and large backyard. It also has a number of smart home features, including an Alexa, Nest thermostat, smart door locks, and an exterior security camera.

Please note that there is a separate unit in the backyard that we rent out to other Airbnb guests. This unit has its own separate entrance and does not share any common spaces within the main house.

You will have full access to the home. Also in the garage we have a washer and dryer you can use. We have instructions on how to use and even provide detergent and dryer sheets for your use.

You also have access to the backyard. Just note there is a separate guest house in the back yard detached from the main home. That is another rental please do not disturb them.

Other things to note
Take note of our house rules. Please no house parties and no outside guests who are not part of the reservation are allowed. For example inviting guests for dinners or to invite others to the home as a meeting place is not allowed. Breaking this will cause cancellation of your reservation and forfeit damage deposit and rental fee. Also we limit 2 cars while renting our home and to please park them in the driveway. We strive to be responsible hosts with our neighbors.

If you're a tourist coming into town to catch the sites or coming into town to possibly relocate or coming into town for work, you would be perfect for us.

If you're renting our place for an event to invite visitors to the home who are outside of the number of guests in the home. I am sorry we are not the right fit for your needs.

The space
Family owned lakefront get away that was recently remodeled! Once you walk through the front door your are welcomed by the cozy, rustic design and your worries disappear once you gaze through the triple sliding glass door and onto the lake. You can enjoy the view from inside, on the back deck, or on the dock while still having a TV near by.

While enjoying the lake, you may see a float plane or seaplane come in for landing. There is an outdoor grill for cooking if you choose to stay in and relax. If not, you are not far from the many shops and restaurants in Winter Park, College Park, Mills 50, Maitland, and Downtown Orlando.

The home has been carefully curated to ensure a relaxing stay. Every room has been upgraded to dimmable lighting, though there is abundant natural lighting during the day.

Bedrooms:
Newly furnished, each with adjustable light temperature and intensity. The master bedroom includes a Samsung smart TV and a dimmable body mirror.

Bathrooms:
Customize your shower experience with dimmable smart mirrors, each equipped with an anti-fog feature for your convenience (lower button). Enjoy the rain shower heads in each bathroom, as well as the wand (master bathroom only). Hair dryer & steamer available.

Living room:
Sink into the plush deep-seated couch where you can warm up with the electric fireplace or turn off the heat setting to simply enjoy the ambiance. Catch up on your favorite shows and movies on the 65" Samsung smart TV.

Family Room:
Lounge on the sofa or pull it out for additional sleeping on a Sealy mattress. Elegant, dedicated work desk available for your convenience.

Kitchen:
Fully stocked for all occasions. Includes air fryer, pour-over coffee maker, and tea bags. There are 4 bar stools for additional seating.

Dining Room:
Enjoy a cozy and elevated culinary experience on a real marble table.

Outdoor:
Relax and soak in the sun or unwind around the outdoor fire pit in the large backyard. Propane is included - if you are not sure how to use it, please do not use it. By using the fire pit, you understand you are using it at your own risk and accept 100% liability for any associated damages. The fire extinguisher is under the kitchen sink.

Also worth mentioning:
-New AC, new insulation.
-The cleaners use fragrance free & clear detergent to be considerate of those who have sensitivities to traditional detergents. The detergent is left out for guests to use, as well as some basic cleaning supplies.
-The cabinets in the laundry room are locked and reserved for the cleaners/maintenance team to ensure they have the supplies they need.

Welcome to this one of a kind custom 2400 square foot home. The space offers 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms, and additional den with pull out couch for additional guests. Everyone will enjoy the amazing architecture and spacious entertaining spaces.

The backyard is the focal point of this home. Heated pool and hot tub overlooked by a custom bar and seating area with 2 TVs built in. Also, a beautiful oversized fire pit for roasting marshmallows with family/friends and grill for a perfect evening. We have also added games as well for outdoor fun filled day.

The main floor of the home offers a beautiful kitchen with floor to ceiling windows leading to the backyard. Located on the first floor is one bedroom and separate den with pull out couch and one bathroom.

Upstairs has three additional bedrooms and bathrooms. The listing is stocked with all toiletries and comfortable mattresses after a fun filled day in Orlando.
