There was no bedding for the pull out couch (pillows, sheets, blankets). There were no washcloths and coffee pot was dirty. The porch that it showed in the advertisement had patio furniture with an umbrella that was off to the side of the house with no umbrella. Also, it did not state the home was between at least three separate rentals. We went back to the home only to sleep each day. It was a family or friends out on the deck furniture I’m assuming they put up there themselves right outside of our door. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels and storage in bedrooms. It was equipped with a hairdryer, iron, air fryer, coffee, pot, toaster, and all cookware plates, cups, etc.. I did send a message immediately to the property owner of I believe with my concerns and they did drop off sheets for the pullout, no blanket or pillows and only 4 wash cloths. There was no detergent in the laundry area so we had to use hand towels for washing after the four were used the first day. They did get back to me immediately with my concern and appreciated me reaching out as they said they had a new cleaning crew and was grateful for the input."

Just 36 miles north of Boston/Logan Airport. Enjoy lake views from this above garage private entrance guest house. Two private bedrooms (one queen one full) with an additional queen futon. The unit is clean & comfortable with 2 smart tv's & WIFI. A Keurig, microwave, mini-fridge/freezer. In season, explore the lake using available kayaks/paddleboard. Parking for 3 cars. 2 public beaches on the lake. Minutes from Canobie Lake Park & Tuscan Village shops. There are 5 wedding venues within 5 miles including Labelle Winery, Birch Wood Vineyards, Searles Castle, Castleton and Atkinson CC. Just a short drive to NH seacoast, white mountains, foliage, and skiing.
