It's surrounded by so much activity but offers a quiet respite from the outside world. You'll love the clean, warm, contemporary style on the inside with blackout shades in the bedroom. A full kitchen with spices and basics, if you choose to cook. But why would you want to cook when you have sports bars, fine restaurants, Sushi bars, breakfast cafes within a couple minutes walk??? We'll supply you with coffee, tea and a few other niceties.!
If you are flying into Denver, it's an easy light rail ride to Denver's Union Station. You could take a short bus ride from Union Station down to our stop (Broadway and 1st Ave) and have a 5 minute walk to the Logan Street Urban Refuge. Depending on what you plan to do in Denver, it's highly possible you wouldn't need a car. Your hosts are respectful of your privacy but are available to help you navigate the city/state if you have questions, or to talk and enjoy meeting new people. Our guest house is located in the heart of the Baker historic neighborhood in a hip, diverse, urban setting. Situated on a quiet, tree-lined street, the apartment reflects an eclectic, artistic style. There is original art throughout, exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, ceramic tiles, and a mix of old and new. It is nice, relaxed and very clean and comfortable.
This is a great place to stay while in Denver, whether for work or play. The idea for our guest house was to create a place that we would want to stay while we are in town!
This ground floor unit is 700 sq. ft. with a private entrance to your home away from home, with free on-street parking, as well as wi-fi, a full kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, plus a washer/dryer in the unit. The bedroom is very large with a queen bed and a work area with a desk.
There is a shared patio off the bedroom that is situated in a beautiful, mature garden. Our guests really like this feature, they say it's a great place to sit and enjoy their morning coffee.
A three-block walk to unique boutiques, vintage furniture stores, indie movies, bookstores, coffee houses, yoga, pilates, and a great mix of restaurants and nightlife. A couple of distilleries have opened including the locally owned Denver Distillery.
It’s an 8-block walk to light rail, a 3-minute drive to the Santa Fe Arts District with scores of galleries, a 5- to 7-minute drive to downtown, and a 10-minute drive to the Cherry Creek shopping district. You can walk or drive to the Denver Art Museum, the Clyfford Still Museum and the Kirkland Museum of Fine & Decorative Art.

Once you are inside this cute little bungalow, you can't hear any neighborhood noise and you feel like you are escaping from the world. It was the perfect relaxing escape when we weren't attending our event. Fully equipped to bring your own food, big refrigerator, and ask the necessities. Don't worry if you forget your toothbrush or other little item! This host has thought of everything and you'll find an emergency stash in the bathroom cupboard. If you are looking for a new (built in 2019), quality furnished accommodation within walking distance to downtown Denver, you can’t go wrong with this 1862 square feet Lincoln Park townhouse.
This housing option lets you enjoy all the top amenities during your stay of a month or more. The townhouse is located adjacent to Lincoln Park, within 20-25 minutes walking (5 minutes driving) to outstanding bars, breweries, restaurants, shops, Performing Arts Center, and sports stadiums in downtown Denver. There is a Recreation Center right across from the townhome complex that has a weight and cardio room, and also a gymnasium. The light rail is two blocks away from the townhouse, making commuting in and out of the city center easy and affordable. There are also many bus stops just a few blocks from the townhome. Access to the I-25 and 70 freeways are also only a few blocks away.
This new and modern townhouse boasts high-end finishes throughout, is beautifully furnished from floor to ceiling, and is CHBO complete. Guests have access to two parking spaces in an attached garage, as well as AC, central heating, washer and dryer, wireless internet, and printer. There is also a lockbox for easy access into the townhome.
There are 2 complete bedrooms, a Flex Room that easily converts into a third bedroom, and each bedroom is tastefully appointed. The third-floor master bedroom is furnished with a CA king-sized bed, the second third-floor bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, and the couch on the ground floor Flex Room converts into a very comfortable queen-sized bed. Full disclosure, there are three Nest security cameras on the property. One in the living room, two on the ground floor. These are placed for security reasons when we have no tenants. Obviously when tenants move in, they can face the cameras downwards. More instructions and details about the cameras are included in the house manual upon check in.
There is a $250 cleaning fee used upon checkout. Additional cleaning available, at cost, provided by preferred cleaning company.

Fully furnished two bedroom, one bathroom, apartment that was finished in May 2022. This apartment is located on the same property as the owners main home which allows for ease of access to owners if needed and the apartment itself sits above the owners garage.
Beautifully designed with a large walk in shower, open concept kitchen and living room and two bedrooms that offer privacy when needed. Skylights provide natural light to the space and there is a stacked washer/dryer in the unit as well.
About four miles from downtown Denver, a mile from Washington Park, blocks away from the light rail, great shopping and dining and right next to public transport it is the ideal property for someone who wants access to the city yet feel a bit removed at the same time.

The space
This private loft has a high slanted ceiling and a wooden staircase that leads to a cozy queen bed loft area with suitcase holders and wall clothes hangers. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils, granite countertops, 2 electric burners, small oven, half size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and Keurig coffee station. The bathroom has a spacious tiled rain shower and a mirror with built in face light. The living area has a classic 50's dinette set, a comfortable couch and a big flat screen wall-mounted TV. The loft is temperature controlled with your own remote control, and there is a private elevated outdoor deck for relaxing or smoking outside (420 friendly!). The deck is elevated over a huge back yard with a functional fire pit, cornhole, and dartboard. No pets please. Laundry is available on the property for scheduled usage.

The lower level suite is comprised of a spacious living room, full kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom. The bedroom contains a queen 12” memory foam mattress, along with a desk to enable projects or remote work. Other sleep accommodations are found in the living room on a queen sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress topper. Air mattress can be included upon request.
The kitchen is fully stocked with any and all pots, pans, glasses, and utensils required to prepare meals. The Smart TV is found in the living room, and has access to all streaming services which are erased after each guest departs. A 4 person table is also found in the living room, ready for meals and games.
A laundry room with laundry supplies can be made available for stays of 3 or more days, or upon request.

**HOUSE RULES AND DISCLOSURES**
We live directly above the basement suite with a newborn infant, and light walking might occasionally be heard. We are very careful during guest’s stays to minimize any noise that would potentially be disruptive to the relaxing environment. Noise machines are provided as well for guests. We do ask that the same consideration with noise that we show is reciprocated.
We ask respect to our zero tolerance policies on or around the premises:
- No smoking of any kind
- No partying
- No pets
Failure to comply with these house policies will result in additional cleaning fees/fees no less than $300 and possible eviction.
We are ALMOST finished with the process of Xeriscaping our property, adding turf to the backyard with landscaping rock and plants everywhere else. Our goal is to have it completed within the next few weeks. Until then, please excuse the dirt surroundings and piles of raw materials.

Dogs are approved on a case by case basis up to a maximum of 3 dogs please and the owner reserves the right not to accept pets based on required criteria.
Sorry, no puppies or cats or any other pets besides dogs allowed at this time. We kindly ask that owners either keep their pets off the furniture or use the provided couch and bed coverings to help keep the furniture and beds clean and protect from any damage.
The normal limit for pets is less than 60 pounds, no history of destructive behavior, aggression, biting, or excessive barking. If you would like to bring more than one well-behaved dog on your stay, please message me prior to booking to discuss options, I will do my best to work with you!
Please note this property does NOT have a fenced-in yard. You are free to use the grassy area along the east side of the property or take a quick walk to nearby Huston Lake park just a few blocks to the north.
