Upon booking the home you agree to these house rules.
1) To ensure there are no issues during your stay please maintain the set quiet hours: 9pm-8am as this is a family neighborhood and we do not want to cause any inconvenience to our neighbors. Meaning the hot tub should not be used past 10pm and please keep in mind that talking in the backyard can be heard by the neighbors at night as this is a very quiet family neighborhood. So please respect the quiet hours. 2) Please wipe your legs with a towel before going inside after using the Spa to prevent water damage to the hardwood floor. 3) Your pets are more than welcome in the home but please keep the yard clean after they do their business 4) No smoking whatsoever inside the home or you willbe charged a $250 deep cleaning fee and please be considerate when smoking outside. 5)This home can absolutely be used for fun family and friend events but should not be used to party
6) ***Spa heating *** The Daily use for the hot tub is between 7am-10pm. For no more than 6 hours a day. But it's use is included in the booking fee as a (resort fee) when you book the home! lf you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask!!
****Children and dogs should always be supervised in the backyard since the hot tub is ground level and above all else we want to ensure our guests Saftey!***** Heating time: 7AM-12PM. Please understand the actual gas cost is very high during this time frame.

This lavish home is exquisite from the moment you step in. The downstairs sitting room is complete with deep seating plush couches and coffee table.

Kitchen has a subzero refrigerator, oven, high end wall microwave, plenty of cabinet and counter space, stove top, and dishwasher. The countertops are gorgeous white granite and naturally lighting fills the entire downstairs with the San Diego sun. Kitchen is fully loaded with dishes, silverware, glassware, coffee maker and cooking utensils.

Laundry room is massive, yet out of the way from the rest of the house, and has a new full size washer and dryer.

Welcome to our cozy home. We locate in a safe and convenient location in San Diego. A few minutes drive to State HW 56, which connects to I-15 and I-5 freeways. There are grocery stores and plenty of dining options nearby. Approximately 15~20 minutes drive to the Beach, Del Mar Fairground, UCSD and Torrey pines golf course. Most attractions in San Diego are within 30 minutes drive. There are adults living in the house. It is quiet and clean. Guest vehicles are free to park in our driveway.

The space
The private bedroom is on the second floor. The room features a queen size bed, premium linens and pillows for a good night's sleep, two lighted nightstands, laptop desk and chair, 50" TV, large closet to store your belongings. A tray table can be multifunctional (for luggage, ironing board), the iron is in the closet. There are Portable Air Condition with Heater and a Tower fan in the room, which can be used in Summer and Winter.

The private bathroom is next to the bedroom. Bathroom includes dual sinks, toilet, tub and shower. Clean towels, soap, shampoo, body wash are provided. A hairdryer is placed in the first drawer of the cabinet.

1. Rental Agreement & Guest Screening: By moving forward with this reservation, a rental agreement must be signed by the primary guest. You give permission to the property manager to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm the reservation. Verification requires uploading a valid ID, Drivers License, or Passport, along with a self photo of the primary reservation holder. Confirmed reservations are conditional and may be cancelled pending verification results.
2. Check-in is at 4 pm. Check-out time is any time before 11 am. You're welcome to request an early check in or late checkout, subject to availability. We are unable to confirm availability until 24 hours prior to arrival or departure.
3. Parties, events, or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9PM-9AM. Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property. We are located in a residential community and, although this is a vacation destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and peaceful environment.
4. We do not allow smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises; including the use of e-cigarettes and marijuana. Those found in violation will incur a $500 cleaning fee.
5. Pets are not permitted anywhere on the premises, unless with written permission from your host. If pets are found to be on property, a $500 fee will be charged.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
7. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure.
8. This property may have video surveillance in outdoor public spaces to ensure the safety and security of all guests. There are no cameras inside the home. Noise meters may also be present in and around the property to ensure quiet hours are followed. We will only receive a notification of a noise event if the noise decibel threshold is exceeded. Please try to keep the fun at a respectful decibel level during the day, but at night we ask for no loud noises after 9 pm — if this sounds like something that will not work for your group, our property might not be the right one for you.
9. Guests are prohibited from carrying or otherwise possessing a firearm at any time on property grounds, including carrying firearms in an open or concealed manner. This policy applies to all types of firearms.
