This suite came with two actual bedrooms and a pull out couch . We used the dinning table for doing hair and make up and it was perfect ! - "My husband and I stayed in this studio apartment for two weeks. The apartment is as-described in the listing and photos, and it was very clean when we arrived. It is well located near Grand Central Station and the UN, with plenty of food options near-by. Despite the central location--a short walk from Times Square, the apartment is located on a quiet street. The management was very responsive; when we reported an issue with the kitchen fan, they sent a repair person the next day. The bed is very comfortable. (The futon couch at the foot of the bed is serviceable but not comfortable to sit on.) Though the studio is cozy, the ceilings are very high, making it feel roomier than it is. There is no elevator, but there are just 24 stairs to the apartment, with a landing in between two sets of stairs. I highly recommend this apartment . "

Delightful unit that accommodates up to 3 guests. W/ the privacy of your own kitchenette, featuring a sink, refrigerator, microwave, TV, and climate comfort with a radiator for warmth in the winter and AC for summertime. The bathroom is not located inside the unit. The accommodation is located within walking distance to, Madison Square Garden, Empire State Building and Manhattan mall. A valid card is required to be provided for the security deposit upon arrival.

The space
There is a fee of $3.50 (city tax) to be paid upon arrival.

The apartment is ideal for couple and families.

Front Desk – Check in is available 24 hours after 4pm. You will be picking up your key and signing the license agreement within the rules of our accommodation at the front desk.

Unfortunately, we don’t provide parking space. However, there are plenty parking garage near to our accommodation.

Luggage drop-off service is provided by the building management. This service can be requested at the front desk with a fee of $7 pe bag.

Please note, we provide one-time towels, soap and shampoo to our guests.

Lastly, for any modification in the reservation there is a fee of $60 upon approval and availability from the management. Please note, any modifications related to adding an extra guest a fee of $15 (per night) will be applied as well.
