Nestled in Jefferson Park, a few blocks from the Broncos Empower Field, a half a mile from Downtown Denver, this townhouse is in a high-class neighborhood, two blocks from the park, one block away from the grocery store, multiple bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, flower shops, and salons.

1) There are absolutely NO PARTIES. This is a quiet neighborhood.
2) Please treat the house as your own - we do expect guests to take off their shoes.
3) In terms of the space; the guest suite sits atop of the garage (its a brand new build - built in 2022) and there is 1 bedroom (queen bed) and 1 couch in the living room which someone could sleep on.
4) Its STREET PARKING ONLY. DO NOT PARK ON THE DRIVEWAY OR BLOCK DRIVEWAY ( Its best to park off of Bryant Street - there are no parking restrictions on that street aside from street sweeping April - November - make sure you read the signs for street sweeping day...which happens once a month).

Jefferson Park is a cozy residential neighborhood that feels super safe with several restaurants, a park, breweries, coffee shops, and a grocery store all close by.
You will feel so comfortable in our well appointed, 4-level townhouse with 3 Bedrooms, 4 Baths (2 Full), sleeps 6-7 comfortably in beds (now with Cozy Earth sheets), 2-car attached garage. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and opens to the large dining room and living room(all on one level) with Lg Smart TV, high-speed Comcast Internet. Great for families or friends to gather, watch movies, and play games! The amazing rooftop deck with gazebo has lots of comfortable seating and a BBQ Grill. 360 Degree rooftop views from the Private Roof Deck (private hot tub included) simply can't be beat. My home is spacious and has an incredible location directly across from a 7-acre city park. The city skyline is visible rising up behind the beautiful park and large windows and balconies on every level of my home take full advantage of the spectacular views. The 4th story rooftop affords views of both downtown to the east and mountains to the west, making for unforgettable sunsets.
I worked for the developer responsible for a large portion of the townhomes in the neighborhood (one of Denver's most desirable for its proximity to downtown yet ample parking and friendly neighborhood feel) and know my unit has one of the best locations, layouts, and views in the entire neighborhood.
Garage and entryway are located on the first floor; kitchen, dining, living room and large private balcony overlooking the park across the street are all on the second floor; Two large bedrooms, laundry, another large private balcony, and two bathrooms are located on the third floor; and the entire rooftop has been built out into a rooftop patio with outdoor furniture including large bbq, outdoor dining table, 4 chaise lounges, and a premium hot tub.
My home is furnished with a pretty cool mix of modern and classic furniture (or so I'd like to think). I worked with a designer to try to make my home both unique with the industrial accents, but also very warm and welcoming. I'm still working on artwork for the walls.
I keep my house extremely clean and am pretty spartan in nature so I don't have many personal photos or personal effects laying around my home so you'll feel like you're renting a vacation home rather than someone's personal residence.

You'll have full access to the entire unit, including an attached garage you can park a car in and private rooftop deck. I also welcome you to use whatever spices and pantry items you might need if you're cooking, though such items may not be taken off the property. Similarly, cleaning supplies and household goods stored throughout my home may not be taken off the property by guests.
Other things to note
The Bronco Football stadium is located in my neighborhood and therefore street parking is restricted on certain stadium event days. During those days, you will need to ensure your car is parked in the garage space so that you do not get towed (enforcement is 100%).

- "Our entire family enjoyed our 5 night stay this beautiful condo. It was myself, wife and two sons. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. The neighborhood had restaurants, grocery store, bars, coffee shop and ice cream shop all within walking distance and the neighborhood itself was safe and cute. The roof top terrace was a great place to start and end your day and most importantly the beds were really comfortable. Close to downtown, Broncos and easy driving distance to Red Rock and an to the mountains. Because the house had everything we didn’t even need Alex’s help but knew he would be available if needed from our first interactions. Came to mainly visit our daughter and her newest editions to the family. Will definitely look this up on our next visit."

