The space has 1 American queen bed in bedroom, separated from living area by a wall of lovely sliding opaque glass doors. The bedroom has wall to wall closets and there is an alcove desk for doing a little work or just answering mail. The space is well outfitted with multiple conveniences, professionally designed for a relaxing visit. Towels and linens provided, along with a lovely gourmet kitchen/dining with all service for 6. I needed a place for a week and came across this gem. The pictures are a true glimpse into this place. Very comfy and well appointed. The bed is comfy. Plenty of towels.The subway is super close and in walking distance. I didn’t make restaurant reservations ahead so I could try some new places and just walked around until I found something and I was so happy with all my new finds. This was my first time not staying in a hotel in NYC and I will certainly stay here on my next visit.

Everything about the apartment -- the layout, furnishings, incidentals, vibe, etc. -- was superb. The location, on a quiet street but near enough to Chinatown, Soho, Hudson River Park, Brooklyn Bridge and the Battery to walk, was a special treat. We highly recommend this loft for a relaxing time in the midst of a vibrant and inviting scene.

A nicely designed, spacious, well furnished 1 bedroom loft that can accommodate 1 couple + 1 friend. We cannot not accommodate unaccompanied minors or teens. Located in lower Manhattan/NY in fashionable Tribeca. This outfitted space consists of a nice 1 bedroom, with 1 queen bed (for 2 ), separated from the spacious living room & dining area by a 10 foot sliding opaque glass wall with a wall to wall spacious closet. There is also comfortable sofa-bed sleeping for one extra adult or child in the adjacent living area. The dining area has ample seating for 5-6, with complete service. This space has new parquet floors, well equipped kitchen and a well appointed modern tile bath. Air conditioned, about 950 square feet, w/12'8" ceilings. Cable TV, cleaning supplies, washer/dryer combo in a separate private hall. Free WIFI internet access provided. If a larger group or family our other studio apt #316175 (for 2-4) can be linked to this apt by a private interior hall to accommodate 5- 6, but either apt can also be rented separately. Tribeca's Pier 25 on the Hudson River is a friendly spot to step away from the city streets and enjoy waterfront views. Kids love the play area. and an outdoor mini-golf course. Sandy beach volleyball courts here in the warm summer months, while a new skatepark welcomes rollerbladers, skateboarders. Tribeca is a great area to experience breathing room. Nearby Rockefeller Park offers a large lawn for sunning, picnics, as well as a lily pond where ducks and migratory birds congregate. Battery Park City Esplanade is perfect for waterfront walks with historic monuments and acres of woodland gardens. Both parks offer ferry terminals, making it easy to reach New Jersey or Ellis Island. This is NY's most desirable area and a designated landmarked historic district. Walk along the cobblestone streets and you are just a few blocks from both the art galleries and shopping of SOHO and great restaurants in the heart of Tribeca. Only a short walk to nearby Wall Street Financial district, Greenwich Village, Chinatown, Little Italy and the new Freedom Tower, now the tallest building in North America. Subway and bus 1 block away/under 15 minutes to midtown shopping, museums and Broadway theater w/taxis on corner. Nearby gourmet shopping. This is a very comfortable, convenient place to stay. It is well outfitted and well equipped. I can't think of anything we needed that we didn't find. Good internet so it was very suitable for myself and my two children. Owner is very helpful and accommodating. This is a great area with excellent food right nearby and within walking distance of nearly all of the subway lines. Ubers all over so very easy to get everywhere. We could not have had a better experience.A super cute, completely furnished/well equipped non smoking quiet loft space. Lower Manhattan location around corner from Roxy Hotel.

