Buellton, Solvang, Santa Ynez, Los Olivos and Los Alamos are quaint small towns located just a short drive away through vineyard-covered hillsides.
For the aerospace industry, the house is under 20 minutes' drive to most sites on Vandenberg Space Force Base for contractors' convenience. Many rocket launches, including those by SpaceX are visible right from the front yard! It is an easy drive to Santa Barbara, Solvang, Pismo Beach and San Luis Obispo; you can easily daytrip to both with approximately one-hour drives along Highways 1/101...both with breathtaking coastal views.
The house features 4 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all with closets and luggage racks. There is a large eat-in gourmet kitchen, with almost anything you might need for cooking provided for your use. The beautiful living room and separate dining room both have expansive views of the Valley. The family/game room is cozy and a perfect spot to hang out while watching your favorite shows on the smart TV, playing Foosball, doing puzzles or playing card games. There is also a fully stocked laundry room which you are free to use.
The beautiful and private backyard is lovingly tended by the owners, typically ablaze with color from many floral and succulent blooms. There is a classic pool with a built-in hot tub/spa which were both completely renovated just a few years ago. Views from the backyard are of a natural hillside/canyon, and it is very private. Enjoy yourselves on the redwood decks with three dining sets and a Weber natural gas barbeque. Pool floats are provided. Guests may heat/use the hot tub for up to two hours per day at no extra charge, however heating of the entire pool is considered an EXTRA CHARGE; please contact owner for pricing. During colder winter months, it may NOT be feasible to heat the pool, but use of hot tub is usually possible and up to two hours of soaking per day is included in the nightly price. Beautifully remodeled historic 1920s Mission Revival single story home just blocks from Historic downtown Lompoc. A short walk takes you to shops, coffee bars, wineries, breweries, restaurants and community festivals. And nearby, a 5 minute drive takes you to the famous Wine Ghetto with over 20 wineries within 1 square block. Drive a few minutes outside of town and find numerous Vineyard Estates.
At home, relax in the comfy living room with full entertainment system with video streaming service, enjoy your company with a game of Backgammon or Chess, or create in the cook's kitchen while enjoying your stay in the adjoining dining and entertainment areas and spacious redwood deck.

Each ground-floor bedroom has a queen bed, while the loft has a full-size futon bed. The loft also features windows on all three walls, making this the perfect spot to take in the incredible view of the surrounding vineyard.
The updated bathroom features charming details, a walk-in shower, and skylight.

This rental does not have central air-conditioning, however there is a split AC/Heat unit. Loft access is via a steep staircase, and the ceiling is low.
The road leading to this private cottage continues on to the main house, and guests of the main house will occasionally pass by.
LOCATION
Wine enthusiasts will enjoy staying right in the middle of an active vineyard! Your cottage is surrounded by vines.
For hiking and biking trails, head 17 miles to Gaviota State Park, located right by the beach. Cachuma Lake Recreation Area is 22 miles away and offers additional outdoor adventure.
For shopping, dining, or an evening out, venture 6 miles to Buellton, 10 miles to Solvang or Los Alamos, or 12 miles to Lompoc.
All structures have on-site devices for your security – these may include security alarms, decibel monitoring (which do not record voices), and exterior motion sensors or cameras.
This is an active vineyard and we have day workers on property and occasionally have summer night sprays and harvest in the vineyard.

