There is no time to get bored in this home! The backyard is equipped with an 8ft hot tub, barbeque and gas firepit for smores . Games galore with a 9 foot pool table or ping pong. There is plenty of room for separate tv viewing. Two living areas both equipped with large smart flat screen tvs. Three bedrooms all have large screen tvs as well. Large walk-in closet has a futon and tv for extra sleeping room and privacy. Air mattress and plenty of sofas allow 14 people to sleep comfortably. **** I just built a studio in the garage area. There is a door in the front by driveway for the studio. There is absolutely no common areas. The parking, laundry room and front parking are strictly for the house guests.**** You will have complete privacy.

Heating the pool is $80/day. However, most of the time heating the pool isn’t necessary until fall & winter months. Sun hits the pool directly from 11 to 4, plus we have a solar cover that keeps it warm. We only remove it when guests check in.
All reservation change requests must be submitted 30 days or more in advance.

One mile from the SDSU stadium, 10 minutes from SDSU, This home is located only a mile from the new Snapdragon Stadium. A convenient drive to most San Diego destinations beaches, Bay, Downtown, Balboa Park, Gaslamp District, Airport, Convention center, hiking trails, La Jolla and everything else are only 5-15 mins from the house!

FYI -Please be aware there is a current construction project next door to our home. As the neighborhood is very quiet normally we can't guarantee during your stay you won't hear some construction noise during the day. Please contact me with any questions before booking.

Our newly renovated home in Mission Valley is the perfect weekend and vacation destination for families and groups looking to get together and make memories in Sunny San Diego. The location is as central as it gets!!! There are dozens of great restaurants and coffee shops in close proximity, and the home is 15 minutes or less from almost every other major attraction in San Diego! We're close to it all.

PARKING:
There is a private driveway that can fit up to 4 cars. Street parking is also free and plentiful.

BEDROOMS:
There are 3 meticulously designed bedrooms that feature quality mattresses and hotel worthy bedding. Each bedroom has it's own closet, dresser, natural light when you need it, and shades when you don't. The bathrooms that accompany them are stocked with plenty of bath towels. We provide soap, conditioner, and body wash in each shower as well.

LIVING ROOM:
Natural light beems in this open flow section of the home. Have a cocktail and a good read by the fireplace, unwind on the genuine leather sofa, or get some work done at the office desk overlooking the canyon. The 75inch TV has every streaming app you could need, as well as live Youtube TV. Plenty of seating to spread out and relax!

THE KITCHEN:
Our kitchen is the heartbeat of the home and has everything you need to cook delicious homemade meals. We have all the basic spices and oils for your use. There's a stainless steel fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal as well. Cooking at home has never been more convenient!

The kitchen cabinets include dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, and wine glasses. There are a large variety of pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, bakeware, can opener, corkscrew, and cooking and steak knives. There is a toaster, blender, and crock pot as well. Dont forget our elegant coffee bar, equipped with a Nespresso machine, Aerochinno milk frother, and tea kettle. We have plenty of dishes, plates, and a drawer full of tableware to accommodate large groups.

WORKOUT ROOM & SAUNA:
If you're the type who makes health and wellness a priority, this is the perfect place for you!!! Guests have free access to the 2 person electric sauna, and free use of the Peleton exercise bike, dumbbells, kettlebells, and all other workout equipment. Don't hesitate to reach out about the many amazing hikes, trails, and exercise classes around the city as well!!!

3.) Excessive outdoor noise is strictly enforced after 10pm. This is a peaceful neighborhood, so please no parties! Thank you for understanding.

