We do have stairs up to our home and the washer and dryer are in the basement! I feel that is important to know! We have a fenced in back yard! If you stay with a pet please keep it off my furniture and off the beds! Please clean up after your pets as well. Located just south of Poplar st this home is just a short drive from downtown shops/restaurants, Memorial Stadium and more.

Parking is available in the driveway and can accommodate a maximum of 3 cars, back to back. Some street parking also available.

You must be between 6 years old and 60 years old.
Must be at least 4 feet in height.
14 and under must be accompanied with an 18 and older adult on the water park.

Lazy L Lake Campground Rules

● Stay south of the power lines on back of the property.
● Conduct of children and guests is the responsibility of the party renting the house.
Refrain from: walking through someone else's campsite, riding a bicycle recklessly and
after dark; using profane language; vandalism of any sort.
● Speed Limit is 5 mph
● Golf Carts and Side by Sides are permitted. Drivers of golf cart and side by side must be
14 and older. Golf cart and side by side will observed the 5 mph speed limit. Total
persons riding should not exceed the capacity of the cart is design for. Golf Carts/Side by
sides must stay on mowed trails. Carts must stay out of farm field. Stay south of the
power lines.
● No Pets inside the house. Pets outside must be kept on leash.
● Campfires are permitted and must be supervised until it burns down.
● No cutting down trees or taking woods from the campground property. You may
purchase firewood from the campground.
● Quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Children must be accompanied by parents outside during quiet time
● Public intoxication that creates a nuisance, diminished self-control, or a disturbance to
others will lead to police involvement and ejection from the property.
● Visitors of guest must register at office before entering campground.
● No littering, throw all trash away inside a garbage can or dumpster
● Cleanliness: Guests must keep the beach and shelter house clean and tidy

Lake Beach/Swimming:

Accessed with a keyless lock which will be set to the last 4 digits of your phone #. The apartment is on the second floor of a building. The bottom floor is just storage. To access the house you go up up steps and through the patio.

Shared access to beach and Lake

Events are regularly held at the Camprgound. A list can be viewed at the Lazy L Lake campground Website. An event list is also send to you as a link after you book.

The beach and lake are not private, they are part of the campground. Larger groups than can sleep n the house can rent an RV, bring an RV or sleep in the camp sites. Please find the RV, RV Site and campsite available for rent on Airbnb.
Depending on how far ahead you book, over 100 could sleep in the campgrounds.

Situated within a 140-acre campground, our spacious beach house offers a unique blend of comfort, adventure, and versatility for both relaxation and events.

Accommodation Details:

Beach House: Features two king-sized bedrooms, a full-size futon, a toddler bed tucked within a closet, and several air mattresses to accommodate additional guests.

Additional Group Accommodations: For larger groups, options include renting or bringing RVs and utilizing available campsites. Depending on advance bookings, the campground can host over 100 guests.

Guest Amenities:

Water Activities: Enjoy complimentary use of kayaks to explore the lake. Additionally, a floating obstacle course is available from Memorial Day to Labor Day, with each guest entitled to one hour of access per day as part of their booking. Extra time can be purchased directly from the campground.

Event Hosting: The expansive campground is available for exclusive rental, making it an excellent venue for events such as music festivals, family reunions, or corporate gatherings.

Fees and Charges:

Overnight Guests: An additional fee of $20 per guest is applied for overnight stays, incorporated into the booking price.

Day Visitors: Guests visiting for the day are subject to a gate fee, typically $5, payable upon arrival. Please note that fees may increase during special events.

Additional time on the floating obstacle course: $8 for an hour or $24 for 6 hours.

Bait: Purchased at the bait store onsite at the campground.

Firewood: Available for purchase from campground owners.

Bikes: Available for rent from from campground owners.

Absolutely perfect dream spot for us. swimming, kayaking, everything at your finger tips!! perfect balance of nature/adventure in a safe, controlled environment. Staff at the camp grounds was awesome and helpful. you could easily get firewood and ice right there which was really nice option. Games in the house perfect for kids! As noted in another review, plan for kitchen like camping - all the pots and whatnot are great, but bring your own paper towels, shampoos etc. House towels provided but definitely bring your own beach towels. All very reasonable - just good to know for planning. Loved it - we will be back!!"

We love hosting dogs and there will be a pet fee of $100 per pet, but kindly note the following pet rules to keep the space clean and enjoyable for all:

* Dogs only – no cats allowed
* Limit 2 well-behaved dogs under 50 lbs (more may be approved on request)
* Keep pets off beds and furniture
* Use a crate if leaving your dog unattended — no free roaming indoors
* No indoor accidents – potty-trained pets only. Potty pads are not provided
* Clean up after your pet (inside and outside)

A $500 fine may apply for:
* Indoor accidents or strong pet odors
* Pets on beds/furniture
* Unapproved pets