And if you are looking for clean... then our home is just that! ;-)) Also, our home is done in tasteful Rustic finishes including pine antique furnishings, Knotty Alder cabinetry & doors, matching granite counter-tops throughout, floors are Tumbled Travertine in a Versailles pattern. The home is very neat, tidy, uncluttered and clean for a peaceful vacation, getaway or executive retreat. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with fireplace and another room just off the kitchen combines to be used as laundry, den and office. The back yard is private and spacious with a copper fire pit, wrought iron chairs, BBQ and a table for four with an extra two chairs & umbrella if you so choose... and can be on an environmentally friendly & permeable decomposed granite surface... kind of like a Parisian park! Our home is on a cul-de-sac street for added comfort and privacy... A Family neighborhood. Though with quick access to so much... including the many local wineries, Village Country Club and the Vandenberg Air Force Base. We are also close to the Lompoc Valley Medical Center, the Valley's wineries and of course we are a perfect location for short trips to the beautiful Central Coast Beaches... Retreat to the backyard for an afternoon under the pergola or in the dipping pool. Fire off dinner outdoors in the pizza oven, smoker, or barbecue grill, and roll down the projector screen to enjoy a movie after dinner or start a fire in the fire pit. We can turn up the heat of the dipping pool to a lovely spa temp and provide propane for the fire pit table for an additional fee per day for you to enjoy while you take in the beautiful dark skies and bright stars.
The living room has its own corner office, a giant 70" smart TV, extra deep seat couches, a recliner, PlayStation, and a veritable library. The triple-bay window looks out to the front yard, creekside, and canyon walls filled with old-growth oak and eucalyptus.
The master bedroom boasts three floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the native plant garden and a full wall of reclaimed farm wood, a large mirror, and smart TV. The master bath has a walk-in shower and soaking tub, plus twin sinks for extra space. The two other bedrooms share a full bath down an ocean-themed hallway from the master suite.

The giant laundry room has extra everything and plenty of counter space to care for your laundry needs in the comfort of your own farm stay. Their might be sheets and towels in the washer and dryer. Feel free to move the laundry along if you need to use the facilities.
Shop the farm stand, just a few strides from the front yard to cook up an extra fresh meal, or gather wood and s'mores for the evening.
The kitchen, patio, backyard, living room, laundry room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and front yard are all available for your private use. You may also enjoy a walk around the farm to view the garden and animals; however, these are shared guests and workspaces. The garage is locked off and you might hear us in that space.
Please message us through the Airbnb app if you need anything. If you're unable to use the internet, you may find an employee on the farm who can contact your host.
The home is on a 40-acre farm shared by work-stay guests and three other Airbnbs. Also located on the property are our farm stand, office, garden and other farm spaces. The road is an easement shared by four other homeowners who live in our canyon.
Please note there is very little cell service on the farm. If you require it, please do not expect it at the farm and look for another place to stay. Otherwise, ENJOY being unplugged for a bit. Your soul and mind will thank you.
THERE ARE FREE ROAMING DOGS ON THE FARM. They will come say Hello. They will bark to alert us when you drive up. They are all cuddly and friendly; they play gently with our 4 small children.
We are in the country. There are bugs, wildlife, and dirt. We clean bugs away regularly but they come back quickly. At night there is a chance of seeing a fox, raccoon, skunk, opossum, or a very rare bobcat. They will very rarely approach or even come close. Do not be alarmed. Please do not feed our dogs or the wild animals. If you would like to feed the goats or chickens, bags are made available at the Farm Stand for $2.00 that are labeled for the correct type of animal.
You can park in the driveway in front of the house and walk around the farm. Please do not drive through the property or further up the easement road.
To heat the pool or to have propane for the firepit table, please contact the host via the Airbnb app. The charge is $50 per day and must be paid before the pool can be heated or the propane delivered for the table.
Please shower to remove oils, lotions, and dirt before getting in the pool. If the pool is found in a condition unusable by future guests, not treatable with the filter and chlorine (i.e. dirty bottom, film, discoloration, excessive debris, or food) we must drain, refill, and filter the entire pool and will assess a $150 pool cleaning fee.

Kitchen is simple but has everything you need to prepare a simple meal. The neighborhood is quiet and the property is located very close to the main E/W thoroughfare making it fairly easy to get to. It was a bit cool to use the outside amenities but they have a grill and a fire pit. The yard is well maintained showing that the owners care. Would recommend."

Outdoor seating and fire pit offer a farm view, fresh air, and stars. Indoor faux fireplace and colorful LED lighting sets a fun and cozy space. Enjoy a walk by the goats, cows, chickens and garden. Firewood is available for purchase. Our farm stand with farm fresh produce is open everyday.
Please note the WiFi is limited and very little cell service on the farm. If you absolutely require either please do not expect it at the farm and look for another place to stay.
Stella the Airstream is located on a organic, secluded working farm. Tucked back against a oak covered hillside it provides all of the amenities of comfort and camping, yet still a short drive to Lompoc, Buellton, and Santa Ynez for wine tasting, restaurants, and shopping. Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo are both an hour away for longer day trips.
Stella is perfect for a small family getaway, a couples trip, or a quiet waypoint between Los Angeles and San Francisco.
Enjoy an evening or night on the deck under the market lights. Have a campfire and gaze at the stars. Wake up and listen to all of the songbirds, (and chickens), and take a walk around the farm. This is a unique experience that people from all walks of life can enjoy.

