We do have stairs up to our home and the washer and dryer are in the basement! I feel that is important to know! We have a fenced in back yard! If you stay with a pet please keep it off my furniture and off the beds! Please clean up after your pets as well. Lazy L Lake Campground Rules

● Stay south of the power lines on back of the property.
● Conduct of children and guests is the responsibility of the party renting the house.
Refrain from: walking through someone else's campsite, riding a bicycle recklessly and
after dark; using profane language; vandalism of any sort.
● Speed Limit is 5 mph
● Golf Carts and Side by Sides are permitted. Drivers of golf cart and side by side must be
14 and older. Golf cart and side by side will observed the 5 mph speed limit. Total
persons riding should not exceed the capacity of the cart is design for. Golf Carts/Side by
sides must stay on mowed trails. Carts must stay out of farm field. Stay south of the
power lines.
● No Pets inside the house. Pets outside must be kept on leash.
● Campfires are permitted and must be supervised until it burns down.
● No cutting down trees or taking woods from the campground property. You may
purchase firewood from the campground.
● Quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Children must be accompanied by parents outside during quiet time
● Public intoxication that creates a nuisance, diminished self-control, or a disturbance to
others will lead to police involvement and ejection from the property.
● Visitors of guest must register at office before entering campground.

Events are regularly held at the Camprgound. A list can be viewed at the Lazy L Lake campground Website. An event list is also send to you as a link after you book.

The beach and lake are not private, they are part of the campground. Larger groups than can sleep n the house can rent an RV, bring an RV or sleep in the camp sites. Please find the RV, RV Site and campsite available for rent on Airbnb.
Depending on how far ahead you book, over 100 could sleep in the campgrounds.

Situated within a 140-acre campground, our spacious beach house offers a unique blend of comfort, adventure, and versatility for both relaxation and events.

Accommodation Details:

Beach House: Features two king-sized bedrooms, a full-size futon, a toddler bed tucked within a closet, and several air mattresses to accommodate additional guests.

Additional Group Accommodations: For larger groups, options include renting or bringing RVs and utilizing available campsites. Depending on advance bookings, the campground can host over 100 guests.

Guest Amenities:

Water Activities: Enjoy complimentary use of kayaks to explore the lake. Additionally, a floating obstacle course is available from Memorial Day to Labor Day, with each guest entitled to one hour of access per day as part of their booking. Extra time can be purchased directly from the campground.

Event Hosting: The expansive campground is available for exclusive rental, making it an excellent venue for events such as music festivals, family reunions, or corporate gatherings.

Fees and Charges:

Overnight Guests: An additional fee of $20 per guest is applied for overnight stays, incorporated into the booking price.

Day Visitors: Guests visiting for the day are subject to a gate fee, typically $5, payable upon arrival. Please note that fees may increase during special events.

Additional time on the floating obstacle course: $8 for an hour or $24 for 6 hours.

Bait: Purchased at the bait store onsite at the campground.

Firewood: Available for purchase from campground owners.

Bikes: Available for rent from from campground owners.

As noted in another review, plan for kitchen like camping - all the pots and whatnot are great, but bring your own paper towels, shampoos etc. House towels provided but definitely bring your own beach towels. - "You could tell that this was a rundown property that was cheaply renovated. you should probably contact Google and have them update the picture of the house because when we were looking for directions, it still shows the picture of the house pre"renovations".The linoleum on the floor is not glued down well so it bubbles under your feet when you walk. I will say that the inside was clean, but there was a smell of sewer or sulfur when you turned the AC on.The yard was not mowed at all. The grass was high and landscaping overrun. Which is a shame because the landscaping looks beautiful.Plenty of blankets and pillows overall, it’s served its purpose."

Just minutes away from Terre Haute Regional Hospital & Union Hospital! Also, just a mile down the road from the grocery store (Kroger), Starbucks, and tons of restaurants!

We are in the process of redecorating the entire house with BRAND NEW FURNITURE! The house has 2 bedrooms, and we are converting the 3rd bedroom into an office space. Additionally, it has a nice updated kitchen and a comfortable living room!

A renovated historic Victorian home located on Illinois Hwy 1 in the downtown area. The 2nd floor bedroom has a full size bedroom suite with a kitchenette, and private bath including both a claw foot tub and separate shower. A walk in shared bathroom with a rain shower is located on the 1st floor.

The space
My home is filled with family antiques and a comfortable living room for the use of guests. There is sitting room off the upstairs bedrooms for guest use. There is large tiled walk in rain shower available for the use of the guests on the 1st floor. A TV is located in the guest bedroom and living room area. No cable is provided only local channel access. Netflix is offered. There is a washer and dryer for use by the guests in the utility room.

Guest access
The home should be entered from the back porch and kitchen door. Guests will have full access to the downstairs kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom suite, and two baths. In the event guests need more than one bedroom there is an additional upstairs bedroom with a private bath that can be arranged for an additional fee.

You may park in the private drive.

During your stay
I travel for business and live overseas part of the year. I use the house as home base and my family use it for holidays, parties, and as a B&B for family and friends. I may be staying in the upstairs during a guests visit; if not contact numbers will be provided for my son, sister, and brothers, who look after the home and guests for me.

Other things to note
We are flexible on accommodating your needs, so spell out what you want and we will work to meet your requests. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Additional bedrooms can be made available if a guest requires more than the one bedroom.

Relax with family and or friends at this roadside cottage. Conveniently located near Marshall, Illinois and Interstate 70 amenities. Located just off Illinois State Hwy 1. Nearby attractions are Castle Finn Winery, Mill Creek Lake and Park, Lincoln Trail State Park, and Terre Haute, Indiana. In the fall the annual Park County IN Covered Bridge Festival is a must attend event. Hunters, fishermen, and motorcyclists welcome.

This home has 2 nice sized bedrooms - one room has a queen size bed and the other room has 2 twin beds. Both Bedrooms have tv's that are connected to the wifi. There is a covered back porch/patio off the living room through a sliding glass door and located a few short steps across the back yard is a covered shelter that can be used for outdoor entertaining/dining. Between the back porch and the shelter is a fire pit that can be used for grilling or ambiance.

This building was built in 1895 and is located in the historical district of downtown Marshall, IL. We have updated it with vintage and industrial pieces all while keeping the ambiance of the old brick building. The first floor of the building is home to the Gypsy Queen Coffee Bar. This unique place has a style all its own.
The Drug Store Loft got its unique name because it was a Drug Store from 1905-1984. You will find several unique pieces displayed throughout the loft.

The Speakeasy Loft is located on the third floor of the Archer Avenue Lofts in the historic district of Marshall, IL. The building was built in 1895 and the third floor was a Speakeasy during the days of Prohibition. The building has been renovated with the Gypsy Queen Coffee Bar on the first floor. The walls were left as they were found and looking close you will find original writing on them from back in the day. The stage still has its original wood floor. The Speakeasy has its own vibe!
