It is near the subway which is important if you plan to visit other parts of NYC. There are so many Harlem highlights close to the home including the Apollo theater. We walked to the world famous, Harlem Breakfast Club where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. There are many eating establishments within walking distance of the home. Carmen, the host, was kind and extremely attentive. We had one incident with the shower, and Carmen had it immediatley fixed. In addition, she was very responsive to all my questions and happy to assist while we were preparing for our trip. If you want to have an authentic, yet comfortable and fun experience in NYC, I recommend this Harlem gem!"

For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

Security Deposit Policy:
- Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold
- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent

All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