The airstream is located on a beautiful, secluded, and quiet 40 acre farm in the back of a oak and eucalyptus covered canyon. We have cows, chickens, and goats. There are dogs on the farm that will come by to say hi and will take a pet or two, they bark at first, but are very friendly. We host interns and volunteers from all over the world that work on the farm with us.
We are secluded and miles away from any public transportation. Lompoc is about 5 miles away where you can find restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping.
We are located in between Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo and both are an hour away. Lompoc has a few restaurants and several wine tasting locations.
Santa Ynez , Los Olivos, and Buellton are a 30-40 drive away and all have excellent shopping, food, and wine tasting.
There are several hiking trails about a half hour away such as Gaviota Peak, Point Sal, and many more in Los Padres National Forest. Jalama Beach, a local gem, is a 40 minute scenic drive away.
WE HAVE WIFI, but it is limited, and cell service is spotty. Enjoy being unplugged for a bit. Your soul and mind will thank you.
THERE ARE DOGS ON THE FARM. They will come say Hi. They will bark when you drive up. They are all cuddly and friendly; they play with our one and three year old.
TO START A FIRE:
You will need a lighter or matches, kindling and firewood. We try to keep all of these items in stock at the farm stand for sale but cannot guarantee their availability.
Be mindful of your water consumption while using the toilet. The holding tank on the airstream is small, and although we have a backup tank in place, it can overflow if the toilet is used too much. Shower and sink use is fine.
We are in the country. There are bugs, wildlife, and dirt. At night there is a chance of seeing a fox, raccoon, skunk, opossum, or a very rare bobcat. They will very rarely approach or even come close. Do not be alarmed.

1930s Tudor style house with many original details. Decorated to reflect both the original era built and modern tastes, the house and fenced in yard are dog friendly. 4 Bedrooms and two beautifully tiled full bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have queen beds and the upstairs front bedroom is set up with two twin beds for flexibility.
Within 3 block walking distance of old town Lompoc, breweries, cafes and wine. Just a 5 minute drive to Lompoc's "Wine Ghetto" https://explorelompoc.com/lompoc-wine-ghetto/ and 10-15 minutes from some of Santa Barbara wine countries best and most beautiful vineyards and estates. Host will happily provide you a list of their favorite wineries, breweries, dining opportunities, adventure opportunities and more.

Enjoy the peaceful countryside in a charming 1964 Little Dipper vintage camper tucked away in a small canyon on a 40-acre working farm. The camper is refurbished with lovely aromatic cedar woodwork, a handmade dining table and comfortable queen bed. Lots of windows and colors make for an airy and bright space. It is powered entirely with solar for LED lighting, colorful accent lights, and outlets. Disconnect and enjoy the campfire, stars, farm animals, and fresh air. Only 10 min from town.
Our farm was founded in 2009 as a small-scale egg farm. Our farm has free-range chickens, goats, cows, dogs, organic produce, and work-stay guests from all over the world. Our work begins at 8 am during the weekdays and between 9-10 am on weekends. The property is mostly quiet, with very little use of tractors or other heavy equipment and sweet working guard dogs that protect the farm. The farm is nestled in the back of a canyon with old-growth oaks and eucalyptus. We strive to provide a peaceful, relaxing, and friendly environment. The nighttime stars and morning bird songs make the farm a magical place to live, work, and host new friends.
Please note the WiFi is limited, and there is very little cell service on the farm. If you absolutely require either, please do not expect it at the farm and look for another place to stay.
The camper, firepit, outdoor bathhouse, and parking area are private, but within close proximity to areas of the working farm like the garden and pasture. The porta potty toilet is a 40-foot walk from the camper. It is an open pit Porta potty, meaning you will see other people’s poop. The outdoor shower is made of recycled materials. Enjoy a walk around the farm to view the garden and animals (please do not touch the animals without assistance.)

