- "Property was well situated for transport into downtown and the access to the zoo and lake were very convenient!" - "When I first booked this reservation, Iaccidentally put the wrong exit date. I called hotels to correct it. They said I needed to book another day which would put me at two cleaning fees. They said to contact the property. I contacted the property seven times with no response. When we got to the AirBNB the blowup mattress turned me into a taco two hours later. The so-called futon couch was the size for a child that didn’t even flatten out. the windows have half inch cracks in it so we froze which got us sick from the air coming straight into our face. The traffic is so loud all day all night. You don’t get a decent sleep. The mattress in the bedroom was so lived in. We had to put it on the floor, so our backs wouldn’t hurt. There was absolutely no blankets whatsoever which we had to go out and purchase some. All they had was sheets. There was not sufficient drawers. My son-in-law had to put his clothes in the kitchen cabinet or kitchen drawer. We ended up paying out-of-pocket four days at a different hotel just to get some sleep and have appropriate accommodations. The tub doesn’t drain so you’re taking a shower with water up to your ankles."

LIVING ROOM ~ The living room features a comfortable sofa and matching chair and is tastefully decorated in slate blues and browns. The highlight is the view, of course! The high ceilings make it feel even more spacious. There is a 40 inch flat screen and stereo if you want to stay in for a night. Plenty of room for our twin 6" memory foam mattress if you have a 3rd guest (no sleeper sofa).
KITCHEN/DINING ~ Right off the living room is the kitchen and dining, giving it the great room feel. The newly remodeled kitchen features a breakfast bar with two stools and is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Appliances include a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and oven/stove. Sit at the dining table (seating 4) for morning coffee and wonderful water views of Elliott Bay.

Use in the living room, or in the bedroom.
Kitchen/Dining ~ Right off the living room is the full kitchen with dishwasher, oven/stove, fridge/freezer and microwave, giving it the great room feel. The kitchen is newly remodeled and is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Adjacent is a dining area for four, plus 4 stools at the breakfast bar.
Primary Bedroom ~ Plenty of space for a comfortable pillow-top king-sized bed. There is a dresser for all your things, a TV, and closet space too! Luxurious bedding only adds to the lovely decor in this room.
Primary Ensuite Bathroom ~ Also spacious is the en suite full bath with walk in shower and includes plenty of counter space. The gray and orange tones are carried throughout the apartment, including the lovely bathroom. Plush towels and even soaps and shampoo are supplied as well as a hair dryer.

Just a 5 minute walk from the Roosevelt light rail station, this spacious, 2 bedroom apartment is at a nexus for urban and natural amenities. On the top floor of a classic craftsman home, it overlooks a tree-lined boulevard. The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, induction cook top, oven, and full size fridge. Newly renovated with washer and dryer in unit. It is walking distance to parks, a Whole Foods grocery store, and many restaurants and other fun destinations.
The space:
There are custom and artistic touches throughout the space. The front porch offers a pleasant sanctuary overlooking the boulevard: perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The TV includes a Firestick so you can easily log into your personal steaming accounts. Owners live and work onsite, happy to respond to any questions.
Guest access
Just 5 blocks from the new Roosevelt Light Rail station, you'll be able get to and from the airport in under an hour regardless of traffic! Downtown is just a 10 minute ride. Some guests have found it cheaper to rent a car from the Avis/Budget car rental one block away rather than shuttling around a busy airport.
If you wish, I will grind organic coffee fresh the day you arrive. Caffeinated or decaf, just let me know. Otherwise, Urban Luxe Cafe is right around the corner and Herkimer Coffee, just up the street. And wonderful nearby restaurants too numerous to mention; I'll send you a detailed list on request.
University District Farmers Market is open Saturdays from 9 - 2.
We offer 2 off street parking spots and there is usually free all day street parking available nearby.

It is beautifully decorated with soothing tones and relaxing designs throughout. A mix of different stylish lighting fixtures is to set the perfect moods and ambiance. Two bedrooms with a king and a queen size memory foam mattresses promise many restful nights. A queen-sized air mattress is available for friends and families. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end stainless-steel appliances and all that you might need to whip up a meal. This is one of the few units in the building that has its own washer and dryer.

The Neighborhood:
We are centrally located just steps from the Convention Center, Pacific Place, and Westlake Center. The condo is also within walking distance to the heart of Downtown, Pike Place Market, the Seattle waterfront as well as Capitol Hill. Light rail is also nearby to whisk you to and from the airport and other areas in and around Seattle.
Other Things to Note:
1- The condo is conveniently located in an urban environment and guests may hear noise and traffic from the streets below as would be the case in most large cities. From our experience, disruption is minimal, particularly when the windows are closed, but every guest may be different.
2- 1 spot parking is included. There are limited street parking in front of the building or overnight parking in WA state Convention parking garages.
3- Each unit is equipped with an individual heating control knob; however, the maximum temperature is regulated by the building's HOA. We provide a portable heater for your comfort.
4-The Elektra is a 16-story high-rise built in 1949 and remodeled in 1997. While not brand-new or modern, it offers vintage charm and a comfortable stay in the heart of the city.

