POOL HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $35 per day.

5-Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
6-Heaters works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)

ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED when the owner has to fix something or pay for an extra cleaning.

- "This property was super awesome. The pool was huge, loved the jacuzzi when it worked, as well as the heated pool when it worked. The only issue I have is that I paid for 5 days of heated pool and it only worked after our second day there. Contacted management through email and phone calls and still no one came out. After the second day we gave up as the pool heat had started working. However, that was two days of paid for that I didn't get to use. Other than that everything was perfect. Use the Resort at the back, it is AWESOME, but....do not use the flowrider if you expect to get your money worth, cause you won't."

If you are here for the parks, you came to the right spot. Disney is 12 min. away. My apartment is a shared with myself and my 2 older kids. My apartment is on the first floor where you will be renting a 1 bedroom and private bathroom for you. My bed is temperpedic, and the headrest goes up and down. Coffee and tea are in the bedroom. I am very clean, everything is washed daily, and i use a lint brush on the carpet and beds. Guest also take their shoes off before entering the room.

The space
I have an adjustable queen size mattress that is a temperpedic mattress. I also have Hulu and Prime on my roku remote. This space that you will be renting is a 1 bedroom and bathroom that will not be shared while you are here. The shared spaces will be the kitchen, livingroom and dining room with myself and my 2 adult children. I have a laundry room that you can use and it includes laundry detergent for 4 dollars per load. I have 2 cameras on property. One is located outside the front door and the other one is in the dining room.

Guest access
You can use the 2 gyms, 4 pools and 2 laundry mats if you'd like. I have a washer and dryer in my apartment if it's more convenient, and it's $4 dollars a load with detergent and dryer sheets included.

During your stay
you can call me or text me at anytime, but I normally go to bed between 10-12. I usually get up at 9 am

Other things to note
Please do not have any packages sent to the apartment, and please don't smoke anywhere but the porch.

If you want to check in early, please let me know as early as you can. ilI charge $7 dollars per hour for every hour before 3 pm and after 11 am checkout if there isn't other guests before or after you. I have no problem if you want to drop off your luggage early.