If you're looking for the perfect, private, place to stay in Denver with easy access to downtown, walking distance to Mile High Stadium, and so much more, you can find it at our stay! After buying this townhouse, we converted our first floor private mother-in-law suite with a separate self-serivce entrance into an Airbnb. We love our Jefferson Park area with the access that it has - 5 minute Uber to downtown, quick scooter ride, and so walkable to restaurants and bars! We hope you love your stay!
You'll have a private entrance through the back door of our townhouse, directly into this private mother-in-law suite. In it, you'll have a nice queen bed with soft sheets and comforter. Enjoy a morning coffee or tea with the Keurig and feel free to use the mini fridge as you need! You'll have your attached private bathroom, so come and go as you please without anyone in your space. The TV has a Amazon 4K Firestick for easy streaming. One of the things we love most is how light and bright this space is, but for the evening there's blackout shades on the window for added privacy.
Getting to us is super easy! If you're coming from the airport we recommend taking the train from the airport to Union Station and taking a short Uber to our place from there. (Train is $10 and so is the Uber generally. But we've found that this is often cheaper than an Uber direct from the airport, which is about 30 min without traffic.)
There's so much within walking distance including Jefferson Park, a bunch of restaurants, bars, and breweries, and of course Mile High Stadium (5 minute walk) and Ball Arena (1 mile away). We're happy to provide you our brochure of recommendations once you book.
Although the space is most comfortable for 2 adults. We are happy to provide a Serta Air Mattress with additional bedding for groups of 4, as well as anything for kids, just let us know upon booking.

This space is a lower unit, so there will be people living above you that you can hear walking around. The space is completely separate, with a separate entrance, however you do share the garden with the upper unit.

Guest have access to the front and back yard, along with the back patio. These are shared spaces with the people in the upstairs unit.

Our house is a block away from Briar Commons and Jefferson Park. We are also only a short walk to the Broncos Mile High Stadium.
There are a few wonderful bike paths that intersect just down the street for easy access to downtown or just a ride down the river.

We're a few blocks from Mile High Stadium and Meow Wolf, and super close to many restaurants, breweries, dispensaries and Denver City attractions. There's also easy access to the highway to get to the mountains!
You will have complete privacy, your own outdoor patio area to hang out, off-street parking, and all the amenities for a comfortable stay.
The space
A completely private garden-level apartment with its own entrance and patio. There's a small kitchenette and bar to make coffee and warm up your leftovers, and two rooms for living and relaxing.
The living room has a trundle bed and pulls out into two single beds and a smart TV, the bedroom has a queen size Tuft & Needle bed. Each room has ceiling fans for your comfort.
Please note: there is not a full kitchen - no kitchen sink, stove or oven.

There is off street parking with a private entrance on the side of the house. There are some great bars and restaurants within walking distance, and there are always scooters nearby to take you to the Highlands, LoHi and anywhere else in Denver you desire. Ubers and Lyfts are also very accessible and are typically less than $10 to anywhere in Denver.

We (your hosts, Dani & Ryan) live upstairs. We do our best to keep our noise to a minimum, but with the original wood floors, you may hear footsteps or us on phone calls as we work from home. There's a noise machine in the smaller bedroom, and earplugs are in the bottom drawer of the kitchenette. Let us know, though, if it's ever an issue.
The thermostat for heat is on the main floor, but we try to keep the house at a comfortable temperature. If you get too cold or hot, please feel free to use the fans, heaters or extra blankets!
The house does not have central AC, so in the warmer months there will be an AC unit in the larger bedroom. Please turn it off when you are not in the unit.
We're 420 friendly -- we'd prefer if you smoke outside though (vaping inside is ok) :)
Please treat the space with respect and understanding -- this is our home (not a hotel) and it's over 115 years old!

Enjoy our lovely 124-year-old house in this great city. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, parks, REI flagship store, trails, Mile High Stadium, aquarium, and heaps of fun. It is also just a short bike or Lyft/Uber ride to downtown. You will have access to the entire house, including a washer/dryer and a kitchen fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and cooking basics like coffee, olive oil, and seasonings.
The space
The house was built in 1901, and is completely renovated with modern conveniences. There are high ceilings, exposed brick, and a nice backyard with a patio. A TV and sound system are available. Many of the original houses in the neighborhood are being torn down so this style is becoming more rare. The 600 SqFt house is in the best part of Denver, but that also means that parking can be tight and that we are surrounded by city noises. This is our actual home and not an impersonal AirBnb so please be respectful.

