As far as parking there’s no parking garage but we were able to find nearby meter parking. 3 hrs was the limit until 10 pm however was able to find great free parking spots going towards H mart grocers. Overall, first time experience with Sonder properties truly exceeded my family and I’d expectations. All well worth it and would love to use Sonder again for future vacation stays. 3. Respect quiet hours - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. 4. Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee.

5. No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance.

6. Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each.

7. Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please check all drawers and closets before departure.

Once inside, you’re greeted by a huge open living space with soaring windows, polished concrete floors, and exposed brick-and-timber details. The upscale furnishings and designer touches are sure to create an unforgettable stay.

The kitchen and living room are open and great for entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the tools you need to stay in and cook a great meal. We have a 6 person dining table and a kitchen island with 4 counter stools -- plenty of room for all guests. In the living room, you’ll find comfortable furniture to lounge on and a smart TV with Roku.

Our beds have crisp linens and the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and bath products. We also provide essentials like a hair dryer, clothes iron, etc. and you have full access to the in-unit washer and dryer.

If someone in your party plans to sleep on the couch, bring an extra blanket as one is not provided. The unit is in a great area of town with easy quick access to downtown Chicago, and a fine place to stay for a night or two. "

Just off of the living room is an office desk with a high back office chair that is a perfect spot to take some time to get some work done before you enjoy everything that Chicago has to offer. Beyond the desk is a long hallway that leads you to the first full bathroom with newer wall tiles and vanity. Continuing down the hall is the primary bedroom that features a comfy queen bed and an en-suite full bathroom. The primary bedroom also has a large walk in closet that is perfect for storing your luggage and other travel items. Towards the back of the apartment is the 2nd bedroom which features a queen bed as well as a trundle bed. Just off the back door to the apartment is a laundry area and an outdoor stairway down to the parking pad located behind the house.

Guests will have access to the entire unit with the exception of a locked owners closet located at the front of the unit. There are two parking spots available to guests and there is also typically ample free street parking available directly in front of the building.

The Neighborhood:
Located just west of the Chicago Loop, the Near West Side is a thriving neighborhood of young working adults and first-time homeowners. An economic boom along with rapid construction is taking place throughout the neighborhood due to its close proximity to downtown and the popular United Center event arena. Sure you can see the Chicago Bulls play a couple blocks from your front door, but the rest of the area is nothing to scoff at. Cute, family-owned coffee shops and bakeries are a good balance to the massive live concert shows held at the neighborhood's namesake 25,000-seat, indoor venue. A couple trendy lounges keep the nightlife exciting in United Center Park, but the daytime is hopping with great lunch spots and a small, yet sufficient selection of retail outlets.

Getting Around:
- Driving: There are two uncovered parking pad spots located directly behind the building for guests use. There is also typically ample free street parking available directly in front of the building.
- L Train: The Western Blue Line Stop & the Illinois Medical District Blue Line Stop is located about a 10 minute walk just south of the unit.
- Bus: The 126 Jackson St bus is located just 2 blocks south of the building and runs East or West from Michigan Ave (Congress Plaza & Michigan) to the Austin Neighborhood (Jackson/Austin bus terminal). The 20 Madison St bus is located just 2 blocks north of the building and runs East or West to Downtown Chicago (Columbus & Randolph) or to the Austin Neighborhood (Madison/Austin bus Terminal)

The unit is located on the top floor of a three story building. There are two parking spaces located behind the building that is dedicated to the Airbnb.

- "Apt was clean, great neighborhood. Had a great stay." - "There were 4 of us in town for the Justin Timberlake concert. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the accommodations. The only big negative was the downstairs neighbor's dog!!! It did not appear friendly and was free roaming when we arrived home from the concert. No one was supervising the dog but luckily it went inside on its own so we were able to close the downstairs gate and run inside. Otherwise this is a great location if you plan to walk to the United Center for an event!!!"

Hostal vibes. The room is private but you will share common areas with other Airbnb guests.

The room has a good size for the full size bed it has. If you want to add 3 or 4 people in the reservation I could add and extra mattress or air mattress for you with no extra charge, but then the room will become smaller for luggage becase you will have two beds on it. This is a good option if you want to save even more money otherwise you can book two rooms! *if you want an air mattress and your reservation is for less than 3 guests you will have to pay a fee of 20$ per night.

As most of United States Houses this is not made with concrete so you will hear people walking. It doesn’t bother most of the people but if you are a very light sleeper you should choose a modern apartment (three floor apartments or traditional houses all has the same problem) or have an earphone or something for block the sound.

This place is Located on west loop, which is actually considered Part of Downtown (has a Train station very close(7min walking/0.3miles). This train works 24/7. It goes to the heart of Downtown and also direct to the airportO’hare. My place is only 16 minutes(public transportation) to the heart of Downtown. 8-12min driving( 2.5miles). If you want to go to United Center this place is 10 min far by walk but we have one place even closer that is right in front! Please read the whole advertisement!

As most of United States Houses this is not made with concrete so you will hear people walking. It doesn’t bother most of the people but if you are a very light sleeper you should choose a modern apartment (three floor apartments or traditional houses all has the same problem) or have an earphone or something for block the sound.

Sometimes , specially when is raining you can feel a wired smell in the bedroom that comes outside similar to sewage if you are sensitive to smells I won’t recommend you to book this bedroom.
