The neighborhood is mostly families, and very quiet. There is also bus stop just one block away, and several fast food restaurants, such as McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, Checkers and Dunkin' Donuts.

There is a bus stop less than 1/2 mile away, right next to the Checkers restaurant. The location is very accessible to ride-share services, with pickups typically in less than five minutes.