Parking: There is a spot reserved for one small vehicle (sedan sized) in the back of the house by the garage.

If you're looking for the perfect, private, place to stay in Denver with easy access to downtown, walking distance to Mile High Stadium, and so much more, you can find it at our Airbnb! After buying this townhouse, we converted our first floor private mother-in-law suite with a separate entrance into an Airbnb. We love our Jefferson Park area with the access that it has - 5 minute Uber to downtown, quick scooter ride, and so walkable to restaurants and bars! We hope you love your stay!
The space
You'll have a private entrance through the back door of our townhouse, directly into this private mother-in-law suite. In it, you'll have a nice queen bed with soft sheets and comforter. Enjoy a morning coffee or tea with the Keurig and feel free to use the mini fridge as you need! You'll have your attached private bathroom, so come and go as you please without anyone in your space. The TV has a Amazon 4K Firestick for easy streaming. One of the things we love most is how light and bright this space is, but for the evening there's blackout shades on the window for added privacy.
Getting to us is super easy! If you're coming from the airport we recommend taking the train from the airport to Union Station and taking a short Uber to our place from there. (Train is $10 and so is the Uber generally. But we've found that this is often cheaper than an Uber direct from the airport, which is about 30 min without traffic.)
There's so much within walking distance including Jefferson Park, a bunch of restaurants, bars, and breweries, and of course Mile High Stadium (5 minute walk) and Ball Arena (1 mile away). We're happy to provide recommendations once you book.
Although the space is most comfortable for 2 adults. We are happy to provide a Serta Air Mattress with additional bedding for groups of 4, as well as anything for kids, just let us know upon booking.

This 4 floor house has an entire basement for your comfortable stay with a bedroom with a king size bed, a private bathroom and a basement living room equipped with a TV and Roku for streaming. Enjoy access to the luxurious fully finished rooftop complete with a bar and a grill, ice chest, comfortable patio seating with a fire pit, premium umbrellas. The house has surreal views of downtown and Elitch Gardens and is a two minute walk to Bronco Stadium! Perfect for game day festivities.
The space
The entire basement is accessible as well as the fourth floor. The main floor serves as the main entrance and is used to access the basement only or stairs to the fourth floor rooftop deck only. Access to the main living room/kitchen and third floor is not permitted during the stay as those are where I primarily spend my time. If you need anything, just ask! I provide some disposable cups and plates and cutlery for any food you may want to enjoy while in the basement as well as mini toiletries. Towels, etc all provided. Basement is now equipped with a mini-fridge and coffee maker as well.

Parking is available on the street, generally right in front of the house. The house is situated right in front of a Bronco Stadium Parking Lot and sits upon the closest Cul-de-sac to downtown in Denver proper. The Jefferson Park area is really unique, and awesome, and definitely a really cool place to hang out and enjoy in Denver. There is a nice brewery right down the block called Little Machine Brewery. Another good place nearby for dinner is called Briar Common Brewery and Eatery. Then a ton of good spots in LoHi (Lower Highlands) just a mile or so away, with very popular restaurants such as Avanti, Happy Camper, Linger, El Five and more.

Peaceful yet central and accessible gorgeous townhome located in Jefferson Park in Denver. Beautiful park views from the quaint living room and kitchen located on the first floor, with a second floor office overlooking the park and bedroom. Located blocks within breweries, rooftop eateries, and coffee shops, directly across the street from Jefferson Park, 3 blocks from the Broncos stadium, 1 mile from Sloans Lake, and close to all that downtown has to offer!
The space
After entering the front door located directly across from Jefferson Park, you walk into the bright and quaint main living area. This area has the cozy living room with windows looking out to the park, a gorgeous modern kitchen just beyond, and a half bath. Beyond this space is a door to the backyard with an outdoor table and barbecue.
On the second floor is the bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom attached. Beyond that, there is the office and workspace with bright windows overlooking the park.
The third floor has the laundry room.
Street parking is all open and available, but be sure to read the signs - there is occasional street sweeping and some spots are unavailable during stadium events.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to use any and all of the accessible space! There may be closets and doors locked off, where the homeowner's personal belongings are stored, which are unaccessible. Guests do not have access to the garage beyond the backyard.
