As far as parking there’s no parking garage but we were able to find nearby meter parking. 3 hrs was the limit until 10 pm however was able to find great free parking spots going towards H mart grocers. Overall, first time experience with Sonder properties truly exceeded my family and I’d expectations. All well worth it and would love to use Sonder again for future vacation stays. 2. No additional visitors - Only those listed on the reservation may enter the property. Any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved.

3. Respect quiet hours - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations.

4. Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee.

5. No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance.

6. Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each.

7. Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please check all drawers and closets before departure.

The Space:
Located on the 2nd floor of a historic 1920’s building overlooking Fulton Market. Once inside, you’re greeted by a huge open living space with soaring windows, polished concrete floors, and exposed brick-and-timber details. The upscale furnishings and designer touches are sure to create an unforgettable stay.

The kitchen and living room are open and great for entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the tools you need to stay in and cook a great meal. We have a 6 person dining table and a kitchen island with 4 counter stools -- plenty of room for all guests. In the living room, you’ll find comfortable furniture to lounge on and a smart TV with Roku.

Our beds have crisp linens and the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and bath products. We also provide essentials like a hair dryer, clothes iron, etc. and you have full access to the in-unit washer and dryer.

It was nice to have the off street parking in the back although the rear entrance was a bit disheveled. I would label all the doors in the back and put lock boxes in the back so you don’t have to walk around the whole block to get to this unit. The gate to secure the parking lot was broken open.
