5. Noise and Party Policy:

• Absolutely no parties or gatherings.

• Outdoor noise must be kept to a minimum after 10 PM. This is a peaceful neighborhood, and we respect our neighbors.

6. Candle Policy:

• No open-flame candles are allowed inside the house. Only use electric or battery-operated candles to prevent fire hazards.

7. Garage Access:

• The garage is off-limits to guests. Please do not attempt to enter or use this space.

Welcome to my beautiful, 2 bed, 2 ba 1,200 sq ft. townhouse in Sherman Oaks, one of the greatest areas in L.A. People who walk in immediately feel a sense of peace and calm, as I've put my own touches on the apartment with paint and artwork. The bedroom has custom made blackout curtains so you can sleep in! I am extremely creative and I also teach Pilates, so you'll find Pilates equipment here. I'm good natured, live a very healthy lifestyle and very spiritual, so the place has great energy.

The space
My beautiful, quiet, renovated townhouse is 1200 sq ft with a new dishwasher, fridge, stove and washer/dryer. The room is large, w/ a beautiful ceiling fan, en suite bathroom. I keep the common areas very clean and would like you to also. I'm very friendly but respect boundaries. Sherman Oaks is an ideal location, close to all, my place is 1 min away from the 405 and 101 fwys. My place is no smoking anything inside, including no 420. And because sadly I am highly allergic to perfumed things - there is no burning incense or perfumed candles. However, if you want to use a diffusor to mist 100% pure essential oils, you are welcome to. I am good with any pure essential oils from places like Aveda, Young Living, etc. so you can diffuse your lavender oil all day if needed! Also, if you use the kitchen it is required that you clean up after yourself and not leave dishes and crumbs, etc. There is thankfully a new dishwasher so we love to use it! And music is great, but no blasting it or having it really loud. We are so close to many different things - Whole Foods is 5 minutes away, as is Ralphs, tons of restaurants and 2 different shopping malls. My place will be a tranquil place to come back to after being out and about all day.

I teach Pilates from home and have clients that come in and out on certain days so kitchen access and common area access are limited to the times I do not have clients here. You are welcome to hang out in your room during those times. It's only on certain days and certain times (not everyday and not all day) and I will give you a days notice so you will know when.

I work from home a few days a week so I'm around and if not, I'm easy to get a hold of if you need anything.

Other things to note
This is definitely not a party place and there are no overnight guests allowed. If you have a friend that you would like to come over, one person can come but can not stay overnight and you would have to hang out in your room.