Lompoc is known as the City of Arts and Flowers. A drive through the town itself shows an abundance of murals on the buildings, and minutes out of town you can find fields bursting with fresh flowers. There is an abundance of great hiking trails and bike routes here on the Central Coast. A few beaches are very close, as well as a hot spring. The area around us is known for great wine and boasts the Lompoc Wine Ghetto which is a collection of wineries, tasting rooms, and wine cellars from vineyards in the Santa Rita Hills AVA. Enjoy Surf Beach or Jalama Beach nearby, get wowed by a rocket launch from Vandenberg Space Force Base, and enjoy day trips to the surrounding quaint towns such as the Danish town of Solvang.
There is room for 2 small vehicles to park. Please only walk around the farm. You’ll need to drive or bike to town which is about 4 miles away.
We are a working farm. Every day at 8:00, work begins on the farm, and although we do not often use heavy equipment and tractors, cars are coming and going as well as dogs barking. Work begins between 9:30 and 10:00 am on the weekends.
The outdoor shower is great for drinking a beer while showering. Water for washing dishes and cleaning is not suitable for drinking, and there is only a 9-gallon tank, so conservation is a must. The camper does not have A/C or a refrigerator. There is an ice chest available for use. There is a solar system in place to charge devices and to have lighting, but it won't support hair dryers, straighteners, power tools, or any other high draws.

- "Everything about this cozy studio is wonderful! Easy parking and access to the property. There is a lush lemon tree and sweet-smelling flowers that line the walkway. A very clean and welcoming place to stay plus Ramona is a very thoughtful hostess. The owner is really nice and greeted me shortly after my arrival. The bed and couch are comfy. There is a clothing rack not shown in the pictures and the couch is also upgraded to a sectional. Walmart is nearby so you can stock up the fridge for your stay. Recommend getting sugar in case you want to make fresh lemonade with lemons off the tree you're allowed to use. The bathroom is very clean, though the toilet could use a new seat. The cleaning company brought in between guests is thorough. Our stay was for two nights, but I see there is a new 3 night minimum. I still mark this as a favorite property and will be back."

- "We were in town for a funeral and wanted a nice place to stay that we would be comfortable in with friends/family throughout the weekend. The checkin process was easy as ever! Alexander was easily accessible if needed, although everything went perfectly and we were not in need of everything throughout the trip.The property was well laid out and decorated, had a super cool bunk bed room that our grandson (9) insisted he needed to stay in, even though his parents were staying in a motel LOL. The bathrooms had a great showers and the coolest touch with Bluetooth lights/fans in them, so we could listen to music while showering/getting ready. The beds were comfortable and the home was clean with everything we needed in it. The backyard had a great little area for basketball, which we all enjoyed and a hot tub that was relaxing and absolutely a great asset to the property. There were TVs in each room and LED lighting throughout. (The family/friends candid pictures we took in the home turned out great with the white, modern decor). We have nothing not one bad thing to say about Alexander or the property, we would stay there again in a heartbeat and with so many family and friends in Lompoc, we will most definitely try to rent this property the next time we come to town! Cute 1939 cottage in the heart of the California Central Coast wine region. Comfy queen bed in master, comfy double bed in second bedroom. Sofa sleeper in living room. Separate dining room with bay window and breakfast items. Fully equipped kitchen. Very large back yard with seating for eight at the stone table and eight more under the pergola, plus four around the fire pit. Weber grill for BBQs. Party lights make it magical at night.

