The upscale, 1/4 acre gated property has extensive landscaping with many retreat spaces to drink your coffee, take in the views and enjoy spectacular sunsets. Guest have access to the private, stainless steel hot tub spa that is located on the upper patio; with amazing views of the San Diego Harbor. Guests also enjoy the gas firepit area located on the lower level of the property; just steps from the apartment entrance. A Viking gas grill is available for grilling should guests wish to barbeque during their stay.

The living room / bedroom space has a queen size bed and an additional daybed that can be used as two twin beds or made into a king bed. Plenty of high quality pillows and linens are provided for your stay. The kitchen has all baking and cooking essentials; a Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, traditional drip coffee maker, full size refrigerator / freezer, blender, kitchen aid mixer and all the essential kitchenware you could need: plates, bowls, glassware, utensils and so much more. The home comfortably sleeps 9 guests, featuring 3 bedrooms and a playroom with a pull-out couch that acts as a 4th bedroom. It’s located on a quiet street but is close to everything you want and need to see in San Diego.

Inside, you'll find an expansive open-concept space that includes the dining area and kitchen, complete with an open gas fireplace. The dining area seats 6, with an additional 8 bar stools at the kitchen island. The cozy living room features a large sectional sofa that seats 7 and is equipped with air conditioning.
