No smoking or vaping of anything on the property, guests can smoke on the front sidewalk or in the side alley. Parties, excessive noise, and loud music are prohibited — no large groups. Check-in could not be easier with coded entries at the street and the coach house. We had checked with the owners in advance to learn that there were only stairs with handrails leading up to the living quarters, but none indoors, which was important to us. This modern, tastefully decorated place is remarkably well equipped - every time I thought “We could use…” there it was! Plus items you’d not expect in a rental: a steamer, a blender, a wine rack and cooler, first aid kit, robes, a printer and on and on. - "Property is as described. Very clean and updated. Bed was a very comfortable king size. Kitchen and bathroom have everything you need. We never had troubles finding a spot for parking on the street near the house. The owners were very accomodating with us when we had delayed arrival and departure due to flight issues. I think there must be an AC unit or a furnace inside one of the closet which was a little noisy when we arrived, but owner must be aware of that and we did not hear it at night. Also basements in general can get a little chilly when AC goes in the rest of the house, something to keep in mind in general. Overall this was the best stay on this trip so far and I would definitely recommend the place."

Our 2-bedroom/1 bathroom apartment unit is perfect for getaway to Chicago. Stretch out on a plush sectional sofa in the living room of this airy modern apartment. We're located in trendy Logan Square.Designated parking spot is NOT available, but there is plenty of street parking available.

Illuminated by sunny natural light, our 2 bedroom features Queen-size bed, premium linens, and plenty of closet space so you can unpack and forget about your suitcase for a while. Enjoy the privacy of your own room, with doors that close and independently controlled air-conditioning units. The apartment includes one full bathroom, with a shower, sink, and toilet. We’re all about helping you look (and smell) your best, so we provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in addition to hand soap and fluffy towels. Trust us when we say there’s no better way to warm up after a Windy City walk than a hot shower! There’s ample space for guests to relax on the sofa and watch on a large flat-screen TV. Like the rest of the unit, you’ll live it up in luxury among hardwood floors and contemporary decor. The entire place has free, fast WiFi and Chicago sunshine streaming in through the windows.

Whether you’re craving a home-cooked meal or just somewhere to put the box of deep-dish, our kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and has swanky granite countertops. 🌡 Seasonal Heating Notice:

From October through May, the building’s central air system operates in heating mode in accordance with Chicago’s seasonal regulations. During this period, cold air will not be available centrally. However, fans and/or portable air conditioners are provided in the unit, and windows can be opened to allow for fresh air and better airflow.
Unapproved late checkout or unapproved early check in will result in a charge of $100 per hour after or before the scheduled checkout or check in time, respectively.

Smoking - Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot or within 50ft of the property is STRICTLY prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $500.

Unauthorized Pet - Any pet brought to the property without being declared during the reservation process will be considered unauthorized. A fee of $200 will be charged for any evidence found of an unauthorized pet. Please note that pets are welcome, but must be declared on the reservation.

Parties and Events - Parties and events are STRICTLY prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Noise detection monitors present.

MISSING PROPERTY ITEMS:
Any items that are lost or inadvertently removed from the unit after your check-out time will be deemed lost, and a reimbursement request will be made for any missing items. There are no exceptions to this rule; you are responsible for any lost or damaged property during your reservation.

Building Security & Access Policy

To ensure a secure environment for all guests, please do not allow anyone into the building who does not have their own means of entry. Every guest or visitor must buzz themselves in using their personal access method—whether through the buzzer system, QR code, or the app provided.

Important:
**Guests MUST let us know at the time of booking if additional visitors will arrive during the stay or reservation will be cancelled. No exceptions, no refunds**

The house is less than a three block walk to the blue line “el” (Logan Square stop), and less than a half a block from the CTA-Kimball stop. I-90/94 access is approximately 5 blocks away as well. I can provide more information for public transportation upon request.

Note: I will be staying above you with my dog, Bella, and neither of us bite! Feel free to ask me any questions or recommendations about the neighborhood if you catch me around the house. Designated parking spot is NOT available, but there is plenty of street parking available. The kitchen is stocked with all cooking ware, dishes, utensils, blender, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. A dishwasher is also available for use. The back area has a large washer and dryer which is free to use. The unit also offers 600 mps WIFI. Currently there is one 55" smart tv in the apartment. The Bakeshop Chicago occupies the store front of the building. The Bakeshop is a café that offers coffee, breakfast sandwiches and pastries. This is very convenient. There are also restaurants on each side of the building. Excellent area!

Welcome to this four bedroom, two bathroom apartment located in the neighborhood of Lakeview. The location is fantastic. The shops, restaurants, and bars located on Ashland, Lincoln, and Belmont Aves. are a short walk from the apartment. There is a train stop for the Brown Line train four blocks from the apartment. The apartment is an ideal option for families and groups of friends looking to stay in the popular Lakeview neighborhood.

The space
This four bedroom, two bathroom apartment is located on the first floor and basement level and has a fantastic layout for families and groups of friends. The main level of the apartment has three bedrooms and one bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and the other two bedrooms have full beds. The bathroom on the main level has a shower/tub. The fourth bedroom and second bathroom are located in the basement. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the bathroom has a large walk-in shower. In addition to the bedrooms, the apartment has a queen size air mattress for additional sleeping arrangements for larger groups (10 MAX).

The kitchen and living room share an open concept that is ideal for groups. The kitchen is stocked for guests looking to cook in unit. The kitchen has nice finishes, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. The living room has comfortable furniture and a large, brand new 55 inch flat screen TV that is mounted. There is an additional living room in the basement with a foosball table. Lastly, there is a laundry room in the basement with a washer and dryer that guests are able to use during their stay

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Please note, this house is a duplex and there are full-time residents in the upper level apartment. Guests will only have access to the main level/basement apartment. You will receive a message with check-in information the day before arrival with all of your information for the stay.