This is a quiet and spacious accommodation in an exclusive neighborhood in Mesa Oaks.
The home is a light filled airy space with a King Suite and two Queen Suites. These suites feature comfortable beds and abundant fresh air. There is a master bath attached to the King suite and another full bath with tub for the two Queen Suites.
There is a newly remodeled kitchen and adjoining dining area that seats 8 people.
The space
This is one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the Santa Rita
Valley. It is quiet with little traffic. It is secure and virtually crime free. There is ample parking for 3 cars. We are 10 minutes from downtown Lompoc.
Guest access
All guests will have access to the mutual use laundry room, and personal side yard with your door patio and dining area proximate to the kitchen.
We must ask guests to socialize their dogs with our dogs prior to allowing your dogs into the back yard. If the dogs do not socialize well they will not be permitted in the back yard with our dogs
Other things to note
Given the Covid 19 virus we are dedicated to a deep and thorough cleaning between guest stays. We are sanitizing the entire space with proven disinfectants. We are cleaning all surfaces, knobs, handles and implements.
Most importantly the HVAC system for the Annex is isolated. Both the supply and the return air plenum are in the guest Annex so the Annex’s air supply and HVAC is completely self contained.
We are also airing out the Annex between guests in addition to the deep cleaning.

Equipped with 4 bedroom, 4 bathrooms (4 kings / 1 Queen) on the South Side of Lompoc. Open spaces & high ceilings with updated modern amenities while keeping the rustic feel & original touches, which exude an old world charm.
Tinning house was built in 1893 by Miss Jesse Talfore, a local school teacher in Lompoc. Floors are original 130 year old Douglas Fir have been refinished & sealed.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. A newly re-modelled efficiency apartment featuring a full kitchen with granite countertops, full sized appliances, and all essential bathroom with soaking clawfoot tub and shower, and a combination living room (by day) / bedroom (by night). Couch pulls out into a confortable queen bed (an extra thick foam topper is also provided). Small fenced yard with peaceful night lighting, shade, patio and picnic tables with plenty of seating.
- "Although small, this place had everything we needed. Hosts were prompt in responding to questions and everything worked as it should. It was a nice touch to have coffee pods and a few snacks available. Also the full kitchen with utensils and some spices allowed us to cook during our stay. Wifi was good enough that we were able to maintain connection on our VPN (work from home). There is a step in the bathroom that could be a hazard if you aren't careful or if you are not fully mobile but it didn't bother us much."

We are only professional adults living here. There's a maximum of four people at any one time. The house is large and comfortable, with many areas to sit, work, read or enjoy the surroundings. Being that I'm a writer, I don't play the TV or loud music ever. I work quietly during the day, in the evening I watch TV in the family room or in my bedroom. The large couches with comfy pillows are a welcome relief after a long day at work, put your feet up on the coffee table, have a glass of wine or cup of tea and relax. It's my favorite pastime.

Downstairs is the common area - a large kitchen/dining area, living room and bonus tv room. Slider door access leads to the patio and backyard. Outside are two seating areas, mature landscaping, and gated access to Beattie Park.
Parking is available on the street. This is a very quiet neighborhood - known as the south side of Lompoc.
There are three roommates who work full time within the space industry at Vandenberg. You may run into them during your stay & they will likely be happy to share info about the area and base! There is no smoking or shoes indoors.

🧑🌾A Note About the Farm Experience: Staying on a working farm means getting the luxury of farm life without the chores—but with a few rustic realities. Our water comes from a natural well and may have slight discoloration, though we provide filtered water for drinking. You might notice some dust, the occasional bug, bird nests, or wildlife sounds such as fox calls in the distance. The road is paved almost all the way to the farm, then very well-maintained dirt roads upon turning in. It's dark here, and we recommend arriving during the day for ease of finding your stay, though the camper sign is lit up at night. It’s all part of the charm, and we hope it adds to your connection with nature during your stay.

Self-check-in: the door will be unlocked. The space is stocked with essentials to help you settle in and enjoy your stay. The landscaper comes on Saturdays or Sundays.

Lompoc is the best vantage point on the West Coast for viewing the stellar rocket launches by NASA and SpaceX from Vandenberg Space Force Base. Missile launch days and times are released several days in advance and are subject to change based on weather conditions and/or mechanical challenges. Once booked, we'll provide you with all the details you need in your guest portal for checking launch schedules!
The camper does not have A/C or a refrigerator. An ice chest is available for use. There are outlets for charging devices, but the system won't support hair dryers, straighteners, power tools, or any other high draws.
WE HAVE WIFI, but it is limited, and cell service is spotty. Enjoy being unplugged for a bit. Your soul and mind will thank you.
THERE ARE DOGS ON THE FARM. They will come say Hi. They will bark when you drive up. They are all friendly.

