Welcome to our awesome townhome, nestled in a peaceful residential neighborhood, offering both convenience and serenity. Located with easy access to public transportation, you can explore all that Chicago has to offer.

There are multiple levels to this townhome with stairs. A bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, kitchen and living/dinning room on the middle floor, and the master bedroom with master bathroom on the top floor. A mini roof top to enjoy Chicago nights as well.

The space
Indulge in the luxurious master bedroom with a king size bed with an incredibly comfortable mattress that will lull you into a deep and restful slumber. The second bedroom is located on the ground level with a queen bed and its own private bathroom, ensuring you have a secluded space for added privacy. Both bathrooms are full bathrooms. There are additional blow-up mattresses for flexible sleeping arrangements

You will have private access to the entire townhome EXCEPT the GARAGE. During your stay, the garage is completely inaccessible as it is securely locked.

You will have access to the patio in the master bedroom. Easy street parking , permit parking is needed from 5pm-6am, we will provide parking permits during your stay.

We have a check in time of 5:00 pm which gives us a cushion in case we run into unexpected issues with the turnover process. Prior guests leaves late without permission, excessive clean up, or maintenance issues etc.

Although this is rare it does happen. The vast majority of the time, out of the hundreds of check ins we do a month we get 98% into our Airbnbs early, and we offer free luggage drop off as another option as well.

All late check outs come with a $50 service fee. We have multiple same day turnovers and the cleaners need time to adequately turnover the Airbnb and be prepared for unexpected issues that may arise. It also requires added time and effort to rearrange the cleaning schedule.

All late check-out requests must be put in 2 days prior to your check-out date. Any late check-out request that is put in on short notice will come with a $100 service fee. Please reach out with any questions or concerns that relate to this.

Unapproved late check-outs (staying after checkout time without notifying the host) will be charged $100. I hope this helps clarify things.

We also hire trusted third-party cleaning companies to handle our properties, using high-quality linens and towels from reliable suppliers. While these companies do an excellent job, as we don’t have an in-house cleaning team like a hotel, there may occasionally be minor cleanliness issues. If you notice anything amiss, please report it within 24 hours of check-in with supporting documentation, and we will do our best to resolve it quickly. In most cases, we’ll send a cleaner back to address the issue or provide fresh linens/towels as needed.

If any other issues arise during your stay, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible so we can work with you to find a solution. We want to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible, and addressing problems quickly is our top priority.

Unfortunately, we’ve had some experiences where guests have misrepresented issues or made unreasonable refund requests, and we’ve found it challenging to navigate these situations with Airbnb’s mediation process. To ensure fair outcomes for both guests and hosts, we are constantly improving our protocols to resolve issues with understanding, fairness, and constructive dialogue.

We also have many same-day turnovers, where one guest checks out and another checks in on the same day. This is one reason for our 5 pm check-in time, as it gives us a bit of extra time to handle any unexpected challenges. That said, we are happy to say that the majority of the time, guests are able to check in earlier, and we offer free luggage drop-off for those who wish to store their bags before their room is ready.

Some of the occasional challenges we face include late check-outs without proper communication, excessive cleaning from prior guests, unit maintenance issues (such as a clogged toilet or slow-draining tub), or cleaners being delayed due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances. We kindly ask for your understanding, as we do not have the resources of a hotel to resolve these situations instantaneously. However, we are committed to addressing any issues promptly and effectively.

Despite being a small operation, we’ve developed systems to minimize problems, and when they do arise, we work hard to resolve them quickly and professionally. Enjoy our freshly, renovated fully-stocked apartment! This place in Lincoln Park is located in between Willow St and Armitage Ave offering all you will need plus more when visiting Chicago. The location and neighborhood are hard to beat when it comes to safety and reputation:

Not only are we wiping down all the surfaces as we typically do, but we are utilizing ozone machines, making sure that all door handles, towel bars, and other surfaces like remote controls are also being fully cleaned and sanitized between stays.

Q: Is the neighborhood safe?
A: Very much so. 24 hours a day. Lincoln Park is considered Chicago's safest neighborhood with many family homes.

Q: PARKING?
A: There are always open parking spots right outside on the street. In addition, we also supply parking stickers for zone parking on the street/surrounding streets, but there usually is no enforcement. Not paying for parking in this area of Chicago is a huge plus!

Q: Do I need to bring towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, a hair dryer, or linens? A: Nope! we provide all these things.

Q: When can I check in or check out? A: Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Early check ins can be difficult if there are guests who check out on the same day of your check-in.

Q: Can I come and go as I please? A: Yes. And we wouldn't trust any listing with which this isn't the case.

Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests? A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests.

Q: What's my total booking price? A: We honestly have no idea. With fees included, it only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that, pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses some crazy algorithm to adjust it automatically, so we don't actually control this.

Q: Are the beds comfortable? A: Very. Some guests say they're the best they've ever slept on. We like Novaform!

Other things to note
There are CTA tracks behind. This home has no windows on that side where when the train passes, it’s NOT obnoxious, but you do hear it if paying attention. We have every sleeping space equipped with quality white-noise makers that null out any noise while trying to sleep. Also, all windows have heavy, noise-reducing curtains. We think you will find it to be minor the noise from the train after using noise makers, but we do have to note this. Also, the queen bedroom has no windows after the doors are closed, so it's even more minor from this room for sure! The king bedroom will be noisier, and we do have our condenser units that run outside only when the building air conditioning is needed producing a normal “fan-like” noise from that bedroom. Again, this is only when air conditioning is running for the building. Can be nulled out by noise machines, but we do have to note!
**If you’re a sensitive sleeper and need it absolutely dead silent, this may not be the place for you.

-Building security prohibits residents of (city of Chicago/suburbs) unless exception due to certain circumstances!! This has nothing to do with national origin, as any nationality is welcome to book!