On this Tri-level home has private spaces on each level to enjoy outside; 1st floor a front entry porch with chairs a table stand with a wrap-around gate. The 2nd floor has a balcony with a gas fire pit table and chairs, & the 3rd floor has rooftop with outdoor furniture, a large dining table for group dinners, hanging lights, comfy outdoor seating and a large propane BBQ is a wonderful spot to spend the evenings (propane for BBQ is provided).
Home Rules:
1. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Violators of the quiet hours will forfeit their deposit and be asked to leave with no refund for the remaining days of the rental. This is not a party home.
2. Check-in time is any time after 4 pm. Check-out time is any time before 10 am. You're welcome to request an early check-in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed and we can only confirm 24 hours in advance.
3. Please do not bring any additional guests onto the property without the prior approval of the host
4. We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the home. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the property.
5. Parties or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM-8 AM. Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
7. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure.

The home was equipped with all essentials for a stay except for an iron and ironing board. Unable to operate the ceiling fan and washing machine appears that it was controlled off sight also found a long spider web hanging from one of the lights in the main bedroom. Did not have access to the recreational center although the host assured me of this via email, so we were unable to swim or workout in the gym. You need a key card for access that was not provided. Overall, it was a great place to stay outside of the forementioned."

Our full refund was denied and spent two more days finding suitable lodging. We left property after 7 days without even a partial refund!"

We are very close to Rady's Hospital and Montgomery Field.
Clean linens, bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hair drier are provided.
This is the smaller of the two rooms we rent regularly. There will most likely be other Airbnb verified guest(s) here in another room during your stay, in which case you will be sharing the bath.
We also love to entertain our family and friends, and the vibe here can change with the week, sometimes it's really quiet and spa-like, other times it's vibrant and active - both are life-giving!!

Guests may use the refrigerator, stove, microwave and kitchen to prepare daily snacks/meals. There is a shelf in the pantry and a separate fridge for your food storage. You are welcome to the pots and pans and spices, It's a communal kitchen!

There is a not so favorable review about cleanliness and bugs. This was my first real guest. -A friend did stay before as trial run during remodeling. Remodeling was happening up until he came. Doors were open and dust did come in. I admittedly did not have this place in top condition. The house is sprayed by professinal every 3 months with natural substance that kills /repels bugs but safe to humans. -Checking all the time make sure house is bug free. Every space has been extra cleaned since then and will stay that way.

This is a log cabin feel private bedroom. It is very cool and spacious. Also has a full closet to hang store your clothes. The location is great as it is so central in San Diego. There’s so much to do in San Diego so don’t waste all your time in traffic.

I like meeting all the guests and will be around if they need me. They can also text or call me if I’m not home.

There is a friendly white husky named Mochi and a mini goldendoodle named Auggie that lives here. They are pretty lazy and pretty much sleeps all day. Would not mind if you would like to give them a belly rub. ;)

Our tiny studio is clean, artsy, bright and comes with a Queen size bed , full size kitchen and private bathroom with small tub/shower combination. There are free coffee and tea with some snacks to enjoy. There is a TV with a guest Netflix account and free chanels. You will have your own patio with private entrance through a side gate. You can check yourself independently. There is a lock bock on the side gate with keys to the studio.

Our Guess house is attached to our main home, but you will barely see us. We have central AC in the main house & the casita. In the winter, you will have your own portable heater. In the summer, we will run the central AC. We usually set the thermostat to 77 degree F. If you need additional circulation, you can also use the ceilling/ standing fan in the room.
We are located in a very safe & quiet neighborhood but 15-20 minutes drive from ALL attractions in San Diego like Sea world, Balboa Park, Gaslamp quarter, little Italy, La Jolla, etc. Another bonus:PLENTY FREE PARKING on the side street.

This is a cozy bedroom with its own attached bathroom/shower within a 4bedroom/3bathroom house. As it shows in the picture, it has one queen size bed in the room. Start your vacation day in our relaxing backyard with tropical flair and get inspired for your exiting travel plans in and around San Diego Area, or just relax after a stressful day.
My Husband and I will gladly make sight seeing suggestions, if asked.

The space
We are centrally located between the I 805 and the I 15 as well as the 163 to downtown and the I 8 towards Sea World and beaches.
Mission and Fashion valley is 5 -10 min drive.
Within walking distance there are stores, gas stations, restaurants, gym and coffee shop.

