If I might suggest as we have stayed in many different style accommodations around the world, the little extra things really count. EG,extra toilet rolls,a box of tissues, hand soap,detergent to wash dishes, a clean dish sponge for every new set of guests, good quality linen and washed bedding every time a new guest stays, thui is extremely important for hygiene. A clothes airer to put wet washing out to dry, an iron would have been terrific. We had a conference 2 days running and not one laundry around had an iron facility. Complimentary tea and coffee.. etc...another suggestion would be to toss out the old air coolers that are taking up space in the bedrooms on the floor.. very unattractive indeed! This may certainly provide you with a very high standard of accommodation and your company will get excellent reviews and word of mouth referrals. We thoroughly enjoyed our New York stay and would recommend thus apartment if you like the bustle and noise of the Kips Bay Area. Personally if I stayed in New York again it would be Upper East or Brooklyn Heights(quieter big streets trees and very stylish vibe). "

Our unit is located in a beautiful 1930's historic building that will provide you with a true New York experience. So please keep in mind that this classic building, which is a better word for older, is well maintained but lacks certain amenities that became more popular years after its creation. Stairs are a must, as there is not an elevator in the building and the A/C's are located on the windows.

The Neighborhood
One of the best features of our studio is its location. Step out of the door and enjoy the beautiful tree-lined streets of Murray Hill. With plenty of cute cafes, restaurants, bars, and local shops to suit any needs you may have. This upscale but young and hip neighborhood puts you within walking distance of pretty much anywhere you may need to be, or at most a fast subway trip away from it.

The Apartments
The units are small (which NYC apartment isn't right?) but well equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
The kitchenette may be tiny but have everything you need to bring the inner chef out of you. The comfortable bed will guarantee a good night sleep after a long day out on the city. We provide free Wi-Fi and basic cable TV for you to stay connected with the outside world and the private bathroom has an eclectic feel to it and will provide full privacy to feel comfortable with added closet space to keep you organized.

The building
Our unit is located in a beautiful 1930's historic building that will provide you with a true New York experience. So please keep in mind that this classic building, which is a better word for older, is well maintained but lacks certain amenities that became more popular years after its creation. The Building has an elevator and stairs so you can choose whether to get some extra exercise or not.

The Neighborhood
One of the best features of our studio is its location. Step out of the door and enjoy the beautiful tree-lined streets of Murray Hill. With plenty of cute cafes, restaurants, bars, and local shops to suit any needs you may have. This upscale but young and hip neighborhood puts you within walking distance of pretty much anywhere you may need to be, or at most a fast subway trip away from it.

1- We have a few units in this building, and we list them using Airbnb's multi listing capabilities for experiences host. This means that all apartments are in the same building and have the same amenities described in the listing. However you may reserve a unit that has slight different cosmetical finishes, such as paint color, flooring, bathroom tile, etc.

2- This apartment must be rented for a minimum of 30 days as per NYC law. Before booking a brief "application/terms&conditions/information disclosure" must be filled to comply with the city's rules and avoid any issues with the reservation for either part.
