- "We arrived at the condo around 3pm and Rada was there to meet us and show us all the operating details. The apartment is as described, except the white futon shown in one of the living room pictures is no longer there. Our party of 7 adults was able to sleep comfortably there, but I think the double sleeper sofa in the second bedroom would be a stretch for two larger adults—especially if two people didn’t want to sleep together! My mom (80) preferred to stay on the couch downstairs to minimize her “stair time”, since the two bedrooms are upstairs, and was perfectly comfortable there. She was looking for some washcloths, so if this is something you need, you should bring your own. There was a washer and dryer and although I bought some laundry soap, we ended up not needing it, but it was sure nice to have in case we had. A real bonus to this rental are the two secure parking places in the lower floor. We did have 2 cars and there was not a lot of available street parking nearby, so it came in very handy, especially given the loading and unloading of luggage. Our whole group utilized the wi-fi connection—so great to have that available to us. The location is excellent, both for walking to shops, going to restaurants (went to a lovely restaurant two blocks away called Firefly—can’t recommend it enough), and getting around LA/ Hollywood/Burbank area. We went to Griffith Park and Hollywood—using the Metro Red Line to get to Pantages Theater near Hollywood & Vine. It’s an easy drive down Ventura to Lankershim to park in the Metro lot, then a quick ride to Hollywood ($3-round trip). We also took a hop-on, hop-off bus from that spot to see the sites, which was great for my mom who couldn’t do all that walking AND we weren’t bothered by the street vendors. Easy drive (in non rush-hour traffic) from LAX—about 30 minutes. I would certainly come here again. The area felt safe and the convenience makes it well worth it. Thanks! Cindy H. "

Lovely, warm townhouse located in the Colfax Meadows area of Studio City. Walking distance to Tujunga Village, a wonderful pedestrian district with many sweet shops, cafes and restaurants. The home has two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms upstairs, the master BR has a king bed and the second bedroom has a full-size bed. Ample closet and dresser space. There's a washer and dryer in an enclosed alcove in the upstairs hallway. Downstairs is a comfy living room connected to a split-level dining area. Further down the hall there's a kitchen with an office adjacent. There are front and back patios downstairs with seating, and an upstairs patio off the master bedroom with a cafe table and chairs, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. (The kitchen has both a drip coffee maker and a Nespresso machine.) There are three televisions in the home (living room, office and master bedroom), each equipped with an Amazon Fire stick for you to access all major streaming services. The neighborhood is home to families and professionals, lovely tree-lined streets and friendly people. The house is a short two-minute drive to bustling Ventura Boulevard with its many shops and restaurants. Located close to the 101 and the 134 freeways, it's a short drive to Disney and Warner Bros, and about a 12 minute drive to Hollywood/Paramount. You'll be provided a clicker for the subterranean parking garage (one space) and there's also ample street parking. It's a studio setup, so it's not large, but plenty enough to enjoy comfortably, cook a meal, watch a movie, & get some much needed rest to escape the hustle of LA.

So, if there are 4 of you and you like lots of space, please be aware this unit might not be for you. 4 guests are allowed so guests can save on accommodations.

There is a small sweet cat at our house, he spends 90% of his time outside but comes in occasionally to eat. He has his retreat in the garage and if needed, we can keep him in the garage if anybody is allergic to cats.

Set atop Los Angeles's famous Coldwater Canyon, my guest house overlooks verdant hillsides, the San Fernando Valley, and the San Gabriel mountains. You’ll have a secure and private retreat in a centrally located hilltop neighborhood moments from the bustle of the city below. Behind an electric gate, the guest house is equipped with all your home away from home needs, including WiFi, Roku, a mini kitchen, well stocked bathroom, and comfortable queen sized bed. You’ll have a dedicated parking space in front of the gate and keyless entry to this stand alone wee cottage next to my garden of flowers and vegetables.

The tiny house is all yours and separate from the main house where I live with my husband and three curious kitties. You're welcome to walk the front yard however for your safety please stay on the hardscape as the slopes are slippery. Please refrain from walking into the backyard. Please refrain from making social media photos/videos, or using the property for commercial and/or professional shoots.

Other things to note
I've provided coffee, tea, salt, and there's a coffee maker and electric kettle. There's shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as toilet paper, tissues, and bath towels.
Please bring any other food, beverages, and toilitries you think you might want.
