Checking in was easy. They provide a tablet at the front desk. Calling them for assistance was excellent as they speak very good English. We stayed at this location for about 2 weeks (a total of 4 of us). The area is quiet and the room was comfortable as there were some days where we stayed in and only went out for dinner. The WiFi supplied is plenty fast. As aforementioned, Kamata station is about a 10 minute walk which is super convenient. There are a number of stores and places to eat all within a 10 minute walk of this hotel. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again! "

In our case, privacy wasn’t an issue, so we kept the door open and the single unit cooled both rooms and the living area without a problem. The unit also included a washing machine in the living area, which was a great bonus. We were able to do laundry and hang clothes to dry inside the rooms. Convenience stores (7-Eleven) were just a three-minute walk in either direction—super handy. All in all, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay. I would definitely stay here again!"

Biggest problem with this property is location. Outside the sliding window is a very busy highway, and the main fire station for Kamata. Highway is very busy, especially at 2 or 3 in the morning. Many Trucks will make you wonder if there is an earthquake going on. Sirens from fire trucks sound like the 'end of the world'. This would be a very nice property, except for the location and the cheap plastic plates and glasses.. Owner provides very good documentation. "
