We were right in downtown LA, which put us exactly close to family and friends. The only hiccup with this location was parking. It was $15.00 each night to park, which we were happy to pay to avoid issues with our vehicle and a ticket for double parking on the street. Local markets are pretty near for a cold drink and treats. If you are deathly afraid of cockroaches, you will see one or two in this location. I saw 2 in our room and 3 in the kitchen. This location is SUPER clean but you have neighbors that just aren't as clean, you could tell by their doors being open. Overall a good experience."

- "The stay was great. Our host was really good at communicating and clear with check in instructions. Unfortunately just as the rest of the big cities in CA, there is homeless activity at the end of the block, but the building is very safe. You need a code for everything; entering the building, calling the elevator, selecting your floor and entering the apartment, so you do feel safe once you’re inside. - "We stayed for 4 nights, house is perfect for someone who will be just sleeping there. Would recommend the owner upgrade some of the household items, everything is from the dollar tree and you can tell. Low quality and very bare minimum. There is 2 skillets and one pot for cooking, dollar tree trash bags that rip the instant you try to lift them or love anything in them. Dish soap is from dollar tree and doesn’t even get bubbly, there was no plug for the sink. I killed 5-6 spiders throughout the house over the course of the 4 nights we were there. Overall comfy, just felt cheap."

Literally 6hr before I was supposed to fly there. The host contacted me stating her property was targeted by protest. I reached out to my friend immediately who lives in the same building and she let me know that was not true, her building was fine. Not only did the host canceled me last min, but it inconvenienced me and I had to find somewhere else to go."
