This unit is part of a duplex; you may encounter the guest in the neighboring unit, but there are no shared spaces other than the backyard.

- "The space is very clean and many necessities are thoughtfully provided. The neighborhood is awesome! It has easy access to everything we wanted to do in San Diego. Downsides: The couch in the family room is uncomfortable and just does not work for anyone with back or knee problems. A variety of seating options would be nice.