You will need a lighter or matches, kindling and firewood. We try to keep all of these items in stock at the farm stand for sale, but cannot guarantee their availability.
TOILETS
The porta-potty toilet is private and is cleaned thoroughly on a bi-weekly basis; however, it is not emptied after every stay. It is not a flushing toilet.

We are in the country. There are bugs, wildlife, and dust. There is a chance of seeing wildlife during the day or at night. They will rarely approach or even be seen. Do not be alarmed.

Clear sky.. great stargazing! Most of the backyard is hardscaped with pavers. Fun for soaking up some sun, listening to the chimes and the birds. There is a house cat named Minx. Our water comes from a natural well and may have slight discoloration, though we provide filtered water for drinking. You might notice some dust, the occasional bug, bird nests, or wildlife sounds such as fox calls in the distance. The road is paved almost all the way to the farm, then very well-maintained dirt roads upon turning in. It's dark here, and we recommend arriving during the day for ease of finding your stay. Cell service is limited, however Wi-Fi through Starlink is very dependable, though imperfect. It’s all part of the charm, and we hope it adds to your connection with nature during your stay.

WE HAVE WIFI, but it is limited, and cell service is spotty. Enjoy being unplugged for a bit. Your soul and mind will thank you.
THERE ARE DOGS ON THE FARM. They will come say Hi. They will bark when you drive up. They are all cuddly and friendly; they play with our one and three year old.
TO START A FIRE:
You will need a lighter or matches, kindling and firewood. We try to keep all of these items in stock at the farm stand for sale but cannot guarantee their availability.
Be mindful of your water consumption while using the toilet. The holding tank on the airstream is small, and although we have a backup tank in place, it can overflow if the toilet is used too much. Shower and sink use is fine.
We are in the country. There are bugs, wildlife, and dirt. There is a chance of seeing wildlife during the day and at night. They will very rarely approach or even come close. Do not be alarmed.

Great location on the south east side of town. Great views for rocket launches. Spacious house. Almost everything in this house is brand new (fixtures, plumbing, flooring, etc.). This house was fully renovated in 2023. A couple miles radius away from two extremely nice golf courses and 40 miles from a handful of other great locations to enjoy an entire weekend of golf. We are also located within an hour drive of a handful of beaches along the California coast line.

Executive Retreat or a Lompoc Wine Weekend Getaway -- A very comfortable and clean (3 bedroom 2 bath + office space) home. Perfectly suited for those executives/contractors working in the area and that require an office space. And close to the wineries & tasting rooms. We just love our home away from home and know you will as well. Our home works very well for families too.

Owners are very well traveled and do so for work. As such their rustic inspirations come by their travels abroad and thus decorate the interior with knotty alder cabinets and doors. The flooring is Travertine in a Versailles pattern throughout the kitchen, hall and bathrooms along with carpet in the bedrooms. The home is closely situated to Beattie park, Home Depot, the Lompoc Valley Medical Center and "Lompoc's Wine Trail/Ghetto"... tasting rooms and more... really a great spot to use as a home base to explore or simply relax! Emergency contact info is required for safety of all.

Access is permitted to everything except garage unless additionally requested. Back yard is fully fenced. There is one Queen size bed and two doubles. Perfect for one to four people and "comfy" for 6... sleeping more than 6 is not allowed.

Our Home is simple and de-cluttered... though we have some baubles and antiques from our travels that we care for... we totally remodeled this home a few years back and continually update soft goods and more -- keeping it looking and feeling newness.... including from furniture to bedding. Front yard has lovely native plants with DG walkways -- Seasonal California Poppy's & more are blooming at different times of the year. Alfresco patio dining is possible. Our home has a shoes off inside, no pets, no smoking policy. And we are not a party house. Of course a family gathering is not unexpected... but, not for weddings or reunions or similar. Sorry, those just take too large a toll on our second home. And for us to keep it better than most others we pretty much adhere to these guidelines. We appreciate your understanding.

