There is a full kitchen with all the necessary items and a comfortable dining and relaxing area for reading or television viewing. We were the only guests on the ground floor of the three available rooms that share the common space. This is a guest house and not a full service hotel. Look at the amenities that are provided so you have no surprises. Be sure you bring your own personal items such as shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Very tidy and clean. There is no front desk but the self check in is easy. Be sure to know the procedure before you arrive. I forgot to contact them 24 hrs before arrival to be prepared for the checkin. They were very accommodating and got me all the information I needed via email and text in a very short time. Very easy to access your own personal entrance. Great value for the budget conscious. "