There are a lot of excellent dining options in Montlake and Madison Valley and nearby Madison Park and Capitol Hill neighborhoods, and there are several parks and outdoor nature areas within walking distance - UW Arboretum, Japanese Garden, Interlaken park, Lake Washington.
There is plenty of free, unmetered street parking, so having your own car is a good option. There are several buses which stop just two blocks away and can quickly take you to UW Campus, UW Medical Center, Husky Stadium, Lightrail Stadium station and University District as well as Central, Capitol Hill and First Hill neighborhoods.

Enter this brand-new one bedroom apartment in our 1947 Mid-Century Modern house via a driveway with a cozy deck and your own private entrance on the lower level of our home, which is located in the lovely Montlake/Arboretum neighborhood of Central Seattle, known for its convenient location, beautiful homes and gardens, variety of parks, and scenic pathways.
Our quiet neighborhood of single-family homes is safe and garden-like, yet only minutes from UW, UWMC, Capitol Hill and Downtown Seattle. We are right next to the UW Arboretum, which offers unparalleled walking trails, wonderful landscaping and lake access.
Our guest apartment is small (420 Sq Ft) but super cozy, and you should find it so comfortable, with everything you need for a short or a longer stay.

Our neighborhood of beautiful historic single-family homes is great for walking, with good lighting and sidewalks, and beautiful landscaped yards. You will see all different styles of houses, from early 1920’s to Modern, from middle class family homes to mansions.
There are a lot of excellent dining options in Montlake and Madison Valley and nearby Madison Park and Capitol Hill neighborhoods, and there are several parks and outdoor nature areas within walking distance - UW Arboretum, Japanese Garden, Interlaken park, and Lake Washington.
There is plenty of free, unmetered street parking, so having your own car is a good option. There are several buses which stop just two blocks away and can quickly take you to UW Campus, UW Medical Center, Husky Stadium, Lightrail Stadium station and University District as well as Central, Capitol Hill and First Hill neighborhoods.
Drive times - UWMC - 9 mins, Harborview Hospital and Medical Center - 15 mins, Swedish First Hill Campus - 11 minutes, Virginia Mason Medical Center - 12 minutes, Volunteer Park - 4 mins, Madison Park Beach - 7 minutes.
Our house is divided into three separate 'apartments', so while we made every effort to soundproof as much as possible, there will be people living upstairs and staying in the apartment next to you.

Below you is a basement apartment that I rent separately that has its own private entrance around the back side of the house. Because it’s an older home, noise can transfer easily to the unit below you so keeping noise to a minimum during quiet hours of 10pm-8am is very important to me.
You're welcome to use the brand new double set of LG washer/dryers in the basement but please be aware these are shared with my downstairs guests and/or used by my cleaners in-between guests. You can access the laundry room by opening the deadbolt door to the basement, walking down the stairs and down the short hallway and the laundry is to your right.

2. A refundable security deposit of $500 will be charged for one-night weekend bookings or at the host’s discretion. Guest will be notified in advance of charge and refunded within 7 days following the checkout if the guest did not violate the rental terms or damage property.
4. SMOKING: whether inside your unit, in a common area or roof deck, no smoking of any substance is allowed. Smoke damage to a unit will result in a $1000 fee
5. KEYS: to return any access keys and remotes with a $50 replacement fee for every lost key and $250 for any remote or entry FOB. The best thing to do after checking out, is take a photo of your keyset, and text us you've left the keyset behind and have checked out.
6. By completing the booking, you agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
7. Please take shoes off at door entrance.
8.Noise and neighbors- must keep noise to a minimum and reasonable level from 9pm till the next day. This is not a party house. If any issues with noise and parties, whether small, medium, or large, we will submit a claim and not return the security deposit we hold.
-We use noise monitoring sensors (Noiseaware) to detect noise (not recording), and if we receive notifications of excessive loud noises, we reserve the right to evict you after several attempts of us asking you to reduce noise.
-Background checks- we use Autohost to check backgrounds and may need to collect more information to go with your IDs and credit cards. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if you do not pass or or have any bad history.
- You Must accurately share how many guests are coming. If the number exceeds that, there will be a $500 minimum fee for each guest per day.

NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.
No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.

