There is no time to get bored in this home! The backyard is equipped with an 8ft hot tub, barbeque and gas firepit for smores . Games galore with a 9 foot pool table or ping pong. There is plenty of room for separate tv viewing. Two living areas both equipped with large smart flat screen tvs. Three bedrooms all have large screen tvs as well. Large walk-in closet has a futon and tv for extra sleeping room and privacy. Air mattress and plenty of sofas allow 14 people to sleep comfortably. **** I just built a studio in the garage area. There is a door in the front by driveway for the studio. There is absolutely no common areas. The parking, laundry room and front parking are strictly for the house guests.**** You will have complete privacy.

Heating the pool is $80/day. However, most of the time heating the pool isn’t necessary until fall & winter months. Sun hits the pool directly from 11 to 4, plus we have a solar cover that keeps it warm. We only remove it when guests check in.
All reservation change requests must be submitted 30 days or more in advance.

A convenient drive to most San Diego destinations beaches, Bay, Downtown, Balboa Park, Gaslamp District, Airport, Convention center, hiking trails, La Jolla and everything else are only 5-15 mins from the house!

Our newly renovated home in Mission Valley is the perfect weekend and vacation destination for families and groups looking to get together and make memories in Sunny San Diego. The location is as central as it gets!!! There are dozens of great restaurants and coffee shops in close proximity, and the home is 15 minutes or less from almost every other major attraction in San Diego! We're close to it all.

PARKING:
There is a private driveway that can fit up to 4 cars. Street parking is also free and plentiful.

BEDROOMS:
There are 3 meticulously designed bedrooms that feature quality mattresses and hotel worthy bedding. Each bedroom has it's own closet, dresser, natural light when you need it, and shades when you don't. The bathrooms that accompany them are stocked with plenty of bath towels. We provide soap, conditioner, and body wash in each shower as well.

LIVING ROOM:
Natural light beems in this open flow section of the home. Have a cocktail and a good read by the fireplace, unwind on the genuine leather sofa, or get some work done at the office desk overlooking the canyon. The 75inch TV has every streaming app you could need, as well as live Youtube TV. Plenty of seating to spread out and relax!

THE KITCHEN:
Our kitchen is the heartbeat of the home and has everything you need to cook delicious homemade meals. We have all the basic spices and oils for your use. There's a stainless steel fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal as well. Cooking at home has never been more convenient!

The kitchen cabinets include dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, and wine glasses. There are a large variety of pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, bakeware, can opener, corkscrew, and cooking and steak knives. There is a toaster, blender, and crock pot as well. Dont forget our elegant coffee bar, equipped with a Nespresso machine, Aerochinno milk frother, and tea kettle. We have plenty of dishes, plates, and a drawer full of tableware to accommodate large groups.

WORKOUT ROOM & SAUNA:
If you're the type who makes health and wellness a priority, this is the perfect place for you!!! Guests have free access to the 2 person electric sauna, and free use of the Peleton exercise bike, dumbbells, kettlebells, and all other workout equipment. I had plenty of information on our stay to plan since I was working most of the time. The house was set up very well, supplies were fabulous (we cooked) and though we didn't have children, it was nice to see an entire drawer of kid friendly dishes for those who bring children. Outside patio area was lovely for dinner and relaxing after work. Great stay! Only caution for some - it is on a somewhat busy street. "

On this Tri-level home has private spaces on each level to enjoy outside; 1st floor a front entry porch with chairs a table stand with a wrap-around gate. The 2nd floor has a balcony with a gas fire pit table and chairs, & the 3rd floor has rooftop with outdoor furniture, a large dining table for group dinners, hanging lights, comfy outdoor seating and a large propane BBQ is a wonderful spot to spend the evenings (propane for BBQ is provided).
Home Rules:
1. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Violators of the quiet hours will forfeit their deposit and be asked to leave with no refund for the remaining days of the rental. This is not a party home.
2. Check-in time is any time after 4 pm. Check-out time is any time before 10 am. You're welcome to request an early check-in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed and we can only confirm 24 hours in advance.
3. Please do not bring any additional guests onto the property without the prior approval of the host
4. We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the home. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the property.
5. Parties or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM-8 AM. Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
7. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure.
8. If any of these items go missing, we, unfortunately, do have to charge the guest.
9. Furniture is not to be Re-Arranged

11. Late checkout will result in a $50 fee charged to the guest. The fee is only charged if there isn't a prior approved late checkout.

- "The community is absolutely beautiful. The house was very nice. Parks nearby, dog park, succulent gardens. The home was equipped with all essentials for a stay except for an iron and ironing board. Unable to operate the ceiling fan and washing machine appears that it was controlled off sight also found a long spider web hanging from one of the lights in the main bedroom. Did not have access to the recreational center although the host assured me of this via email, so we were unable to swim or workout in the gym. You need a key card for access that was not provided. Overall, it was a great place to stay outside of the forementioned."
