Our home backs up to a beautiful neighborhood park with playground equipment for children and a pavilion with a grill. Super quiet upscale neighborhood. Very near Florida's natural Wekiva Springs.

Getting Around

We are 30-45 min from the MCO Orlando airport and about the same distance from Sanford airport. We have a driveway and can accommodate 2 or 3 cars. One should have a car to fully enjoy central Florida but there is UBER and Lyft nearby.

On the right side of the house is the master suite and master bath which are huge. The Master has a king bed, 2 large closets, 2 vanities, a double walk in shower. The master is beautifully decorated. The middle of the house has a sitting room with two sofas that leads through into the family room and kitchen. The family room/kitchen area is large with two large sofas and a nice size table for dining. The kitchen is large and has an island. The kitchen is spotless. Through the left of the kitchen through a small hallway are two bedrooms and a bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and is also nicely decorated. The 3rd bedroom has two twins and is decorated nicely as well. There is a nice size bathroom between the two bedrooms. It is not a true Jack and Jill as the entrance to the bathroom is in the hallway, not through the bedrooms. The hallway is somewhat private. The 4th bedroom described as a Cabana is through the far side of the family room. There is a small bathroom that can be accessed and seen from the end of the family room. The 4th bedroom has a queen bed. Once again it is decorated nicely. The bathroom does not have a private entrance into the bedroom but is adjacent to it. The biggest surprise was when you enter the home to the right was what could be a study that instead has two twin beds. There is 1 king, 2 queens, and 2 twins for a total of 7 beds. You could easily sleep 10 in this house comfortably. There is a large dining room as you enter as well as a table in the kitchen/family room. The lanai was spotless and the furniture was nice. There is a beautiful pond. The home is on a cul de sac in a very beautiful neighborhood. Our family was so pleased. The home was more than expected. There are a few downsides with the faux leather couch that has been covered but is “shedding” and the kitchen had a small amount of flatware & glasses. There was only 1 tv but that was not an issue for our family."

We enforce good neighbor policies on all managed properties. Renting homes in a neighborhood/community is a privilege and must be treated as such. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. We do not provide speakers and/or sound systems on-site.

Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $3,000 fine, in addition to City-imposed fines which can reach up to $10,000 per violation, and can be removed from the property due to negligence.

SMOKING
To keep the property fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted inside. If smoke is detected, there will be a $1,000 fee for proper deep cleaning and odor removal. Violating this policy may result in guests being liable for the full cost of damage resulting from it.

PARTIES & EVENTS
Gatherings with your group are great, however, parties and events are not allowed. Any evidence of such will result in a $3,000 FINE and an immediate termination of your booking. Thank you for your understanding as we strive to keep the property in wonderful shape for all guests to come.

SECURITY CAMERAS / NOISE MONITORING
Please note that each home has anywhere from 3-4 security cameras covering the outside areas of the property only. These are to remain on and running at all times, solely to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of the property and traveler. Security cameras can be located on all angles of the exterior property, including the pool & common areas.

Additionally, we do equip each of our homes with a noise level monitoring device This is to remain active to monitor the decibel/sound levels only, to
protect against noise complaints from neighbors. It does not record any conversations, simply noise levels.

Lastly, we have a device connected to each home, that will alert to the number of devices at the home, to combat any large gatherings and/or parties.

deleted when no longer needed.

Our charming home was thoughtfully furnished to balance comfort with cleanliness and tidiness. It is clutter-free, but has all of the conveniences for a stress-free stay.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Picturesque and expansive with its rolling hills and lush landscaping, Errol Estates is a pleasure to explore driving, biking or walking. A great “getaway” environment just outside Orlando, but with easy access to all of Orlando's and Central Florida’s many attractions. Located approximately 30 mins to Sea/Disney World, 20 mins to charming Mr. Dora as well as historic Winter Park, and 10-15 mins to Wekiva/Kelly Park. Short drives to multiple supermarkets and dining options.

LAYOUT:
3 bedrooms (one king with TV), one queen, one with 2 twin XLs), ample closet spaces, 2 full bathrooms (1 en-suite), living room with TV, office area with additional sitting area, formal dining and breakfast areas, fully-equipped kitchen, laundry room, and a screened-in as well as an outdoor porch. Outside, the surrounding green pasture is a stunning visual extension of the private yard; providing excellent privacy and making for that retreat-like experience.

CAUTION:

- "A wonderful, quiet location with lots of open space around the property to watch all the wildlife, especially the Sandhill Cranes! Anna was a wonderful host and very responsive to any need. Although the house needed a bit of work, it was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The only suggestion I might have is that there be some food staples on hand, such as salt & pepper, cooking oil, and such. All in all, we would definitely stay here again! Thank you Anna!"

▶ To avoid insects and mold, please keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving them open while the AC is on could result in a fee up to $500. For your comfort, we recommend setting the AC between 72-83°F.

▶This house is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).

▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.

▶ We are happy to accommodate small pets at our property. A non-refundable pet fee of $125 per pet per stay will be applied only to guests who indicate they are bringing a pet when making their reservation. If this is not indicated at the time of booking, we will request the pet fee payment manually.

▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ No smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $250 fee, and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.

▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.

▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the house is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.

▶ TRASH: Trash bins are located on the carport. Trash is picked up Tuesday mornings at 8am. Please ensure all trash bags are properly sealed and placed in the bins before collection time.

▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.

▶ Our properties are professionally cleaned and treated regularly for pests. Due to the local climate, occasional insects may enter the home despite our best efforts. Please let us know if you experience any issues, and we’ll address them immediately.
