- "We were a little nervous about booking this because there were so few reviews at the time. However, communications with the hotel prior to the stay were excellent. Check in was straight forward. The apartment was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Location is great for downtown activities but the Yellow Cab fares can get a bit steep if you are venturing to midtown and beyond. Dutch Street only exists for one block and most cabbies won't have heard of it so I often had to key the address into their Google Maps. Also, you may have to walk a couple of blocks to find a cab - OK if its not raining. Overall we were very pleased with the choice and as a family requiring 3 rooms would book again - far preferable to hotel rates"

We needed extra towels at 5am, sent a message, got a response in minutes and a bag of fresh towels were at our door by 7am. The area is very safe and there is a coffee shop and very nice market extremely close as well as plenty of nice restaurants. Was such a nice place to stay and I would absolutely stay again in the future and would recommend it to others aswell! "
