Our home is a peaceful and centrally-located place, on historic N Market Street just a few blocks from Uptown Mt Carmel, and 2 blocks from Wabash General Hospital, and assisted living facilities. We are just a few blocks away from resturants and shopping.

The space
newly remodeled home, spacious living area open kitchen concept. The kitchen is fully equipped. the house offers 1 full and 1 1/2 baths. The
large bedroom has a king size bed the smaller room has a queen size bed. Both bedroom has a tv, feel free to use your streaming channels. we do have Hulu for local channels. pay per view is not allowed on our hulu.

Guest access
the guest have use of the entire house. In case of a tornado warning the shelter would be the basement. the trash cans are in the alley. Ours are the right 2 across the alley by the neighbors shed. there is no alley parking.

Other things to note
This Airbnb is our 12th Airbnb, our goal is to provide you with a place to stay that feels like home. We ask that you take care of our home. Please remember there is NO SMOKING OR VAPING in the house. when leaving put used towels on top of the washer. Wash any dirty dishes and put away. Leave all the bedding laying flat on the bed because we sanitize the bedding before we remove it. We clean to covid CDC standards. please take trash our th the trash cans in the alley. please be sure door is locked when you leave and turn thermostat in Summer to 76 and in winter to 68.

Welcome to the Parsonage. This 1960's ranch was the actual Parsonage to the owner's "church house" which is located right next door. It has been completely updated on the inside to include an open floor plan. You will enter through the sunroom and be welcomed by a bicycle wheel sculpture and a Picasso inspired art bicycle piece. Art abounds in the Parsonage. Mr. Swift was a local art teacher. His art as well as other local artists' works make this home a unique place to visit and stay.

The Parsonage is a "sister" property to the Swift Sanctuary. The back yards adjoin each other making a perfect retreat for larger families. Rent one or both homes.
