Home is located right on the Snake River in Hagerman, Idaho with boat dock. This location has a magnificent view of the river of all bedrooms in the home as well as a full deck with table and chairs. This location is great for water sports, fishing and Duck hunting in the winter.
Our home has two bedrooms, one master with Queen size bed with a new mattress, the second bedroom has a trundle bed with 2 twin beds brand new. There is a pull out queen size bed in the sofa in the living room, and a full size bed in the couch in the back library room off the kitchen.
House includes air conditioning and forced hot air with Direct TV, Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer.

Outside we have a large deck with a table and chairs to dine outside while viewing the river. On the lower grounds we have a fire pit for wood with chairs surrounding the fire pit.

This is a stand alone property with BLM land on 2 sides. Only 1 neighbor.

We would love to host you in our cozy, recently-remodeled guest house. You will have the house to yourself, just check in by keypad entry and make yourself at home. Feel free to use the internet before retiring into our comfortable beds. And there is ample parking for RVs and moving vans so your rig can rest too. The house is conveniently 3/4 of a mile off of Hwy 93, 5 minutes from groceries, and fuel in Filer, and 15 minutes to much more in Twin Falls. Absolutely no pets.

We have 2 spacious bedrooms . One with a king size bed and the second with a queen size.

The cupboards are stocked with breakfast items. Oatmeal, pancakes, locally roasted coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Farm fresh eggs in the refrigerator.

We live close by and are only a call away if you need anything.

During the summer, every Wed, they have a live bands performing with plenty of food vendors.
There is also a walking or biking path along the Snake River with beautiful view to what we call Shoshone Falls ( know as the Niagara falls of the West)

During our stay here if we needed anything at all, Ying was quick to answer and accommodate us, if required. Lastly, we loved the proximity to everything in Twin Falls and surrounding areas. The sunsets from here were amazing, as were watching the stars in the evening! - "We loved this property! Beyond pet friendly! Home was stocked with a dog bed, toys, bowls and has a huge, well maintained yard. We also appreciated the little extras stocked for us. Drinks, snacks, games, toiletries. Our only complaint is that the sprinklers to the lwan cycled on and off from 9pm to midnight. Which meant I couldn't put the dog out on lawn to go to the bathroom before bed. If the owners changed the timing of the sprinklers to later at night that would've been great! Overall, highly recommend."

We set this up so you would have your very own everything when you’re here. Once you enter through the drive gate, (which is in the back of the property) everything you can access is right there just for you. The parking, garden, patio, hot tub, gas fire pit, bbq grill, and studio are all yours.
Other things to note
We are in the very middle of Twin Falls. Some sounds from the main strip at times may be music to your ears OR disturbing (if one is sensitive to sound). We supplied a white noise machine to help the sensitive spirits (like mine).

If you have scent sensitivities, let us know in advance, we use Palo Santo (Holy Wood) to clear the space and Thieves essential oil to clean everything.... but we can do less if you request...

We LOVE animals, BUT here, we offer a PET FREE place. This means ALL of our guests (with or without allergies) can enjoy breathing here…our guests have really appreciated this and come to expect THIS when they stay here. Of course We understand and honor ALL … but due to severe allergies and shared ductwork to other living quarters within the home, ESA or emotional support animals cannot be accommodated.
