The parking spots are narrow but we managed just fine. Marx is very accommodating and the one night all the spots were taken, there was a permit for us to use to park on the street. He even offered parking service but we were happy to do it ourselves. The room was small but not too cramped. The bathroom was modern and clean. If you like softer beds you'll love the memory foam bed. Everything worked well. The fridge was stocked, which was great (just bring your own liquid cream and regular sugar if you like that with your coffee). The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The neighborhood wasn't fancy but wasn't unsafe. We would definitely stay here again. It had what we needed and was in a location that worked well for us."

When entering the room according to my stay the garage door would be available, but for some mysterious reason it was not. The middle bedroom bed frame was broken, that it could not be used to sleep. I reported the issue but was never addressed. Due to this issue some of my family members ended up sleeping on the couch and floor. The corridors inside the building smelled bad and the elevator sounded like it was falling apart. The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.



NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times. Outside visitors not permitted.



A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip Vacations Hollywood in writing prior to the arrival date.



NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS

Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.

Newly renovated studio bungalow's located in an original Hollywood courtyard building. All new furniture includes weathered double bed frame with very comfy pillow top mattress, desk with chair, TV and cable, and wifi. Marble bathrooms with tub/shower, skylight, built-in original dresser, plush towels, soap, shampoo. Cheerful 1920's kitchen with gas stove, fridge, microwave, utensils, pots-n-pans and everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. Closet with hangers. These vintage bungalow's look out over the lush courtyard and are surprisingly quiet given the fact that they are in the middle of the city. The location is very central to Hollywood and West Hollywood. Ralphs, Sprouts Farmers Market, Salt's Cure, Walgreens, West Hollywood Gateway (Target, Best Buy, Starbucks, AT&T, Verizon, etc.), Chase, Rite-Aid, Michael Kohn Gallery, Freecity Supershop, James Perse, Fat Sals, American Academy of Dramatic Arts, Avis/Budget Car Rental and a great cupcake/espresso shop are all within a couple blocks or less. Excellent fine dining options are available 5 blocks away at either celebrity chef Mario Batali's Osteria Mozza or chi Spacca restaurants, or celebrity chef Ludo Lefebvre's Trois Mec or Petite Trois restaurants (Please check their websites for reservation requirements). C. Do not leave appliances unattended while in use, ex: stove, iron, etc.

Maintenance
E. Report any damage, leak, or malfunctions to your on-site host immediately.
F. Do not put oil, bones, or leftovers in the kitchen’s garbage disposal. It will cause a clog. Please use the trashcan instead.
G. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. It will cause a clog.

House Rules
H. Zero tolerance -No parties, no intoxicated behavior, no illegal drugs, no aggressive behavior. You will be asked to leave our property immediately!
I. No smoking marijuana, and no smoking cigarettes anywhere inside the property. Smoking cigarettes is permitted in designated areas only.
J. Quiet hours are from 8pm to 9am.
K. No pet/visitor in the room. No more than 1 visitor. Your visitor is your responsibility. Your visitor must follow the house rules. You must be present when your visitor is at our property. No visitors during quiet hours unless previously approved.
L. No illegal movie/music down/upload with our internet. We use Spectrum/Time Warner and they track the user and will issue you a fine.
M. Maintain harmony with other Guests in the house. Put on a headset when listening to music or watching movie.
N. Keep all your belongings inside your closet or at designated areas. Do not borrow or consume other Guests’ items without their prior authorization.
O. Clean up after yourselves immediately, especially if you are using shared facilities (bathroom, kitchen, and other common area).
P. Continuous complaints from other guests will incur a $200 penalty per occurrence.
