This 2-bedroom condo is a ground-floor condo that is also ADA-friendly. We cannot say "ADA-Compliant," but there is a much more open floor plan and larger bathroom that will allow for a physically challenged person to navigate with a walker. There are also no stairs to manage, as this condo is on the ground floor.

The space
Beautiful and comfortable furnishings, and just about the most comfortable mattresses available! The kitchen is extremely well-appointed, and we also provide a high chair, umbrella, and Pak-n-Play for families traveling with infants and young toddlers.

From time to time, our amenities and furnishings are replaced in order to keep up with our business's high standards. All replacements, while they may not match exactly the photos in the listing, are of at least the same type and quality, if not even better than presented in the listing's photos.

Second floor offers nice views of mountains and city. Two miles from Medford Airport. It is a nice, two story home with cathedral ceilings. I built it. It is landscaped in a nice neighborhood. It is a small lot. WE DO NOT ACCEPT GUESTS WHO ARE NOT FULLY VACCINATED FOR COVID-19 AND CAN PROVE IT WITH THEIR VACCINATION CARD.

It is a great location to major highways and airport. Two blocks from Hwy 62, the "Crater Lake Hwy.". goes directly to Crater Lake.

For nature enthusiasts or those wanting to take a nice stroll, the Bear Creek Greenway is just up the street (about 100 yards from the property), offering a picturesque path that stretches for 26 miles.

Please no pets, smoking, vaping, e-cigs, fireworks, matches, candles, bazookas, drugs, raves, tractor pulls, monster trucks, marijuana, marijuana odor, marijuana dealing, marijuana trimming or partying of any kind ANYWHERE on the premises. For the sake of our wonderful neighbors, we'd prefer that you not smoke out in the street or across the street as well. Let's be clear: if you smoke, this is probably not the best option for you. :) And speaking of our wonderful neighbors, if you're going to be in and out and in and out late at night (it's happened), we are also not a good choice. A quiet late arrival is no problem at all, but not the in and out thing. Nothing personal: it's just not neighborly.
