As far as parking there’s no parking garage but we were able to find nearby meter parking. 3 hrs was the limit until 10 pm however was able to find great free parking spots going towards H mart grocers. Overall, first time experience with Sonder properties truly exceeded my family and I’d expectations. All well worth it and would love to use Sonder again for future vacation stays. This is a really nice master suite and sitting room. It is in basement 6 steps below ground level. We call them garden level apartments in Chicago. The 800 sq ft Suite is a gut, rehab and includes: large bedroom with kitchenette and walk-in closet; smaller sitting/living Room and huge bathroom with double sink vanity and shower.

Sleeps up to 4 with a QUEEN BED AND Pottery Barn Queen SOFA-BED. WiITH MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS.

The KITCHENETTE includes Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer. There is also a boiling pot and bottled Spring Water.

This light and bright apartment is on the 2nd floor of a Lincoln Park home. (The owner lives full-time in the first floor apartment.)

- Primary loft-style bedroom with 1 queen size bed and twin size pull out trundle bed underneath
- 1 twin size bed in second bedroom
- 1 twin futon in third bedroom
- 1 full size pull-out couch

There is one full bathroom on the main floor and one half bathroom (sink and toilet) on the second floor.

Note: The loft style primary bedroom does NOT have full walls or a door. There is a staircase that leads up to it and the half bathroom so it is private, but not soundproof or enclosed.

The homes were built in the late 1800's after the Great Chicago Fire. The architect designed the block to be symmetrical. If you are standing in the middle of the block, the home in the center is the largest with homes on each side mirroring each other. This neighborhood is a perfect blend of multi million dollar mansions and historically protected homes.