Late Checkout Policy
Guests must check out by the designated checkout time specified in the rental agreement. Late checkouts without prior approval will incur fees to cover costs including, but not limited to, waiting times for cleaning crews, canceled or delayed cleaning appointments, hardships on arriving guests (e.g delayed check-ins or compensation), additional wear and tear on the property, and increased utility usage (e.g electricity, water, or HVAC). The fees, based on the duration past the checkout time, are as follows:
• Less than 1 hour: 10% of the nightly rate or $100, whichever is greater.
• 1-2 hours: 15% of the nightly rate or $250, whichever is greater.
• More than 2 hours: Full nightly rate.
To avoid fees, guests are encouraged to coordinate with us in advance for late checkout requests. Approved late checkouts are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as agreed upon. Additional Cleaning Policy
Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition, consistent with normal use. Any cleaning required beyond what is considered normal or reasonable, as determined by the property management, will result in an additional cleaning fee of $100 per hour. This fee covers costs such as extended cleaning times or specialized cleaning needs. Examples of excessive cleaning needs include, but are not limited to, excessive trash, stains or spills requiring professional treatment, pet hair in non-pet-friendly units, or other conditions requiring significant labor. We will make every effort to accurately reflect the additional work needed and the time required to complete it, providing documentation (e.g photos, cleaning logs) upon request to ensure transparency.
Important Fee Disclosure for Long-Term Stays (30+ Days):
Should this property be reserved for 28 days or more, we reserve the right to apply additional monthly fees to cover certain ongoing expenses (eg utilities) not included in the standard nightly rate.
These may include, but are not limited to:
• Gas and electricity
• Water and sewer
• Trash and recycling
• Internet and streaming services
• Other utility or maintenance surcharges applicable to the home which will be known prior to the time of booking
These fees may be assessed as either:
• A flat monthly fee, or
• A fee calculated as up to 5% of the monthly rent.
Such fees may be collected directly through the booking platform or invoiced separately as permitted by the booking platform policy. For estimation purposes, please assume an additional fee equal to 5% of the monthly rent unless otherwise specified in advance.

Our modern 1 bedroom, 1 bath home is located in the heart of Seattle. Mere minutes from Pike Place, The Space Needle and some of Seattle’s best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers.
Our home has modern furnishings, and a smart TV in the living room. In this space, you will have 1 brand new queen sized bed in the master bedroom and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room to add an extra sleeping option when needed. The kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook, and there is a washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and expansive city views. Our home also includes fast wireless internet.
We have one of the rare homes in downtown Seattle that has a reserved parking spot in our secure garage!
The building complex has a garden courtyard with fountains, a gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, large club room and a stunning roof-top deck with barbecues. There is also a secure garage parking for one car that is included in your reservation.

The condominium building performs window washing, exterior cleaning, painting and other projects from time to time. Workers may rappel down from the roof of the building with ropes or swing stages as they perform work on or around exterior windows. Guests can draw the window shades or close curtains if they have privacy concerns while work is being performed outside their unit's windows.
Please remember that the majority of the homes in this building are residential units. We are located in the heart of Seattle, so there is urban noise. You can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent environment is important to you, downtown Seattle may not be the best place for you to stay.
From time to time, the building or listing amenities (e.g. pool and all others) may be closed or out of service temporarily for maintenance. We will do our best to communicate such rare events to our guests, but unfortunately we cannot predict when maintenance events might be scheduled ahead of time.
This property has monthly preventative maintenance pest control services performed, but in the Pacific Northwest you may still experience occasionally finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. Conveniently located at First Avenue and Pike Street, right across the street from the famous Pike Place Market. The elegantly restored Elliot Hotel Building, now home to the Green Tortoise Hostel, boasts 30 newly-remodeled bunk rooms. The beautiful historical building has plenty of modern charms too, including: semi-private Mediterranean style tile bathrooms, full kitchen and large common areas. Each bunk has a reading lamp, small fan, four point power outlet, privacy curtains, and storage locker.

My place is only minute walk to bus stop but still quiet. What I love the most about my place is that it is a block from my favorite AMC theater, where you will love to kick back and enjoy the show from a luxurious AMC Signature Recliner after a meal at IHOP or before grocery shopping at Super saver foods in the same plaza. There is a public laundromat across the street. In plum season you will get free plums from the plum tree in my front yard.

This property is a two-storied building and 3 rooms (including yours) are upstairs sharing one bathroom. Normally each room has only one guest. We do have guests stay downstair so we would require upstairs guests to respect their rights for a quiet stay. There is a door always locked to separate downstairs and upstairs.

The newly remodeled cozy 1 bedroom apartment in a secured building that is located close to everything. 5 min walk to Washington Convention Center; 8 min walk to Pike/Pine corridor and all the shopping it has to offer; couple of blocks away from Capital Hill and all the nightlife it has to offer; and 5 mins drive away from Belltown and all the best restaurants. This location has a walk score of 97 out of a possible 100, and a transit score of 100, making it easy to take the public transportation or get a lyft or uber ride anywhere.
The apartment can sleep 4 people comfortably. In the bedroom is a queen size Tuft & Needle foam mattress that is No. 1 top rated on Amazon. In the living room the sofa can convert to large bed enough for two more. Quality cotton linens are provided for your comfort.
There is a full kitchen available for the guest including all pots and pans and cooking utensil. However, please bring your own ingredients. Please put all used dishes in the dish washer and the cleaner will take care of them.
There is a free secured garage parking available, but please remember to wait for the gate to close when entering and leaving the garage. And please only park in assigned parking spot under all circumstances.
Guest access
Guest will have access to the unit and have complete privacy. There is a indoor gym available; however, anyone under age 18 will require adult supervision. Rooftop deck is not available to guests.

Please let me know in advance if you need check-in time later than 11:00pm or checkout time earlier than 8:30am. A late checkin fee of $35 is required.
There are hospitals near by so you might hear a siren or two during the night. It maybe a concern if you are a very light sleeper.
