The property is placed on 9 acres of land with wonderful view. Very private and quiet. Perfect place to be out of the city . 400 ft balcony above the water gives a beautiful sunset view. You can enjoy fishing, biking , walking to the near woods area. We are 4 miles away from downtown Newton . The house is 20 min away from Effingham where u can find restaurants , shopping malls , bars , coffee shops . The house was build like a hunting lodge in mind . The walls are decorated with antique guns ( which are not functional, they are artifacts ) , taxidermy figures to create the perfect image of a European hunting lodge .