Pets are allowed but limited to 2 dogs, or 2 cats, 25 lbs and smaller. If further accommodations are needed please reach out to us and we can work something out. $35 nightly pet fee applies per pet, $35per night.
Other additional fees are charged based on:
If lights, fans, heaters, appliances, etc. are left on when not being used or before leaving the house an extra $50 will be applied.
Late checkouts that were not requested or approved will be subject to a $40 fee.
Unapproved guests will be charged $50 per person, per night. Maximum number of guests 9.
An extra $100 cleaning fee will be charged if house is left with excessive trash or food.
Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 charge.
Deodorizing fee in case of any kind of smoking will be $250.
Vomit, urine, or blood stains found anywhere in property will be charged $200.
No parties or events are allowed, if done so a $200 fee will be charged. Quiet hours are from 10 PM-7 AM. Excessive noise during quiet hours will result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
Please try to keep your pets off the furniture and beds, bringing your own pet bed is encouraged. If allowed on a pet hair removal fee may also incur additional charges. Starting from $50 and will go up to $300 depending on how bad it is.
Quick Note: There is a studio on the back of the house with its own private entrance. This studio is not part of the 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom Airbnb rental.

The space
Welcome to your beach-themed retreat just 10 minutes from Surf Beach! This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is tucked into Lompoc’s quiet west side, near rolling flower fields and just blocks from markets and restaurants.
Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker (pods & pot). Relax in the cozy living room with plush couches, a large smart TV, and a second sitting room with a desk for remote work.
Each bedroom includes its own TV, nightstand with USB lamp & alarm clock, and closet space. The primary suite features a king bed, a large mirrored closet, and a private bath with a walk-in shower. Two queen bedrooms share a full bath with a tub/shower combo.
Outdoors, sip coffee on the shaded brick patio surrounded by roses and a birch tree, or watch rockets soar from the private backyard with fruit trees and a sitting area, a spacious and safe space for pets. New washer and dryer available in the garage. This home has all the comforts for a relaxing stay in California’s Central Coast.
Hosted by Space Coast Escapes! A pet fee, due at booking, applies per pet to ensure our home remains a safe and clean space for all guests. Optional services, such as early check-in and late check-out, may be purchased at any time through your guest portal, and paid for via the Airbnb Resolution Center.
Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire home, front and back yards, and garage with washer, dryer, and utility sink. There's driveway parking for two cars and free street parking. Self-check-in via smart lock. The home is stocked with essentials to help you settle in and enjoy your stay. Landscaping service comes on Saturday or Sunday for an hour, hosts take the trash in and out from the back gate on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Other things to note
Lompoc is the best vantage point on the West Coast for viewing the stellar rocket launches by NASA and SpaceX from Vandenberg Space Force Base. Missile launch days and times are released several days in advance and are subject to change based on weather conditions and/or mechanical challenges. Once booked, we'll provide you with all the details you need in your guest portal for checking launch schedules!

The nightly price includes use of all 4 bedrooms and all living areas, inside and out. Extra fees apply for more than 6 guests and pool heat.

3,000 sq. ft. of living space, the yard, pool, driveway. Internet and Wi-Fi, laundry room. Upon booking, we will provide you with instructions to obtain a set of keys. There are detailed instructions provided for you regarding the house and local area; we will be happy to email to you in advance.
Please be aware, it is necessary to climb steps (with a sturdy handrail) to access the front entry. Once in, the house is a single level except for one step down to living room. Please contact owner for photos or additional information.
Other things to note
All wineries and restaurants are open to serve you. Several grocery and liquor stores are nearby with all you’ll need if you wish to cook your own meals. The kitchen is well-stocked with basic cooking spices, some refrigerated condiments, oil and vinegar. The yard is secluded and feels close to nature.
Base pricing shown is to sleep up to 6 people. If you add more, there will be additional charges per person per night. Please let us know exactly how many will be staying at the house. While we do not allow parties, it’s possible to have a few extra friends or family members visit, but please communicate your plans. Numbers are limited.
Heat for the entire pool is NOT included in the nightly rate; the price for heat will be quoted by a separate contract. Heating of the spa, for normal use (2-3 hours per day) is included in standard rate. Price for pool heat will be quoted per stay. Unfortunately, it is not practical to heat the entire pool during colder months of November-March as there is no way to cover pool and preserve the heat gain. Please contact owner to discuss pool use and heating charges.
