The bungalow has a living room with a sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, along with a private patio overflowing with beautiful bougainvillea. The kitchen was recently updated with graphite gray cabinetry, tile floors and quartz countertops. The bed is incredibly comfortable and looks out to the patio, making for a great night's sleep and a peaceful morning.

One gated parking spot is provided right outside your front door. Free street parking is also available.

Laundry use is available for stays of two weeks or longer. For shorter stays, there are numerous laundromats nearby.

Well-behaved, potty-trained pets are more than welcome! We do collect a non-refundable $50 per pet, per stay pet fee prior to check in. Please message me before booking to let me know you will be staying with a pet.

Additional rules
We strive to provide a comfortable and quiet stay for all our guests. Therefore, smoking is only allowed outside on the private patio. All noise needs to keep at a minimum. No large parties are allowed onsite, but we can provide recommendations for special event services that are offsite.