Guest access
Please feel free to enjoy the outdoor living room and around the pool area as well as using the pool in the seasonal times. The Jacuzzi is not included. Please ask prior to possible using the pool table.

As for the kitchen:
Feel free to do light cooking and hang around the counter top or kitchen table to eat.
Cooking essential like pots and pans and dishes as well as margarine or butter or oil is all available. Please clean up after your cooking , including the stove and countertops etc. As you walk into the house there is a small counter to the left with a single coffee maker and pods or if you prefer a French press I will leave it out there. You can also place your dry food on that small counter if you like. There is a tea drawer in the kitchen under the electric kettle. In your room you have a small fridge with its own small freezer compartment .
If you need something please let me know, I might have it.

During your stay
We do however the guest prefers. Wayne and I are pretty friendly people who like to talk and share stories.

Please don't hesitate to ask questions. Our house is not infant/toddler prove, but I do have a travel crib and high chair if needed.
We have 1 older cat which sometimes follows me around but mostly stays away from strangers. He is a little spoiled and might meow to be let out that kitchen door entrance even so he has his cat door there.
Four years ago we added a cute Puppy (Pudelpointer) to our family, which is house trained and will have it's "place" in the living room . During the daytime he is outside in his kennel.

The Airbnb entrance is through the wooden side entrance gate to the right as you walk up our driveway and has a keyless door with a code for self check in.

This is a big home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus additional spaces. We require that the guests be respectful and keep the property clean and noises to a minimum.

Room 1: This room (around 120 sqft) comes with a comfortable double bed.

Room 2:This room (around 120 sqft) comes with a comfortable queen bed.

Room 1 and Room 2 share the full bathroom (entry through the hallway).

Plenty off street parking.

Note: I live in the house with my hypoallergenic dog so please only book if you are comfortable with a pet around. He is a good boy, doesn't bark unnecessarily and will not have access to your rooms or bathroom. He is my family and this is his home so I will not be putting him away at any point and he has free access to the common areas and yard.

No parties
Please note that if you bring an animal that is noisy or you yourself are noisy, you may be asked to leave without any refunds. The house is located in a peaceful neighborhood and we want to be respectful towards the neighbors

Any animal companions need to be 100% house trained and yard use is ok only if guest cleans up after themselves and their animal companions. Excessive barking or noise is grounds for removal without refund.

Any animal companion will accrue an extra cleaning fee unless discussed and agreed upon with host prior to finalizing the reservation . This is done in order to make the property accessible and usable to everyone and avoid guests allergies.

P.S in San Diego most older homes do not have an air conditioner and it is the same with our house. Room 1: This room (around 120 sqft) comes with a comfortable double bed.

Room 2:This room (around 120 sqft) comes with a comfortable queen bed.

Room 1 and Room 2 share the full bathroom (entry through the hallway).

Plenty off street parking.

Note: I live in the house with my hypoallergenic dog so please only book if you are comfortable with a pet around. He is a good boy, doesn't bark unnecessarily and will not have access to your rooms or bathroom. He is my family and this is his home so I will not be putting him away at any point and he has free access to the common areas and yard.

Although this unit is attached to the main house we live in, it is not connected except by a double door between each unit's living rooms. These doors remain permanently locked. You will also have your own section of the yard for you and your guests to enjoy. There is a BBQ and table and chairs. And lounging chairs for your use only.

Guest access
The guest unit is accessed from the white gate to the left of the house. Please walk along the concrete path, through the white gate and to the back of the house. The door is a smart lock so you can unlock/lock it with the code we will provide.

The part of the yard up to the shed is all for you and your guests to use. Feel free to take off the covers to the chairs/tables and make use of the BBQ.

Other things to note
Please do not wear shoes while in the apartment. It’s safer for you and your family if you leave all the germs by the door. We provided a shoe rack, so you can store your shoes upon entering. It is a Japanese tradition that guests leave the shoes by the door upon entering as a sign of respect for the house you are visiting. As Japanese owners we thank YOU for understanding.