We stayed here for a Manhattan experience for 10 days in February. Apartment is in the heart of Tribeca with multiple subway lines within a few blocks. Access to all of the city is excellent. Brooklyn bridge is within easy walking distance. Whole Foods is an easy walk as well. Location couldn’t be better and it is in a very safe area on a quiet street with no traffic noise.
The apartment is easily accessible on the 2nd floor. Apt is quite spacious and open with a high ceiling, tastefully decorated with artwork and functional furniture. The pictures accurately reflect the space. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishware. It was the middle of winter and we were quite warm and comfy. The 2 bedrooms sit towards the rear of the apartment. Bed was quite comfortable. The hosts were quite attentive. I would recommend this Tribeca apartment whole heartedly. I think one would be hard pressed to find such a spacious and tastefully appointed space in this area at such a reasonable rate.
Apt consists of 2 sleeping areas, with 1 queen bed in 1 sleeping area and in a 2nd smaller sleeping area is a bunk-bed unit with 2 single beds in it, (one over the other).There is a living /dining area, well outfitted kitchen and 1 fully appointed spacious bath. Note: This space works nicely for a couple with 1-2 children, (as it is very well equipped for them) or a couple plus one single friend, not 4 adults. If a larger group check our our other 1bedroom apt #169911 or #88540 (for 2) as both apts can be linked by a private hall to accommodate bigger families up to 6. This family and foot friendly area has been designated a landmarked historic district w/lovely restored examples of 19th century cast iron architecture. The neighborhood has kept its early wide cobblestone streets and is just a few blocks from both the art galleries and boutique shopping of adjoining SOHO and Tribeca. Foodies have much to celebrate here, as we are in the midst of the very best 4 star and chef owned award winning restaurants in Manhattan. Walk to Greenwich Village, Chelsea, Soho, Meatpacking district or Chinatown or wander over to the wonderful Hudson River Promenade, right along the river, where there are miles of a lovely uninterrupted wide biking and jogging path in a traffic free zone, that goes all the way uptown and down, as well as several waterfront parks. There are seasonal activities including tennis courts, ping pong, basketball, bike rentals, batting cages and incredibly beautiful sunsets with a children's only playground right nearby. We are right near several express and local subways, with 10 minutes to Javits Convention Center, Lincoln Center/museums.theatre, great shopping, taxis on corner. Fabulous Area! Tribeca is NY's most desirable downtown family/foot friendly area in lower Manhattan. Non Smoking 2nd floor loft apt (no elevator) located near Roxy Hotel. Space can sleep 1 couple w/ 2 children or 1 couple + 1 friend. There are 2 separate sleeping areas, with 1 queen bed (for 2) in one sleeping area. In another separate sleeping area there is a bunk bed unit with 2 comfortable single beds in it, one over the other, as well as a double sofa bed (for 2)in living area. Both 2 sleeping areas are separated from each other by 8' solid construction wall (ceilings are 12'8'). Both of the sleeping areas are separated from the living area by sliding fabric room dividers. Living/dining room with service for 6, modern outfitted kitchen w/ spacious full bath(tub and shower and a separate stocked laundry in our adjacent private hall. It sleeps 3, or 1 couple + 1-2 younger children.

We had no trouble traveling from the airport via public transit to getting to the property and checking-in. I traveled with my wife and 2 kids (ages 11 and 8). The access to the subways was perfect for us. We never felt like the neighborhood was unsafe in any way. The place was clean and had plenty of amenities that we needed. We were able to do a couple quick loads of laundry with the shared laundry appliances in the hallway just outside. It was quiet and conveniently located. There are plenty of coffee shops within walking distance also. The hosts were very responsive which is reassuring when you are traveling across the country with your family. This loft apartment is in Tribeca which is one of the safest and most family friendly neighborhoods in Manhattan. There are several parks, restaurants, and water views all within walking distance. The apt is also close to MULTIPLE train lines which can take you to any part of the city or outer boroughs conveniently. It can't get any easier. The loft itself is clean, spacious, and very well stocked for a family who want to have the comforts of home right in Manhattan. There is a master bedroom and kitchen on one side with a hall leading to the other side of the loft apartment which had two twin beds for our kids and a living room. It was nice to have the space when traveling with young kids and have the flexibility of eating in if we desired. The amount of space this apartment has is unheard of in Manhattan. Monthly Housekeeping Policy:
For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

This is a multi-unit listing, meaning we have many of the same units in the building. All features and amenities are the same, but small aesthetics might differ, such as art, wall color, etc. —while our style is consistent, the view, layout, and design may vary.
